DPS meter should never be added. When everyone is aware of how much DPS they’re doing it becomes a competition to only get the highest DPS and not do the content like you normally would. In a raid if your teammate would go down, you won’t react as fast, and honestly most players won’t bother ressing like they normally would. That’s because they would want to always top the DPS chart.

Recruitment is now fully open once again. After collecting world firsts we’ve learned a lot about leadership and group effort. We’ve focused that knowledge into our current groups and provide the best raiding experience possible. Since then we have gained an abundance of skilled players and we currently sit at a cozy 100 members in our community, with 4 active raid groups, as well as plans to continuously expand our core teams indefinitely.

With wing 2 of Forsaken Thicket arriving very shortly we have opened the floodgates for all new potential applicants. We are looking forward to making new friends and teammates with all those who are interested.

I agree man, too many people whining about nonsense. The removal of the amulets is massive in the right direction. That alone will change builds and playstyles. So many complaining about one or two traits on their class and think it’s game over, yet this is the only thread I saw concerning the amulets and this is by far the biggest change for all classes.

I’d advise you to stay at ruby and spare yourself of the joke that is diamond specially with this new kitten matchmaking. Haven’t seen poor rotations, profession understanding, map awareness like this in emerald yet they are so abundant in diamond.

It’s not even possible to move out of the sapphire/ruby brackets, you get one pip for winning and one for losing, the skill disparity between your teammates in the games you win and the games you lose is too drastic. I even lost 1 pip for winning because someone on the other team dc’d. It’s either I get semi-decent players who can actually play as a team, or keyboard turners who keep pushing far and dying. Spent 4 hours yesterday just going back and forth between pips.

Also for anyone else who is interested burnzerker is nowhere near 40% more damage than anything else considered ‘meta’, for example Staff Tempest on gorseval comes within ~400 DPS during the entire course of the fight assuming you glide. If you don’t glide then burnzerker begins to pull further and further ahead. If you want proof feel free to waste your own time and run the numbers and tests yourself.

I am and I’m still losing money whatever happened to raids being the #1 to acquire gold

What are the chances of food, food ingredients, or consumables ever being sold in the raid for non-gold currencies? I’m actually losing money doing raids and it has started to become a problem.

My guild has been killing these bosses with like 3+ minutes left, I’m not sure what you’re doing or if you’re even doing more than just autoattacking in full Nomads but you’re wrong.

Ah so only good and all right? Haha, fills me with doubtful joy that I’ve geared the wrong classes then. Much prefer reaper playstyle as dh and Herald can be pretty boring, I’m going to give druid a try. Anything else?

Reaper has potential to be great but I need to do a bit more testing with it. Druid is definitely great though, would be better if the spirits weren’t bug. I’m uploading some more vids now with even faster boss kill times including Sabetha but I’ll save that one for later

I want to get into raiding here, I spent most of my WoW career in Method or Envy so I’m used to high end content. My issue is the comps. Currently I’m reaper and Herald and have just gotten my dragonhunter to 80 also. Are all 3 of these certain go-oers for a raid or is it comp specific? I’m also fairly curious how Druids fit into these comps as its the next class I’m looking to gear up.

Herald is good, Reaper is good, Dragonhunter seems all right, and Druid is pretty much the go-to class for heals. You’ll be fine assuming you’re running the right builds.

Yeah I kind of figured. I play a Zealot Druid but some people want me to go Cleric but after seeing those timer’s I think it’d be better if I stayed Zealot. I was just looking for some affirmation haha. Thanks for the info guys.

Do what you can handle, Zealot’s is more DPS without a doubt, that has been proven prob years ago, but it is more squishy against physical attacks, but not too much. I’ve tried convincing even our Druid but he is pretty set on Cleric’s. Both are definitely good though. Celestial could be good as well. Further testing required!

AKA the T5 Exalted, T5 Itzel, and T5 Nuhoch masteries. Unless you really want the T6 mastery don’t waste your time on these, because they are not worth it whatsoever. The Champion is a joke, the loot is a joke.

I’m not sure if the other champions are harder or if their chests give better loot, or maybe there is some rare drop you can only get from these chests but I doubt it.

Can you say anything more about the aggro system? It’s rare to hear that a boss in GW2 has manageable aggro. Was it a tank sort of thing, or an environmental thing?

I liked the coordination it requires, it’s so much different than everything else in the game. The most interesting mechanic was definitely the group split, I enjoyed that the most because we needed just the right amount of people wearing certain gear on the bosses when they split. Timing the lightning and the pulsing ground together was probably the most challenging I’d say.

With this team it took about 6 pulls I think?

We are NA based and yes we are recruiting. This boss was so much fun, shoutout to the awesome devs that have been working around the clock to provide this. We did do it without squad UI, or even party UI, it should be much easier with that fixed.

We had 2 extremely close pulls before this, one at 5% and then another at like 0.1%.

Group comp, 4 Condi Engi (1 tankier hybrid, which was me), 3 Revenants, 1 Druid, 1 Chronomancer, 1 Warrior.
Everyone was in Berserker, except the Condi Engis of course. I don’t think the Berserker meta is quite over with yet.

Overall really solid fight, it is definitely well-tuned for good players, and it’s gotten me even more excited for the remainder of this raid

That’s the error I’m getting, even though my internet connection is fine.

Not sure if it’s important or not but I was able to see my log in screen (my characters) when I started crashing. I was still in the map and I could see players, but on the bottom I could see my characters.

I still can not log in, getting network error. Yes I also had a commander tag on when I dc’d

but what about us not being able to log in at all

Still broken, can’t make raid squads, or normal squads, can’t even log in any of my characters without network error. And nobody can enter the raid instance (through the portal)

Now I know who to personally yell at when you guys stop supporting raids!

Energy cost on weapon skills needs to remain simply because of the way Facets work on the Herald now.

BUT, and this is a pretty big but. The energy cost on said weapon skills is way too high, they should be things like 5 to 8 energy, but some of them cost 15+, it’s a bit ridiculous.

I agree, 5 to 8 is a good number, Semi unrelated but Ventaris tablet is way too consuming as well, if I move it then I barely have enough energy to use the skills unless I’ve already built up 100 energy. A lot of the energy consumption needs to be lowered
