res speed is fast already making it even faster just promote zergfest and make pvp more boring.
lack of ranged attacks?what about guardian their ranged attacks is to easily dodged they deal 0 damage mace is also useless. and they have high hp not 10k like guardian. banners are good group support. warrior is not squishy stay mobile!
that would be cool if it showed downs/ stomp, revive and trebutchet/warmachines destroyed etc but after the game don’t need damage done and healing.
i see a lot of players think warrior and guardian is op because they win in 1 vs 1 well they are the frontline in the game the ones who absorb all the arrows and firebolts its expected that they are tough.
defiantly new maps and more underwater combat.
agree on player kill maby 20 would fit better, so it is rewarding to hunt down players not just follow the crowd to closest capture point.

a easy fix for this would be to put npc/henchmen on the shrines but don’t make them so strong it can barely be capped by something else than elementalist like in gw1.

When hes stealth you can still hit him just keep attacking and move turn around and attack etc. if this is implemented then i think they should get some advantage as well maby higher hp. i had a epic 1 vs 1 fight against a theif (im guardian) and won with simple 50hp left stealth made it interesting.

but about heartseeker. i never saw how it was OP i were capable of killing theives before the heartseeker nerf. it got nerfed because of people draw conclusions to fast.

they need to “move” it don’t deliver back 5k hits it only hit 300ish while their attacks is already weak.

they already have 75 weapon skills higher than any other class.
why not just give them railgun and peacemaker gatling gun aswell they should both do 100k dmg per shot and grant permanent shield to projectiles!
I’ve been wondering this myself. instead of complaining about how hard a profession is to play why not just use one you know how to use? and when complaining about the hard profession atleast be constructive not just ITS OP NERF!!
The hammer autoattack is to weak compared to sword and greatsword.
Its good the problem is their used to play pvp with some blinding surge build which defeat all melee players without a condition removal. now that there is no such build they get mad. aswell as having good monks on their team.
In pve its decent but if your unsure if it fit your playstyle i suggest you play around with it in the mists.
Ive never played a mmo with such balanced pvp its awesome! (no I’m not being sarcastic here.) i hope arenanet wont listen to these new players and bend the whole system out of shape, and all the whining about elementalist and necromancer? get real what does elementalist got which other classes don’t? a very high ranged damage use it properly. what does necromancer have? high condition damage and a army on its disposal they are fine.

moa just run away from the illusions until you break out.
picking out the right Mesmer is not really that difficult the problem is he is in stealth for half the time and then its only clones there attacking you.
when downed its way harder to find the right Mesmer.
but their disadvantage is light armor the illusions make up for that.
sometimes i fight svanir solo when i win I’m all drained for hp then one random player jump in and finish me off they should just give the thing less hp or something.
I love the map you can easily solo cap the ruins. and the sharks wont eat you on the surface. but i would like to see new maps with more underwater combat.
indeed only 3 maps get old very fast in my opinion would love to see some more.
i think they should buff their downed state rest of their skills is fine, comparing the warrior downed state with an elementalist the warrior is just crazy much better. as long as it wont take longer to finish them off i fully support this.
bad idea killing a necro with over 40k hp would be impossible if they made those changes.
why did you not mention warriors? they are king of pvp and have a way higher damage than guardians, also guardian have a long cd on heal skills. if you nerf the damage on theifs then there is no reason why anyone would play the class.
theif evolved from assassin which is basically a hitman killing things fast is what they do best. and ele is a jack of all trades class it has alot of skills but if they face a warrior in melee they will obviously loose. you cannot make them superior to a warrior and keep them in pair with the other classes its just not possible.
so basically what you are saying is all the classes is balanced except for elementalist in PVP ok how? 5%higher damage or what? they can already 1shot alot of obstacles in PVE so its not a option i don’t want skills to turn into pvp version skills like in gw1.
and your hypothetical nerfs is just awful. you also only mentioned 3 classes.
and please don’t make a post with “THE CLASS IS OP” because you cannot kill it in pvp instead adapt.
its a good class lots of aoe damage meteor shower kill bosses fast. and earth elemental is good on mitigate damage. so don’t really see the unbalanced issue. and if you don’t like the class just make another one?
Its nothing wrong with their damage pvp would be boring if you used an hour to kill every enemy wvw would be empty and numbers would beat skill everytime just kill him before he kill you problem solved.
