Menan Brighteye. Happy accident but the Zenith skins match his scheme perfectly. Too bad I don’t use scepter more often because the princess wand is pretty great too.
Ever since I chose the Order of Whispers, I’ve noticed that my slyvari has taken on this sort of sassy, cynical tone with npcs and I hate it. Before we were a good guy who cared about the people we were talking to, and now he acts like an kitten who’s just in it for himself. He’s always been at around 50% charisma 50% dignity, so all I can figure is it was the choice of order.
Is there another story choice, or some other way for me to get the old guy back? I’d rather quit playing than remake the character and do all the map/quest completion over again.
Ah, thank you for the tip. The more I think about it, the more I think I would have regretted joining any of the three. I wish there were an option to decline them.
I made an awful mistake in choosing the wrong order. I’m so bummed out that if I can’t undo it, I might start over… I got 45 levels in before continuing the story, though, and I hate to think of redoing all that I’ve done so far. Since the story is still in the initiation into the order, is there any way I can salvage my character?

Just wanted to chime in that for the last 24 hours straight I’ve plugged away at changing graphics settings, trying windowed vs fullscreen, etc. I’ve had several friends who really know their stuff helping me troubleshoot all these crashes and so far the cause is pretty mysterious (when looking at my machine). I just bought the game and have been looking forward to playing, but it is currently unplayable with the frequency of interruptions and hard resets. I did manage to get a few lucky crashes that actually had a crash log, so i’ll share here, in case any of you have suggestions for me.
