As Vlejundo indicates, there is nothing banable in the fact of receiving things from your friends. Of course we do not recommend that those items arrive in huge quantities in a very short period of time as the system could consider this an example of gold-selling and your account could be compromised.

As Loli Ruri and Meijo have correctly stated, there is no way Support will return to you that mask, Jaded, as the mistake, although unfortunate, was a human one and not due to any error or internal bug. So if you really want to have that mask back, then you need to create a new character, I am afraid.

Long Answer: I would strongly, strongly recommend against it. Shared accounts are a major cause of game issues, particularly since those who share usually make the credentials known to the other party. I’ve seen many sad cases of accounts that we were required to close because they went into ownership dispute. I’ve also seen The Evil Little Brother Syndrome™ where someone with access to a shared account strips the items and sells them.
Short answer: Account sharing is prohibited by the User Agreement. (And you can probably see why, now.)

The bug is repeatable.
Stand at max distance and range him. He won’t aggro until you are closer, or another joins in and gets too close.
You can solo kill him if you fight the whole time at range. But it can reset if you get too far away, stop attacking, or anything. Reset makes you start all over.
If you have an entire group, and everyone stays at range, grub does nothing. But any pets will ruin it.
It is more of a challenge trying to kill it with not aggroing it. lol. Kinda fun too.

Ahhh… The spotting of the elusive Land Shark.
Arrgghh I remember the days where these sharks were bound to the seas. Never in my day did I expect to see them sprout legs and wonder the land of Tyria.

The issue with these guys was a pretty risky fix. I got a fix in to keep them in their cave a couple weeks back, but it affects the whole game and not just them. We’ve been letting this change get plenty of testing before setting it wild. It’ll make it into our Wintersday build later this week.

That’s a known bug, I’m not sure where the original thread is. It will be fixed in the next major content update (Wintersday.)
What’s your current objective and story step name?
Conversations are a different matter, those vary from conversation to conversation. In general, conversations where the story owner makes a choice will be broadcast, other conversations are not. (To prevent the story owner from trying to spam all the other players.)
I’ve put in a bug for that issue (the turret on the tank) but it’s a programming issue, not something I can fix on the script side, so I don’t have an ETA for a fix. Sorry!
Cutscenes inside a story instance will play for everyone. Cutscenes in the “real” world will only play for the player that triggered them. Some story steps have to you talk to NPCs in the open world, and any cutscenes they fire off will only appear for the player doing the story step.
If it’s not giving you an option to get an orb, there’s still an enemy in the area.
I’ve made it up to scale 26 without agony resistance… you need a bit of extra help at the jade maw, but other than that you can avoid agony on the other bosses. It’s not easy though, lol.
I have already defeated Kholer with my ranger, and it was the most impressive fight I have ever had. However, I NEVER though of making a video for it. Why? Because immediately we will get nerfed and the bosses will be improved somehow.
Well, not so much. You have to watch their play and what they are doing – not the specific skills they are using. If a player can just spam a skill standing still in front of lupicus and not really display any game mechanic knowledge, then that’s probably something we’re going to look into, as it would seem pretty unbalanced IMO. If a player is dodg rolling, swapping weapons, utilizing utilities, and reacts really well, then there’s nothing really we would do to stop that. If a video displays all the qualities of highly skilled players, then we’re more proud than anything. At least I’m a bit proud that is :p
We often see harassment towards players who report abuses and exploits here on the forums. For the most part I would rather people PM me about things so that they are protected from the trolls and exploiters who are upset, and they still do what they feel is right by reporting the issue.

yes. The issue at hand is that players can exploit the map to get to each end boss without having to select a specific chain. Naturally we need to patch up the map exploits that allow players to do that, but also we need to make the bosses in each final encounter not capable of being fought unless certain conditions are met.

Perfection, your post is neither helpful nor constructive. We’re aware of bugs and issues in the game, and we’re fixing them as fast as we can. Just because there’s a forum post about something doesn’t mean we drop everything to fix it. Every bug is given a priority, and it gets put in line with all the other bugs of that priority.

Change is good! We have some interesting changes coming to FoTM involving the ascended rings we hope will resolve the problem at its core. Expect it soon!
As for my means of playing the game… I actually don’t play with other Anet people. I play with my small casual guild of old friends, but more often than not I am PUGing it since I am a bit more hardcore than my buddies. I don’t typically represent Anet when I do it so I can play the Meta with random people and find out all the neat little tricks that the community comes up with to solve difficult problems.
I experience dungeons and such from the PoV of the average player. As a designer it’s important to experience things like everyone else does, so you can make better informed decisions when moving forward.

Good solo vid. It’s just a good display of phantasm/clone control, proper kiting, and build knowledge.
I don’t take it so much as being spit at that a boss can be solo’d, and the boss isn’t poorly designed considering I watch the spider queen wreck 5 man groups. It’s the same with Lupicus being solo’d by a warrior – it just goes to show that knowing the game, knowing your character, and playing well will take you far.
There are buffs I could give to the spider queen, and I’m sure there’s nerfs we can do to the mesmer – but none of which would be a result of this video. Spider Queen is a solid enough encounter for the lowest level dungeon, and OP is just good at playing the game.
I’d be very interested in seeing Kholer Solo’d! Good luck!
The main reason I can’t answer the question is because I personally didn’t build the merchant, and it’s the weekend so I’m not in contact with the person who did.

Well if you see a dev playing again make sure you pick a theaf and backstab them in stealth as many times as you can and run away like a coward and then we might see some changes

I’m afraid there isn’t a perfect answer. As players have suggested, trying during different times may be effective. Asking your other friends to move to a less-populated server would be good, although I appreciate that’s not necessarily convenient.
Situations like this generally sort out in a day or two, so I imagine you’ll find you’re able to get together soon.

Submitted a ticket some hours ago about not receiving chest, attended the event but had plethora of issues to deal with, majorly d/cing and being put on different overflows, thus not being able to get at the chest after fighting the karka twice.
Hope to get an answer soon. Still nothing.
