In my opinion, these features should be included in the March Patch

March patch is for wvw, u can be happy if we get a ladder and a few tooltip fixes and underwaterskill bugs fixed, thats max we get this month.
Greedy pvp players got their huge february patch and they still want more.
Almost no balance created, map everybody hates because ele dominates it, they removed paids and made a invisible MMR. If there is a group of people who needs and deserves more its obviously the PvP players, not WvW.

DDog couldn’t agree more.
And 100b, but you probably gonna hate me for mentioning that.
Kinda everything on Warrior benefits from being in meele range. Well, except rifle and longbow.
I wish there was alternative to 100b. Would love to see it replaced with Guardian’s GS #2. But that’s for another discussion.
Sorry, i ment 100nades. But u are right xD
Do they need gap closers though (besides bomb builds)?
Skills from both rifle and p/p benefit from close range. So does prybar. And 100b, but you probably gonna hate me for mentioning that.
It’s the rewarding system that forces you into zerging and not winning the game by capping/defending nodes. As zerging obviously gives you more points, why should ppl stay on a point to defend it?
If you bored of this non-sense then i recommend to find a guild/other players to form a team and get into tpvp
Agree with ^this but also with OP. imo you can win the game by sending 1 to the closest node and the rest moves to mid. If u can win mid you have to hold both. running to the 3rd node will make you lose 1 of the others. If u can’t win middle node u have to improvise tho. Sending 3 to far node can then be a option.
Now what Empathic Fighter says is actually true. Going with a playstyle like this ( higher change to win? ) actually punishes you by giving you lower amounts of glory.
Tbh i don’t see a single Arenanet could fix this tho. Removing points by capping is not a option i think. The only thing i can think of is gaining glory for every second u stand on a node that is fully capped by your team. 1 or 2 secs is not too bad right?
Hammer on engi. That would be so awesome.
It looks like 90% of the engineer players are wrong, if u miss or don’t 1 hit target its not game over for you. Not at all. With the equipment you use for 100nades your rifle will do a lot of damage. You can completely shred enemies with your toolkit. U can bomb the fcuk out of a node with grenadier trait. Supply crate is awesome. The CC from a rifle can overwhelm a lot of people. Tossing your elixirs can turn the tide in zerg’s.
TL;DR the burst is not everything you bring to the table.
Stun breaker and 100nades can’t burst. Nuf said
Agree, Node defenders gain low amounts of glory while roaming thieves get a lot even if they dont cap.
Thief is easy to slay. They are in a bad spot atm. The only annoying thing is that if they below 20% they just stealth and go fight somewhere else or come back 5 sec later with full health. I have killed several thieves who used stealth by spamming grenades but still. Same goes for mesmer. Below 20% health, lets decoy+blink or use portal.
The only class i have real problems with are rangers. But that is probably just a counter to my build. We all have counters.
wow, a pvp player that is actually trying to improve himself searching help on forums instead of just QQing about balance and “OP” skills.
Impressive.Honestly, I’ve always thought that the main problem with heartseeker was the distance traveled vs initiative expended, but anet decided the problem was damage, so now nerfing the distance is pretty much out of the question.
^This.
I dont care if they hit 6k heartseekers. But if they fly into you in the process it gets a bit too strong for the low amount of initiative. There are builds that can use HS like 7 or 8 times in a row.
Funny how people think HGH condition builds are suddenly OP while it didnt really get stronger over the last few weeks. Maybe prybar did.
P/P skill #5, Rifle skill #2,#4, P/S skill #5, Toolbox #2,#4. Lots of options. U can use elixir S to make them waste initiative, Several utility skills create distance between u and your target. Supply crate also ruins thieves.
Rangers are good PvP’ers. I think the most popular build is based on traps/shortbow with loads of condition damage tho.
Lol?
The pull, cripple and 3 sec block make it the best kit for condi engi’s.Never say best. While it’s better than bomb in spvp for p/p condition engies, grenade kit still beats it in damage, conditions applied, and is arguably melee damage mitigation.
Running both is an option, but then you either need to drop elixir b, which for hgh/409 engies means losing a big source of might and 2 condition removals, or elixir s, which is our most reliable source of damage prevention (traps and marks bypass block, stuns prevent blocks from activating, elixir s gives invuln, stunbreaker, and 50% chance of stealth when thrown).Still, if you aren’t running an hgh build, you can easily trade b for toolkit without much fuss. As for relying on coated bullets for damage, not my cup of tea.
Looking at your build in your sig, I’m curious on a few things…
First, why backpack regen over 409? I see you run carrion for the health, but backpack regen only ticks 125 a second without healing power, meaning each tick is .5% of your health. Given you run 3 elixirs and are only in a kit for about 4-5 seconds, wouldn’t condition removal prevent more damage than backpack heals?Next, damage… 22% chance to crit means your extra bleed only procs about 6% of the time and only lasts 3.3 seconds counting your sigil (which means it doesn’t get another tick of damage). Your auto shot lasts 2.2 seconds, your volley (if all hit) ten, burning, which you only have one source of, lasts up to 6.6 seconds (making your trait for burning duration unnecessary), and confusion 3 and 5 seconds depending on source.
I’m not saying it’s bad or anything (which generally is said right before someone insults your build…), but some refinement could be useful. For a sigil, since you’ll usually switch kits and use elixir s in close range, geomancy would probably be of more use for damage, or hobbling for cripple effects from glue shot/box of nails. Rifled barrels or knees shots could both replace napalm specialist, as rifled barrels synergizes well with coated bullets and knee shots lest you stack up to ten seconds of cripple (eleven with rune!) with glue shot. As for backpack regenerator, if you don’t want 409, potent elixirs, invigorating speed, or blood injections work well with what you have, blood injections giving an extra boost to condition damage and the other two helping boost your survivability when you pop your ohkitten buttons. I’d still recommend 409, as it’s the best way to counter a condition necro or a trap ranger.
Hopefully I wasn’t too offensive, just trying to help here, have a nice day!
Now that u say, kit regen was actually a mistake, and i was planning on taking 409. Thanks for pointing that out. For sigil there are actually a lot of viable options, i also agree on that. I sometimes play with energy or the one that gives might on swap.
As for dropping S or B, i run both. i drop grenade kit. P/P deals the conditions, not grenades. grenades give chill, poison, blind which benefit more from condition duration then condition damage.
For the 3.3 – 2.2 etc i actually didnt know u need a whole extra second for a second tick. Actually, im still not sure u do.
Edit: A big mistake from my part. i changed the build. Now properly using 409 and i listened to u about the trait for burning and im now using the longer range, which is indeed a lot better with piercing bullets. I also changed one of the sigils to might on swap.
And this wasn’t too offensive at all :p. This was actually the first build i created myself and feedback allways helps, right?
I think i fixed the most important flaws with this? If i forgot something, please tell me!
(edited by DDog.4350)
Lol?
The pull, cripple and 3 sec block make it the best kit for condi engi’s. Better then grenade,FT,EG,Bomb kit. This is ofcourse because in sPvP the fight’s are smaller. If theres more then 1 enemy u can use pistol #3,#4,#2 with coated bullets to create a LOT of damage. Best build around imo. Bomb kit has low damage compared to this in sPvP.
Obviously you never played HA or unsuccessful during GW1, otherwise you wouldn’t bring up such a question, why rank meant something.
To your math: is mabye right, but you seen someone that was over 20 days in HoH winning? So you can’t bring that argument. And just if you don’t know it. There is allrdy person out ther who is Rank 64.
If you compare tpvp to tombs, i’m fine. But if you compare it to hotjoin, where you can grind rank FASTER and that’s the point, it’s just riddicoulus. There are ppl who are r50+ and don’t have a clue about tpvp and the strategies. Now tell me if you ever saw a r11+ that had no clue about tombs?
Agreed.
Not to mention GW1 had titles for every form of PvP. High ranked gladiators means they play a lot of RA, which means they don’t have to be good at HA. Same goes for hero/champ titles.
I feel your build needs more pry bars.
Only problem with pry bars is that you have to get in range to use it, and the majority of players now know to avoid the wrench. The Prybar is a gimmick maneuver at best and anyone worth their salt can and will avoid it.
I hit it 90% of the time by using toolkit #5
With the right jewel, on a squishy target. Grenade barrage (8nades) + kit refinement switch to nade (8nades) is 16 nades with crits should be able to hit 12k. But yea. I played warrior yesterday for fun. I press C – > 2 (C hotkeyed to bullstrike) and i hit for 11k. Then throw ma sword which apparently can hit for 4k? and spin for another 3k. 3 seconds. 18k dmg. Kit refinement has 10 internal CD which broke a lot of multi-kit build.
But yea, sure, nerf engi man.
Maybe if they triple our rifle damage, lol.
sPvP is awesome in GW2. The depth of combat and the wide variety of effective strategies is just mind boggling. Anet did an excellent job managing to add such a high skill cap to gw2. I only want the fiery dragon sword to be fixed in the next patch. Apart from that gw2 is the best game I have ever played from a PvP perspective.
Said no one ever.
It honestly is one of the better PvP options for any MMO, and most likely the best from a non-subscription game.
Guild Wars 1. Enough said.
Compared to that game, Guild Wars 2 PvP is a pile of trash. Funny thing is that it is from the same software house.Guild wars 2 is definitely better. Don’t let nostalgia glasses cloud your judgment. Hey, I wonder why it is most people who played Gw1 moved to Gw2 when it came out?
Anyways, I agree. sPVP is very fun for me
. It’s an excellent place to have fun with friends and to try out new class builds.
No, it isn’t. Apart from raw game variety, GW2 lacks the deepness GW1 had in PvP. Yes, PvE is way better in GW2 but PvP? Seriously?
It is all based on a game mode which was removed from the original game because it was too stupid. How can it be better?
^this.
Everybody at work is looking at me at the moment because i rofld so hard.
GW2’s PvP is better then GW1. HA was/is the best game-mode ever seen. GvG allways gave a special feeling (at least to me). The feeling that there was real competition, fighting other guilds daily to gain that rating/QP. The weekly PvP quests that could give massive rewards for winning streaks. There is not a single game ever made that was as balanced and fun to play as GW1’s HA/GvG.
no reason to waste points and utility on HgH and elixirs – if you want to stack might there are better ways
I lol’d. Hgh might stacking p/p is the best spvp eng build discovered/available.
^This. I created my own p/p HGH build and the damage i deal on single targets and even AoE (i use coated bullets) is insane. AoE burn, poison, blind, root, slow, bleed and confusion is not that bad imo.
1k hours protecting/capping nodes without teamfights because u need to split team to keep more then 1 node.
Yes, i am having the best time of my life!
If you’re goal is to play a full-bunker then the following weapon-sets are pretty good:
sword-shield, mace-focus.Mabye this explanation from Danto can bring you forward. It’s pretty good explained and is for a start a good build to run with.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cg1pxWk8MSwHope it helps
Ah, Very Very nice. I was looking in the list of streamers in the PvP forums to see what builds popular players are using. I was looking at danto’s and found that the sword/shield can reflect projectile’s. Exactly something i need, so i decided to try this when i get home ( at work atm xD ). Thanks for the youtube link, going to watch it for sure
Asian as in school girl uniform, or Asian as in Thai/Chinese/Japanese traditional armour wearing warriors?
Why not both?
I belive that in spvp characters schould have the same size.
Skill casting animations are much harder to recognize on Asuras,
for example: Banish Guardian Hammer 4th skill.
If player is able to see what’s coming, he is able to counter it! That would make GW2 more enjoyable to play but also watch on streams or spectator (when it’s ready).I know that hitboxes are the same for every model.
That’s just an idea, and many games used the same model to make game more fair and competitive.
What do you pvpers and Anet think about that?
No trouble with this at all tbh. And i play norn.
Bug.
15 chars ftw
I lost more tournaments then that i have won (about 48-52%) which means extremely bad MMR. This was also caused by 4v5’s and by getting outplayed by premade’s. I have the feeling that something like MMR hell will come xD
GvG is what we need, like i have said many times. Kill a Guild Lord to win.
No to the people who say that team vs team has no coordination, you can’t be more wrong and u are most likely used to playing WvW. ikittenv5 there is perfect coordination, there was in GW1 which had bigger teams (8v8). Also GvG is not 100% Team deathmatch. On every 2nd minute everybody will revive (yes, remove the option to move to waypoint after 15 sec dead). This gives a little time to slay NPC’s near Guild Lord or even the lord himself. So killing the enemy team is not even top priority, putting enough pressure on them can give you a chance to attack GL.
GvG is just my dream. Thats why it is possible u have seen me talking about it in other threads. Make it happen anet
Mesmers are freaking annoying, if they’re stacking up confusion on you, get ready to cleanse yourself with Smite Condition or wait until Purity/Signet of Resolve ticks in.
When they mass pop clones, wait a bit and figure which one is the real one, clones don’t dodge, don’t move sideways, don’t jump, they only stand still and attack.
Players are usually constantly moving so it’s easy to get the real one. If he’s faking, just go in the middle of all clones and start attacking and you’ll see him running away pretty quick.I don’t know much about other weapons but try to avoid their Illusionist, always.
Greatsword is the one I’m most familiar with, when they raise the Sword above their heads and there’s a purple beam on you, it’s a sign the iBerserker is coming. Dodge right away and avoid a 1k~3k damage.
Illusions take a long time to recharge so you can easily kill them or just move out to avoid most of the damage. So take your time and learn the Illusions of each weapon, they’re the most damaging skills they have (other than Shatter).
Shatter is also easily avoidable, since you can see it coming when the clones are all running towards you… run towards them and dodge, block if you can’t, or teleport to the real mesmer when they’re close (he should be far from them).
Fighting Mesmers is sorta trick because if you can avoid these damages, their damage will be severely kitten but they have to many ways to escape that you’d have a hard time actually getting a kill on one who knows how to run away.
Most of my experience is from WvW so maybe you have a better luck since you’re defending/attacking points in sPvP, and they’ll have to choose between standing on point or running away…
Thanks for the response. I have decided to replace my scepter with the mace but keep the hammer (no GS). Rolling into the clones seems to be a big success. Most of the time i avoid 2 mind wracks sometimes even all 3 of them. (lot of people seem to forget that the mind wrack also triggers from themself, i think every shatter mes traits for that?) From this point they will start auto-attacking a lot and eventually kill themself because i have retaliation up for almost 100% of the time. So i think i am making progress as a guardian.
I just keep on playing the guardian to learn everything about their skills. People tell me it is possible to survive 2 attackers but i guess this is another l2 play issue. I noticed yesterday in a 1v1 that the enemy just CANT kill me, he eventually even ran away because he noticed it was a waste of his time. This makes me feel good :p
I dont think there are 2k+ pvp’ers online at the same moment any part of the day. I do agree with u that we can use something like big tourney, i think top priority would be to have a game-mode like GvG or HA to get people back to GW2. because many have left.
got a proposition for u :
make a tournament every month ,3 rounds
games would take like whole week ,finals for example at sunday
no tickets, no points, teams just can sign in for whole week before tourney week
8 teams at sunday ,64 at suterday, rest 5 days eliminationsfor example u take 8X64 teams with highest avarage rank ,that would sign in for eliminations
is it posiible to make ?
give some good rewards and stuff like this …i think it would be great …stream the finals somewhere ……..
Maybe if community got 500x as big as it is now
How are the rewards increased? I heard 750 glory for 1st place. Or is there more?
Now this is not a thread where i am going to whine about mesmers. I’m just going to ask you a question. I have been playing bunker for a few days now and tried several builds. I use sceptre/shield – hammer (Looks like nobody else uses it?) because i had more succes with these weapons then mace/shield – GS. I use the MASSIVE amounts of CC (on sort of low CD) to avoid damage instead of using mace 2 or GS 2 to regen. I have noticed i can survive a good amount of time against any class except for the mesmer. I lose 1v1 most of the time and sometimes i already die withing ~15 sec.
My question.
Is this normal or is this a l2 play issue for me?Edit: putting l2p followed by issue will replace with “kitten” xD
Are you talking about wvw or spvp?
sceptor + shield / staff works pretty well for wvw if you travel with zergs.
sPvP
+10000000.
Who came up with the idea to remove GvG/HA ( the reasons why GW1 pvp was popular) and replace them with a game mode where u have to cap nodes? One of the biggest “WTF” moments in my life.
Am i the only person that wants GvG (best PvP ever played in my life was GvG in GW1).
HA was good too, but GvG allways gave me a good feeling. Even if we got roflstomped. It was just fun.As I read somewhere in the forums, A-Net has made allready some thoughts about it. Things like how to scale the lords life etc.
But for now, what would you think of a automated tournament where only guilds can sign in? (sure a guild-ladder is required for that) Would this come near to your image of GvG in GW2?
Well, that would be a step in the right direction. But what i would like to see is a game-mode without the nodes. I would also like to see that GvG is 8v8 else splitting will create 2v2, 3v3 situations again where balance will ruin that xD

L2p. Get used to fighting Mesmer’s and learn their tricks. Its pretty straight froward win everytime after.
Know your enemy.
Hmm, yea. I thought so too. I heard dodging into the clones is the most important move to avoid shatter damage. Now i do know the enemy, because i have a lot of matches on my engineer and i only PvP. Maybe i should just l2p with the guardian, which i am new with xD
Thanks for taking the time to respond.

1. Who said i was talking about champions level 12? Its obvious that its the players level to be 12 as u cant change summoner skills while in-game -.-"
2. please, just please explain how a combo with 4 skills (you allways do the same combo, because u dont have more then 4 skills xD) is harder then chaining several combo’s like engineer or ele can.
3. Downed state. Obviously u harder to get kills as you have the option to revive.
But please, explain my pt2
1. not what you said.
2. shows how bad you are if your doing the same combo every time. To be fair, i was thinking of Dota 2 more. Skills mean way more there. Also again who is saying that its the 4 skills that makes lol combat more complex? your the only one saying that. Its more than just the 4 skills. If all you do is mindlessly chain them and from what you said you do, i would hate to be on your team. Also the full match is what makes the game complex. The fact that the game has phases, that the map changes over time. That different hero’s are better at different times.
Talking about dota 2 (which IMO is much harder and takes more skill), its about how you build your items, how you counter on the fly, what do you get when do you get it. When do each hero get there abilities and when do they start getting combos. How do those combos work with the other heroes they have. How do they work with the items they have. Keeping track of how much damage they should be doing vs your own damage. Some hero’s are much better early then late, that changes how you play, do you push hard to press your advantage? Or do you try and drag the game out because you have late game hero’s that need the farm and need time. How do you deal with that. Do you take a tower, do you wait. When do you gank, when do you sit back and just farm. Is it worth risking your life for that kill? Knowing that a fail helps the other team. Its a constant battle with your long term goals and short term goals.
3. good team know how to get around down state. Look at a pro LoL game vs a GW2 game. there are more deaths in the 15min of a GW2 then a full 30-40 min game of LoL (part of the reason i play dota 2 vs LoL these days, LoL its more important to farm then to gank)
the objective in tpvp is a passive objective, hold the point. If you hold two points there is very little reason for you to move off of that point. You will win that way, you just have to wait. It makes the game boring to play and very boring to watch, there are no phases, no meaningful objectives that progress the game (that has change with the new map).
Thats why i’m allways saying 1st priority for GW2 is GvG. Nobody seems to agree on that tho. Weird for a game named Guild Wars that it is impossible to fight Guilds.

As your post is saying: There are not many viable builds. e.g. necro with staff and scepter/dagger is the only thing I’ve ever seen in tPvP. Same for 100b, sure you can change your other wep-set, but you never miss GS. Last one: Saying a staff ele is viable tells me you don’t play much tpvp. That’s for WvW.
You are proving that im right, lol.
“Same for 100b, sure you can change your other wep-set, but you never miss GS”
Have u ever tried to play warrior with different weapons? Hammer or mace set-ups with lots of CC can demolish enemies. The fact that they are harder to play is the only reason that u say GS is better. If we look at the other Threads it is safe to say that the warrior is the worst pvp class out there, just because everybody uses GS which is easy to counter.
Now that i am reading some other comments ITT, i want to say something else.
In almost every thread there is somebody who says there are not a lot of viable options for builds. U can’t be more wrong imo. Because, lets say 100b, is played a lot on the warrior for its high damage output does not say this is the only viable build for warriors. Warriors can use rifle/longbow/mace/axe and deal lots of damage. ele’s can aoe nuke a whole team by using staff. Engineers own with every weapon set and several different kits. Rangers own with GS,short/longbow/axe/warhorn, power or condition. Necro can own with staff, sceptre even with melee daggers.\
I would like it if somebody could explain to me HOW there are not many viable builds. The builds mentioned above have different pro’s/con’s. They are all good in different situations.
If done right this is just not true. Dota 2/LoL has a much steeper learning curve, are much harder games and have far more complex battle systems, but new players are expected to know exactly what to do from the very beginning. Those games are doing just fine. The fact is that Hot Join does not in fact teach a player how to play Tpvp, it has nothing to do with tpvp. Having new players play a different game than what the main focus is, is a bad idea. When you play LoL do you play something different than the pro’s? How about Dota? The answer is no.
You can’t compare GW2 to LoL, they are completely different games.
They have very different game play mechanics, and GW2 is much more complicated from the start with all of the possible options for your character build, the huge amount of weapon skills.
LoL you pick a character with 4 skills and 2 utilities that you unlock during play, that’s a very different system to jumping into GW2 with several weapons, each containing 5 skills, 3 heals, 16 utility skills and 3 elite’s. + Secondary mechanics on all professions.
In LoL you can also play a 5v5 as players vs computers, which is total easymode, something that doesn’t exist in GW2 sPvP and serves as LoL’s equivalent of hot join (an easy place for players to learn the maps and how to play them).
Now perhaps current hot join isn’t functioning as it should to prepare people for actual tournaments, but completely doing away with hot join is not a solution.
You will cause far too many problems for the new player experience.
+ You forget yourselves and your attitudes as PvPers, I’ve seen you in pug quick tournaments insulting the guy that joined a tournament on his first day in PvP and didn’t know what to do. You told him to leave and go to hot join !Your description of skills in LoL shows you have never played the game. Each Player starts with 4 (or more) skills that are Champ specific, then the player get to pick two others before the match starts. You do not unlock them during play. You also get more items that you have to activate while you play.
The sad thing is that those 4+ skills makes for much more complicated plays than the 16+ in GW2. On that note Dota 2 is even more complex.
Sorry but what possible options for char builds? GW2 has very very few builds that work. There is no complexity at all. You also seem to forget that LoL has masters, rune pages, nvm item builds in the game it self. Then you have to take into account that the combat and the match it self is far more complex.
You don’t learn how to play the game in hot join. At least playing bots in LoL you are playing the same game as everyone else.
I have been playing LoL since the day it was released, and i think it is safe to say u are wrong in every aspect.
1. LoL has 1 playable map (Summoners rift) 3v3 and dominion maps are never played.
2. Yes, champions have 4 skills. Yes, they get skills while playing the game (Flash = lvl 12) Im sure this is what he ment.
3. No, the situation are not getting more complex with 4 skills ( i laughed extremely hard ). Lets take veigar for a moment, E →W → Q → R enemy dead, no need to move. U cant dodge key skills by moving (except for skillshots).
4. lets say u get 2 kills in laning phase. what happens now is that u will have more money then the opponent and from this point it will get even easier to faceroll.
There is a lot more we can talk about, but im tired of people bringing up LoL on GW2 forums. As Ezrael mentioned this are 2 completely different games. And i hope that GW2 will never become more like LoL. Imo GW2 is unique, and harder to play then most other MMO’s. The fact that it is harder to gain kills actually makes it a better game.
Thats what i wanted to say
Just started playing mesmer in PvP and i noticed this. I really need to use my stun and move almost in him to be able to use sword #3.
In my opinion its good that proffesions counter each other. This happens in every MMO, also in GW1. This will make teamfights more intresting. Try to focus down the person that counter’s you the most. Ofcourse in 1v1 situations this is very annoying, but there are moments where it is just better to run away and find members of your team. However, if you are skilled enough with a class u can do a lot of damage without taking a lot in every 1v1 situation.
Whether you want to face it or not, wvw has more skilled players than tpvp does by far (in terms of average skill, completely opposite).
Made my day…lol…go zerg somewhere else, seriously…everyone can be good playing with 20 other ppl, no personal skills involved…your zerg is bigger? You have better gear and oulevel others? You win…otherwise you lose, no skills required…there is a reason if wvsw counts as “pve” with pve skills, gear, rewards and so on…spvp is another world, same gear, same level, only personal playing makes the difference between being bad or good…if i roll an engy lv80 with full exotics (But never went in pvp) and i go wvsw i can still roflstomp ppl as long as i stay with the zerg or facing underlevel\gear ppl, in tpvp if i take a engi without knowing how to properly play it i’ll be dead meat in seconds vs pretty much anyone…..that’s the main difference…
Btw i can clearly see the difference with my guildmates, ppl who are good in tpvp all rock in wvsw (lol our core ele went wvsw for fun yesterday and owned a 8 ppl group alone at a supply camp while laughing on ts, then he left cause it started to get boring after 20 mins facerolling random ppl around; his exact words were “Wvsw it’s just like going duck hunting with a minigun, hotjoin actually requires skills compared to this”) but there are many wvsw veterans with 20 30k kills and stuff that are just plain terrible when they have to go play in a tournament, and this is not a statistic or bs like that, it’s a fact..i actually know ppl playing both wvsw and spvp and the skill difference is just epic, i don’t think i’m the one who has to face reality here…just look at game devs: Do they ask wvsw “uber pro” zergers and kitten..or do they ask high level tpvp players when they want a feedback bout pvp? We all know the answer..
And, just for you to know…this is spvp forum, and here ppl talk about spvp only…because, as i said before, it’s a totally different world…so, if you want to talk about wvsw experience, just go to the proper section because noone here gives a kitten about wvsw zergfest since skills, gear, builds, stats, achivements, mechanics and so on are different…
td;dr
wvsw = pve mechanics (Gear, skills, char level, gold…all from pve) and this is the wrong forum’s section, go whine on wvsw forum instead
sPvP = pvp mecanics and this is the place where we talk about it

Never said i need to play with advantage.
But to stop the endless QQ’ing from people who got stomped 5 minutes ago by premade’s, alt+tabbed to cry on forums. U can just create a team yourself until the problem does get fixed. U know A-net, this will probably take months, if it comes at all.
If all these people complaining about losing to premades care so much about winning why not form your OWN premade… ..
