Thanks for the report, Hamfast. I’ll get this reviewed.
Try playing another game and waiting for the leaderboard to update again.
That should hopefully resolve the issue. Let me know what happens!
Thanks for the report, Reroll. We’re investigating.
Alright, thanks for the additional information. I’ll get this escalated.
Thanks for the report, folks. I’ll get this escalated.
Have you folks tried re-logging? A few people had this issue yesterday and it resolved itself.
Boxes dropped from Queen’s Gauntlet no longer contain coin. However, the first time you kill each boss each day will grant more coin than it did before.
Killing each boss once per day will be more profitable than it was previously.
Josh, we love you and your team and their work on Super Adventure Box.
But why more DAILY content? T_T
I’m not Josh Foreman. =p
It’s limited to default finishers.
Josh is a member of our QA Team and he’ll be keeping an eye on the bugs here. Be nice.

Thanks for the additional reports! A separate thread is usually preferred, but I won’t say no to a bug. The sooner we get them tracked the sooner they get resolved.
Hey V Man,
1. Thanks for the report on the invasion event map markers. I’ll send that long.
2. Could you be more specific on which champion it was, or where he was located?
3. There’s another thread open on this topic. Thank you for the additional information, though!
Huzzah!
Thanks for the update!
Thanks folks. I’ll add it to the tracker to be reviewed.
Can you be more specific? What kind of weapon skins are you trying to trade?
This has been updated.
Thanks!
Hey guys we’re currently looking into this right now. Hang tight!
It’s already in the tracker, Animi.
Thanks for the report!
Thanks Rage. ^ _ ^
Let me know if this keeps happening!
Try adjusting your WvW Character Quality setting in the Graphics Options Menu.
The WvW culling settings now apply to PvE.
There will indeed! Many of the details can be found high level here:

The best is to change your whole email address for GW2, I also had these messages on my main address.. And it is clearly compromised.
Just create a separate GW2 email address with an unique password and you will be fine.
Yes, I actually do recommend changing the log-in name, with the help of support, and using a new, unique, used-nowhere-else email account for Guild Wars 2. That makes a lot of sense.

Thanks for the report, Fror. Can you provide the location that is causing the cinematic to play? Perhaps with a screenshot?
Thanks for the report, phiplayer! I’ve escalated this issue.
Please contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you. For tips on what information to provide in a ticket — mostly intended for security reasons to establish that you own the account — please read this post and provide as many suggested details as possible to expedite the ticket.

I agree with the advice you have been given. Some of your credentials are known — change things around so that those who have been attempting this cannot continue to do so.

He was not blocked in error.
He was not blocked due to a bug.
He was not hacked and the account used to cheat.
He was not denied an appeal that should have been approved.
This player—or someone he allowed to use the account from his location—cheated (many, many, many times) and his account was terminated, as per the RoC and the UA. I’m really sorry that a dedicated player was involved in this activity, but based on the numbers around this incident, and knowing the incident had nothing whatsoever to do with Metrica Province, the account termination will not be reversed.

Hey Lyana,
We are aware of this issue and are currently tracking it.
Thank you for your patience!
I don’t see that the account a t s e.9614 was actioned in any way. Are you talking about another account? Have you asked Support?

This is not in any way an account support issue. You’re welcome to contact the forum team at forums@arena.net, but please don’t post this sort of question in this sub-forum.

Thanks, Auruan! I reported it from your original post.
Also, grabbed the bit about the emotes, Auruan. Thanks!
We’re looking into updating the menu options to make it a bit more clear for players.
Thanks for the reports and feedback!
Locking the thread.
Thanks guys!
Thanks for the report, Myrkr. I’ll send this off for review.
We’ll find a way to restore for folks who dumped all their karma so far today too, more info from the community team soon when we get it all ironed out. Our goal is for everyone to get what they would have karma wise, hang tight.
LIVING WORLD
- Watchwork boxes awarded from the Queen’s Gauntlet no longer contain coins.
- Players will now receive a daily reward for each Queen’s Gauntlet fight completed.
- Each Queen’s Gauntlet fight now has an event UI containing the boss’ health and the fight timer.
Hi Charlemagne – Are you getting any error messages at all when this happens? Additionally, would you mind posting your system specs?
Hi NigMa – Looks like you’re getting “Out of Memory” crash:
- Crash <—*
Out of Memory: arena=Default, cat=File Service, allocBytes=6146372, arenaBytes=273960656, fallbackBytes=35169252, align=0 ,
This usually happens when you’re on a 32-bit operating system and the amount of system memory that you have is hitting the threshold limit of the OS. Basically, the additional memory can push your total available memory into negative numbers resulting in crashes or simply, “out of memory errors.” Some players have resolved this by upgrading to 64-bit operating systems and others have simply removed physical RAM from the system to bring the memory totals closer to values intended for that revision of Windows (32-bit). Obviously removing RAM from your PC is not an ideal solution but I wanted to give you all the information we have found regarding these issues. You can read more about this issue from Microsoft here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929605 but the important part is listed below:
“For example, if you have a video card that has 256 MB of onboard memory, that memory must be mapped within the first 4 GB of address space. If 4 GB of system memory is already installed, part of that address space must be reserved by the graphics memory mapping. Graphics memory mapping overwrites a part of the system memory. These conditions reduce the total amount of system memory that is available to the operating system.”
One solution presented by players being affected by this is to change the “Maximum pre-rendered frames” in the Nvidia control panel. To do this:
1. Right-click on your desktop and select “Nvidia Control Panel.”
2. Select "Manage 3D Settings.
3. Scroll down until you find “Maximum pre-rendered frames” and change it from “Use the 3D application settings” to “1.”
Once completed, click “Apply” to save your changes and try Guild Wars 2 again.
Let me know if you have any questions!
Cornish, we receive appeals at this address every day. If the email address did not work we would have many, many more people raising this issue. Try removing the period from the end of the address (it’s an end-of-sentence period, not part of the email address) and try again.
Since this isn’t a game bug, this thread will be moved to a more appropriate subforum.
We’re already tracking this issue.
Thanks for the reports!
This is totally our fault, we dropped the ball on this plain and simple. We planned to have this messaged ahead of time to be fair to everyone, communication broke down between those who knew it was supposed to be messaged, and those who were supposed to message it and it simply didn’t happen.
As game director this is ultimately my fault first and foremost, and I’m sorry for those who potentially lost some karma as a result. It is our policy to message these kind of changes ahead of time with lots of warning, I’ll do everything possible to make sure this doesn’t happen in the future.
I’d recommend not using your karma consumables yet, give us a day or two to try and see what options we have available to help mitigate the issue.
You can find information about all the activities at the Guild Wars 2 Anniversary Bash on this page: https://www.guildwars2.com/en/events/pax-2013/
You do not need a PAX badge to get into the event, as the event will not take place on the show floor. So if you’re a local fan or able to travel, you might want to attend.

Options → Graphics → WvW Character Limit and WvW Character Quality
Changes to those will now affect PvE as well.
Hey Anymras,
Thanks for taking the time to compile this list! I appreciate your time and hard work.
+1 Internets.
Thanks for the report, munkaybiznaz. We’ll have this looked at.
you can just do 5 full invasions from any character on your account.
The amount was incorrect in the update notes, so it was updated to reflect the correct price as seen in the Gem Store. Apologies for the confusion.
