So how would you know if someone stumbled upon it instead of being told in chat where the chest is and arriving there before the 20 min are up?

If you don’t want to waste gold buying the same dye on several characters, then don’t buy the same dye on several characters. It’s as simple as that.

I don’t want any of your suggestions to be implemented, if no one have to do story to unlock explorable (or only has to do it once per account) then how would anyone be able to find a group for doing story mode? It’s hard enough as it is

If they have another free trial weekend you can invite either the most influential people in your group or the people you think would enjoy it the most. If you have more people in your group who go on and on about GW2 then the higher the chance that everyone in your group will get it
MF gear isn’t the problem, people who aren’t good enough to stay alive is the problem. I only wear MF gear, with as much MF as I can possibly have and never have any problem in dungeons or taking down champs on my own in the world
As long as the WvW JPs aren’t a part of it I’m all for it (or if they get turned into neutral ground), and as long as the current ways to get them are still available to those who might not be able to do one or more parts of this.
The problem you have with only seeing female Asura with buns and “mouse faces” is most likely because most people only think of female Asura as cutesy. For mine I picked the least cutesy face I could find (the one with the bunny nose and really wide mouth) and I’ve only seen one other character with that face. Makes me a bit sad.

Why not just screw the crappy Celestial and Abyss and use any other light gray (or some blues) for white and any dark gray (or any other colour if it’s dark enough) for black? Saves you a hell of a lot of time and money, and in my opinion (and a lot others opinion) looks a lot better
They would not be able to add map completion rewards to Southsun until it gets a lot more things added to it. So far it only has 11 points while the other maps have about 60.
But as Goat said, they will be adding some stuff to Southsun either after the living story or in the end of it, so the area should get a bit more populated for a little while soon
I think they want to keep dyes open as a way to get people to buy gems. If everyone unlocks every dye on their account then they no longer get any money from people buying dyes, while if they have to unlock the dyes they want for every character they want them on then alts will help selling more dyes
If this is added I think they should put some indication in the title to show that it’s a guild rank and not an actual title. To not cause confusion or people to make fake “titles” to make it look like they did something they didn’t do.
Maybe have it be orange or maybe put the guild tag next to the title, f.ex. “[tag] Leader” or “Leader of [tag]”
If they were to only give out items usable by your current character you would not necessarily get the stats you want or the weapons you use, besides if you’re lucky with the exotics in the higher leveled areas you could sell them for a few gold and buy the items you want instead.
Personally I don’t have a problem with it, everything else is random and the things that aren’t you have to pay for. I think it kinda makes sense
I doubt that will ever happen. You don’t use gold in PvP and therefor you shouldn’t be rewarded with it for playing PvP.
Lets remove all toughness and vitality, I don’t use it so it doesn’t do me any good. All it does is keep people with toughness and vitality alive longer, but since they don’t do any damage they’re only top aggro when everyone else is dead. Toughness and vitality is selfish.
If they changed this people could be able to do explorable without anyone doing story. Just add a temporary member who has done story let them enter first, then kick them and invite the real member

I especially want more, better looking non revealing female light armour. Medium armour that is revealing on men. Some sets of actual female armour for female Asura and Charr.
Writing up all 8 different dungeon tokens in the UI would take up quite a lot of room as well.

Well you do already have one armour skin for each armour type in the gem store, Primeval (Warrior in GW1), Krytan (Ranger) and Profane (Necromancer). As far as I know those are the only ones, and the fact that they have them in the gem store makes me think that if they do add more GW1 armours, then they will also only be available in the gem store.
If you haven’t already you can make the UI smaller in the graphic settings. Even though it doesn’t do much of a difference on larger screens, the different on smaller screens is quite significant
How about making blueprints either slavagable for one random tier 1 crafting mat or sellable for a few copper. Just so they don’t feel useless to people who do the WvW JPs but never actually play WvW, while still not being very profitable.
I think part of the problem is I have to have my screen facing down instead of up somewhat. This is because I am an ele and I need to see the ground to place the AoE rings.
That can be the problem.
Someone a while back suggested they move the camera a bit so instead of you being in the middle of the screen you would be a bit futher down, which would cause you to see more of what’s happening infront of you. I believe that might fix your problem as well
I know my guild uses Skype for their officer chat, it’s free and you don’t automatically go into voice chat.
Although this sounds like a good thing to have.
I can see all the world bosses fully when fighting them. I think it mostly comes down to zooming in too far, fighting melee or having a screen with weird proportions. The game automatically zooms out more than usual when a boss fight starts so that you’ll be able to see more, including more of the boss

Getting other races town clothes would be weird and would need some designing. Maybe start with actually adding those racial town clothes you can see in every racial city for what ever race they belong to.
Town clothes should not be replaced with costume slots. The things they should do is offer more town clothes and toys, both in the gem store and town clothes vendors.
A pvp exclusive class wouldn’t really work since PvP isn’t completely distant from PvE. All your characters start out in a PvE instance, all classes are free to move between all of the game modes. Locking it in the mists would be weird. And they would feel unsatisfying for any PvEer or WvWer who tries out the class, loves it but can’t play with it in the game mode they love
A few fixes to that can be to make you unable to waypoint while in a story mission, meaning you first have to exit the instance, make waypoints within the instance actually work within the instance or putting up a confirmation window, that can’t be bypassed by double clicking, which will state that if you waypoint you will get kicked from the instance
It wouldn’t make any sense and it will never happen.
If you really want to save karma in one place then just save all of the karma jugs until you need karma, that is the only account bound karma and it’s the only karma that should be.
I think the most common reasons why PvEers don’t PvP is because they dislike PvP. And those who don’t dislike it probably already play it.
And this suggestion could only work for the armours that drop in the game, no cultural, no order and no dungeon armour
I quite like the way it is now. Even as a lvl 80 who farmed these bosses before the new loot I find new and better ways of fighting them.
I still find them fun and it gives me a reason to meet up with my friends, have some fun while waiting for the boss to spawn and then get a few rares out of it.
The only boss I’ve found so far that needs changing is the wurm in Caledon Forest, that thing goes down in just a few seconds, makes the loot a bit too easy to get
If someone plays for one hour every day then they have one hour to finish their daily, if they play six hours every day then they have six hours to finish their daily. No matter if it resets while they are playing or not.
You don’t have to finish it in one go, just take the time you have left after the reset to start your new daily then finish it the next day. If you can’t do that then changing the reset time wont matter.
Oh yes! I don’t use those stats on any of my characters and I would like them all to have legendaries some day, and actually use them other than to show off out of battle

I tried to make an ugly female Asura, found the ugliest face I could and changed it to look uglier but not silly, it didn’t work, she’s super cute
I’m pretty sure they will add the other regions as expansions later on, but it might take a while since this game isn’t even a year old yet
I realised a few days ago that some times you don’t have an option to make your character look like he or she has seen battle. I checked and could only find four faces with scars (I might have missed some and Sylvari are a bit difficult to judge), male Norn, female Norn, male Human and female Charr. This feels a bit weird for a game that revolves around combat.
Now my suggestion is to either add one battletorn face for ever race/gender combo.
Or remove scars from those four faces and add another tab in character creation where you can chose from a number of different scars.

Think he means a dedicated healer class, not a dps class with some minor healing capabilitys on the side.
Then what is ranger doing in there? Only skill (other than healing skills) I could find that does any healing is the elite; Spirit of Nature. But that’s just for a minute, then you have to wait four minutes until you can use it again
For a healer, get a Guardian, Ranger, or Elementalist.

Sylvari grow in pods on the Pale Tree and emerge fully grown. This is the only way to make a sylvari since they don’t reproduce.

I would like to see class specific dances, like in gw1. Or maybe game mode dances that can be awarded when you have excelled in pve, pvp or wvw, requiring you to kill a large number of foes and/or doing events, winning tournaments or getting top player,capturing and protecting keeps and towers.
As it is now I’m not really happy with my racial dance, it’s not a major problem though

Well, the golems are an Asura thing, letting other races summon golems is like letting Asura shapeshift, pray to the gods or grow vines or plant turrets.
It will never happen. Only thing you can really do is get a golem mini, or play Asura
If you add a golem Elite skill for engineers then the Asura elites wouldn’t be special anymore.
If you really want to summon a golem, then play Asura
Yes but those are “costumes” rather than actual clothing.
Yeah, you’re right. Some parts of the costumes (especially the chef one) can be combined with the cultural town clothes you start out with, it’s not good enough but at least there’s some customization possible so far.
They really should add all the clothes you can see in the cities though.
