You failed your reading comprehension roll. I reported him when I blocked him. There is no harassment option. When I blocked him, I had to report him for verbal abuse, even though he didn’t say anything that could be considered abusive, only offensive.

I can’t even drag the kitten chat window at all, but yes, 2 windows would be helpful especially since the last tab with activity frequently doesn’t light up or gets stuck in an on state.

Please. I have 8 char slots and only 5 guild slots for all of them. Well, guess what? I can’t find an RP guild that will accept all 8 of my chars because all 8 chars have different professions and alignments. I also like to support niche guilds such as my artists’ guild or a carnival guild, the latter of which is really only active for social events/parties.

Let guild slots be per char and let me have 3 slots per char.

My 2 copper:

I don’t see the point of wasting dev time. Before this, I played DDO, which has in-game chat. It is only used by casual players. All of the hard-core people use 3rd party software like Ventrillo or Mumble because they have a lot more features and are updated more frequently.

Let the devs improve features everyone will use and let people who -really- want vchat use something that will -really- make them happy.

I had some moron player try to make a drunken booty call on my char. When I told him to kitten off and blocked him, he proceeded to emote actions that should have been perceived as sexual assault, but since he did it as an owl, all of the other morons in the Flagon said ‘Oh, it is just a harmless owl’. I reported the behavior, but since I can still see the char in the game and he is still on my block list, I know that AN did nothing about it.

They need to fix the following things:
a) If I have my town clothes on, they should stay on. I should not suddenly be wearing armor when I encounter damage or water.
b) Give us more town clothes and make them attractive!
c) Give us more attractive but not revealing armor.

On dungeons: In DDO, every dungeon has a level that can be selected from Casual to Expert. The party chooses the level they want and the dungeon and rewards are scaled accordingly. As far as I can tell, the majority of the players are happy with this system and the only squabbling is about balance for a given setting at a given dungeon.

On OTEs: I missed the Halloween event; I was in Hawaii. I will miss this event because I have read this forum and others where people complain about the lag and visual spam caused by every single player trying to rush to a single location.

Honestly, as a former game tester and a Sr. SQA Engineer, I can tell you that there is no such thing as thorough testing on a MMO. The scope is too big, there are too many variables, you can’t even begin to simulate the load that actual users put on a system, etc. The best that AN could do would be to do what DDO and other MMOs do – have a test server with access to a select or not-so-select group of players who bash their way around like they normally would in an attempt to find bugs that SQA doesn’t have the time or the resources to find.

Perhaps you are on the wrong server. I am on Tarnished Coast, the unofficial RP server for NA, and people talk in /say everywhere. I have a slew of friends and I am whisper-bombed constantly.
