Once you reach 30 you wil get a mail telling you about the dungeon and it’s location. To start the dungeon you will have to get a team of 5 people that want to do story mode as well. This can be quite hard since most people do explorable mode becase it has greater rewards.

Once inside the dungeon you start by following the objectives marked with red stars. During the dungeon you will face ~3 different bosses and a varaity of cutscenes telling the story of a few members of Destiny’s Edge(In this case Rytlock and Eir).

You kill the mobs and kill the bosses, claim your reward and move on to explore the rest of Tyria.

No you can’t. You will need one Vial of condensed mist essence which drop in FotM. You will also need 24 skill points availible for Philosophere stones or crystals.

Quick question here. I’m not really the best english speaker and I see the term “Culling” used alot in the game and on the forums. Is there anybody who cared to take their time and explain this word to me?

No, you only need to get all the POIs, WP, SPs and Vistas for that.

You will get one for completing a later story quest as well. Otherwise you can buy a backpack from your guild armor vendor. And thay also drop in FotM sometimes or you create one of the ascended ones which would be the most powerful ones ut also most expensive and time consuming.

EDIT: Backslot items are also soul/account bound on aquire so you won’t find them on the TP.

I’m quite sure that all achivements are accountbound. Just try loging in on a different character and you will be able to view all achivements made by the first character. Also if you lost the achivements you will lose the achivement points as well, and that would be wierd.

I would say that you can delete your character without risk but can’t tell for sure since I’ve never tried.

No matter what stats they put on it someone will always be unsatisfied because it doesn’t contain the stats they want. Luckily it is transmutable so it’s really not that big of a deal.

I’ve thought about doing this as well. The problem is I don’t really have the time to run Arah that much(which is the dungeon with those stats with the coolest armor). So I don’t know if it would be worth it but I’m really temted to do it.

actually my armor are mixed of karma armor + vatlaar…..to be exact 4 karma armor +2 vatlaar ( if i spelled it correctly)..

there isn’t much direct damage, and i don’t quite remember the exact number though…lol

I’m going ranger with my condition build. currently I can keep at least 10 stacks of bleeds up as long as I’m flanking(which is quite easy thanks to the pet). I use the shortbow and have maxed precision and cond. dmg and use tratis which give chance to bleed on crit as well as superior sigil of earth. Without might each stack does a bit over 80 dmg/sec which would be 800 dmg in total. By using QZ, sharpening stone and skills granting fury I can get up to bleed cap(25) under sertain periods of time.

Don’t know if it’s the most effective but it’s at least effective.

1. Like Cul said: buy one of the boxes and then EotN. easiest would be to just buy GW platinum edition which contains prophecies and EotN.

2. Link accounts=3 points.
3. Create a ranger, level your pet to lvl 20=1 point.
4. Earn some gold and buy one common minipet= 1 point.
5. Earn more gold and buy one rare minipet= 1 point.
6. Start the EotN questline and buy one extra monumental tapestry from another player.
7. Unlock monument of Fellowship and Devotion.
8. Register your pets.
9. Log out.
10. Log in to GW2 and claim your reward.

IRL I would actualy say work hard to get rewarded. But the problem is I play this game for fun. I have already payed 60$ to have fun and I would prefer not having to grind to have fun when it would be possible to create an option that wouldn’t force me to grind before having fun.

Yeah, was disapointed abot no Ascended questions. But I guess the forum already have a few answers for that.

She’s at the end of the pirate jumping puzzle. Once you finish it there will be a narrow way out, she will be standing a few steps outside that gap.

Would it be possible to create an ascended ring through putting in 4 exotic rings into the forge. I guess it won’t but is there any rich guy out there willing to try?.

You won’t be able to choose which of the maps to enter anyway so this would be a verry inefficient way of farming.

On a side note, I don’t know the answer to your question.

perhaps ranger. Throw in your pet and machine gun the enemy down with your shortbow. Perhaps necromancer, haven’t tried it but minions should be able to do quite a lot of the job for you.

I myself go with rampager. but that is because I run a ranger with shorbow with superior sigil of earth(60% chance to cause bleed on hit) and a trait which gives me chance to cause bleed on it.

More crits=more bleeds
More condition damage=bleeds does more damage
More bleeds+bleeds does more damage=MORE DAMAGE

Just finished a Heart quest for an Ogre and get this epic thank you letter. The only HQ letter I’ve actually save and it shall always remain in my mailbox.

1. Don’t stress it. Take it in your own phase and if you feel like you’re getting bored do something else for a while.

2. Always complete a zone before moving to the next one, you don’t want to be stuc with 3 POIs one WP and a Vista and not knowing where to look.

3. If you only want to clear it as soon as possible make sure you have alot of speedboosts. Some builds are able to maintain swiftnes for as long as they wish which will be quite helpfull.

4. As for how money goes, ask someone else. I feel that if you only play the game, almost wherever you are you will make enough profit and almost allways have enough money to get what you need.

You will be able to change server as soon as the server you’re transfering to is stated as “high” instead of “full”. It is free of charges but limited to once per week and you don’t have to deleteyour characters, they will still be there to play just as before.

Full means account registered on that server. It won’t guarantee that the map you currently are in will be full of people. most people are hangin in Orr, LA, dragon bosses and outside dungeons. Which I also think is sad because I would love to see more people doing the DEs elsewhere than Orr.

Is there any way to change the buttons that link stuff in chat(shift and ctrl)? I currently have both of them keybound to skills and I would prefer not swaping pets on a 20 sec cooldown or even use an elite skill just because I want to link a waypoint in chat.

I’m sorry to disapoint you but this armor has not made it in to the games(hope they’re saving it for later at least). If you want a bear armor the closest you will get would be the Honor of the waves dungeon armor.

You can just create it on the warrior like pchow said. just put all the items needed in your bank, take it out with the warrior, create the item. The item will be soulbound on use so just put it back in the bank and pick it up with your ele.

He can’t do this. You can put soulbound items in the bank, but only the character the items are bound to can take them out.

Also OP the binding properties of an item are always clearly listed in the description. If you didn’t get burned here it probably would have been something else since you didn’t read closely enough.

Both the bloodstone shard and the eldritch scroll are bound on acquire. The way I understand it, he purchased the bloodstone shard with his elementalist, and the eldritch scroll with his warrior.

well the achievement says (lifetime). Perhaps we should take ir literally. Also looks like the tiers for capturing SM castle has the same steps, imagine that.

No they don’t as far as I know. Every karma item you buy will have a small description on them if I’m not wrong.

You will earn one new skill point which can be spent in the mystic forge every time you “level” up.
