It should pop at the end of Renewed focus, after you do the entire channel.

If we face SBI I volunteer portal bombing a guild group on her for you. Preferably while she is mining or cutting some tree or whatever.

Thought this was all ready a thing the players implemented not ANET. I know we have put bounties on guildies who transferred over for a week or when we face people we know in other match ups. We simply tell our server what they look like what guild tag and 10s-5g per stomp. Screen needs to be included.

But if ANET could work with the player name ID to implement a bounty or a bounty map that would be neat.

some of the responses to your post give a clue that some of [mend]s leadership has serious “issues”. maybe you should have stuck with “I dont get all of this” and not posted that which you dont know jack about.

I personally wasnt involved with any of the [mend] falling out, and miss many of my friends who went with [mend] to IoJ. To this day I think the [mend] rank and file made the wrong choice, but everyone has to find their own way. I wish them the best.

But while I got along with flappy and ran with him, he was very poisonous to the environment on HoD. He and some other members of [mend] were kittens to many people. And rank and file like me people who just wanted to make HoD a better place suffered for it. In the end, the departure flappy and other leaders was like having a terminal illness cured. We would never have had the success we have had if he and other [mend] leadership did not leave HoD.

Other than honeybun’s post-first-learn-second idiocy I have nothing but respect for IoJ and am enjoying our match.

I know why FC is not doing so well. Just left our BL for the night but there was one FC thief, all she did was bounce around looking for an easy kill. Did not try to cap sentries or camps…just bounced…and bounced…and bounced…..when she was not running away. If there was only 1 HoD she would try to backstab but when it failed she would immediately run away and refuse to fight that one person again. If there were two of us it was just run away. Now I had my mesmer in, a clothie, so I should have been an easy mark for a thief but all she did was run away, as a moa mind you. I figured she may as well look like a chicken if she wanted to role play one so badly.

FC it does not really hurt when you die. You can do better then that! Come on!

YES that one thief is exactly why FC isn’t winning. You know, I had been trying to figure out the problem for two whole days… I’m so grateful that you’ve solved this mystery so all of FC can get back to wvw (once we find and train that thief, ofc).

That was one Mesmer. So in no way is that a 2v2. You know what a mesmer is right? It’s the class you play. Ok. Next, we will be nice and say that upscale ranger is there since we all know they are just rally bots anyways. A total of 4. Yes, 4. Not one not two not even three! But 4 people came into that fight. One Ele, One Mesmer, One Thief, One Ranger, and one upscale range which we are not counting in this match. Since you know he doesn’t count as damage and is a free rally for the teammate he had there <.< >.>
If you count that as a burst? It was 6k damage. His health never went past 50%…… That upscale ranger could burst higher than you.

People go for PPT because thats the objective of WvW. You’re allowed to play however you want but if you aren’t getting high PPT then you’re doing it wrong. This isn’t just a large SPvP fight, it includes towers for the sole purpose of taking them for points. If you still can’t realise WvW is different to just normal PvP then you silly.

Imma have to disagree with this. We shall now throw in the PAXA argument. Stop zeroing bro. But seriously, WvW is an open PvP zone. ANET through PPT in there so people (like yourself) I’m assuming feel like they can accomplish something. I’ll speak personally about how the majority of HoD guilds could care less about PPT. Yes, we get them because frankly there is no way else to pull the other server out to fight us. All we want is fights. Some of our WvW guilds have been in PvE for the past two weeks because there is absolutely no fights. I’ll let you in on a lil secret. [VLK] pulled out of EB 30minutes into reset because after capping 3 keeps and killing 7 people, that kitten is not fun.

Many WvW guilds aren’t there for the PPT. They are there simply to fight. You don’t show we won’t come. FC did this last week and this is how they beat GoM in my personally opinion. FC did not defend a single single they owned. So, we got bored over there and went to GoM, who did defend. We picked the BL where we would have resistance over the BL that was empty.

You are right, WvW isn’t like normal sPvP. I don’t have to run full bunker and sit in a circle waiting for my score to get to 500 to win. I can just look for fights and say screw the score in WvW. Regardless of numbers. (I am swerving from the PAXA philosophy, forgive me). I will go sPvP when I am able to run a 10man+ there and not have to care about protecting the waterfall. WvW is meant about having fun. Well, unless I am ruining your gaming experience because I play for fights and not a finisher. Though, I can’t wait for my first place finisher….

On a side note, [VLK] is rooting for the upset DH. Don’t let us down. ET I still have 15g on you guys. You better get your act together. Win the forum war if anything. I thought [BS] was good at fighting outnumbered. Or did you recruit to many PvErs? BAM! SF lets see you close that score gap. I think I speak for everyone when I say, I want the matchup to go down to the last few hours on Friday.

There’s no great mystery at play or anything remotely like that.

NA prime time SF is STACKED. On reset night first week against HoD I think we had at LEAST 3/4 maps queued if not all at at least 1 point in the night. For the most part EBG, Home BL, and 1 additional BL, would be queued and for a period of time (30minsish IIRC). That’s relatively high tier participation. We have a decentish presence in late night/early morning, we’re relative ghost town til NA prime. This has been the case for about a year now at least.

There’s no “oh we didn’t have the numbers” when it came to HoD for SF. At all. Maybe the second week vs but certainly not the first. All the first week was was us being outplayed HARD. We fell short in the small man, we fell short in zerging, in guild groups, in defense, in everything. At least in bronze league the top 3 hasn’t been determined JUST through coverage, you can really appreciate the QUALITY of play between the three different servers. In that sense, mad props to HoD you played WELL.

Theres a lot of reasons why this server is above that server etc. In bronze league top 3 there’s a lot of complex considerations that need to be made, cant say the same for other leagues. SF has been shown where it needs to improve outside of sheer coverage and numbers and GOD I hope people realize that. I hope your fights with SF have provided you with the same opportunity.
