Why is there so much thief hate??? I’m not a great thief but I’m not bad either but getting blamed before the match starts is really stupid.
And this is how you spot a bad thief, like others said before, a good thief can carry a game, a good one is dead weight, the special snowflake mentality

The same can be said for any of the classes. One bad player is a huge impact on the team.
During a different match I got blamed for not decapping more but yet that dude couldn’t 1v1 to save home if his life depended on it. So, I had to spend most of my time trying to save his kitten .
Maybe I will just DH or Rev with the rest of the people to dodge the hate.
I have a questions about the Infinite Mist Omnipotion. I know how to create but my questions is about the 3 potions that are needed.
Can I purchase and use each potion before creating Infinite Mist Omnipotion or do the potions have to sit in my bank waiting for me to collect the other pieces to complete the Infinite Mist Omnipotion?

I’ve seen a lot of posts about Druid condi being one of the best in the games but I really enjoy the DD style more. I have asceneded gear (direct and condi) for both my DD and druid but I’m just no seeing any DD love in raids.
Are DD really that far out of raid meta?
So, what should I push for as a druid then. DPS or healing? I have full ascended sets of marauders and viper. I can make another ascended set if I need too; so which is better magi or zealot?
So what do you suggestion stats wise? I have full ascended gear marauders and also viper’s for my druid. Can I get away with exotic magi if I have to heal?
Note: Somewhat new to raids and the druid role.
Is the druid still the main healer after the latest release? I noticed on metabattle that his DPS builds are ranked higher then the Raid Healer build.

I want the solo queue back. I don’t care about my wait times but going against Premades isn’t fair for pugs. Even if the Pre is only 3 players that is still too many.
I honestly don’t think mesmers are going to see any big changes with this balance patch. Mesmers got hit by the nerfhammer hard last time around, I don’t see them targeting one class like that.

Thank you for the suggestion. I do system admin work for Oracle on their datacenters across the global. It’s not a resource issue.
Guys – its not the system. I’m been running the game for years on this system. It started with the 2/23 update. ProcessCount is not an issue with only 38% of the memory is being used and CPU % is low to mid. I’m running the newest drivers by Nvidia.
I’m not the only one getting crashes; several of my friends have also since the patch. We were all stable before it.

So, I just completed a match where the other team was a 5 man team vs 2 two man group and myself. I didn’t think a 5 man team would go against solo players? We won but still. I was my last game on top of the screenshoot.

SoloQ is not available because there are not even enough players for regular Ranked Q at the moment. Take away the solo players and they will wait hours for a Ranked match.
So! If you play within a group that should be the price you pay. Solo players should not have to deal with premades at all. As is it right now pre mades are taking advantage/abuse the system. I can’t even tell you how many times I have faced 4 players groups. The current system is NOT fair and that doesnt even get into the MMR stuff.

See you are under the impress that Good players should only play poor players. That is where you are wrong. MM should match up teams based on MMR not just creating teams from your MMR. Team vs Team is not MMR based it’s random.

Matching up based MMR is season 1. It sucked. Legendary players had to fight Legendary players all the way through Amber, while worse/new players got to fight a much less quality of competition to make the SAME progress. Ranks were meaningless and everybody hated it. You are now matched up based on your position on the ladder. If you’re still in Amber, you’re fighting other Ambers around the same range.
It’s infinitely better and its not going back. It’s a ladder. If you can’t progress, then your ladder standing is currently where it belongs. Deal with it.

Without mixing teams can have very long wait times. Fast scheduling is a top priority.
It shouldn’t matter on the queue times for teams; that is part of playing with a team. Solo players shouldn’t have to deal with any teams. It’s an unfair advantage that is being abused. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve faced 4 player groups abusing the solo queue. Teams will beat any group of randoms 99% of the time; Anet needs to make fair matches and doesn’t allow teams to fight solo players; its NOT a fair match.

ANet needs to make a “no party” queue. If players are in a party they should have their own queue that matches party against party. Instead they have the current system which put penalties on solo play but encourages abuse from 4 party groups vs randoms.
There is no reason beside laziness on their part. Everyone wants a fair system but allowing parties to go against a random group is NEVER fair even if it’s a party of two.
Just depends on what side of the nerf you are on.

Yes, because Anet doesn’t have a pure solo queue. Their solo queue only stops 5 man teams. There needs to be a pure solo queue with no teams; not even a 2 person team.
So, you are taking advantage of solo players by teaming up. It’s not a fair system in any way, shape or form for a solo player.
In the current state of the classes necros really shouldn’t have issues 1v1

I know I sent the report in thru your tool. Is there a log somewhere? I see a crash.dmp file but it doesn’t appear to be clear text.
Since the 2/23 patch my game is crashing 4-5 times within an 2 hour period. I was working on the meta in DS and it crashed 7 times during the last fight. Whatever you guys changed is not really working out.

yeah plus there is no real solo queue. I went up against at group of 4 and everyone on my team was solo.
Its complete BS. If there is a group they should have to go against other groups.
They behave differently. The trait one will teleport your pet to you to help revive. The skill one your pet will teleport a downed player and itself to you to revive. With the skill one you don’t even have to help a downed player; your pet will revive them alone if you want.
Thanks all for the feedback. Dojo I know in our chat you suggested Celestial Shadow over Natural Stride. I love the run increase so if I switch to travelers rune my power would drop ~150 but I would have 25% run the whole time. Think its worth it?
I had NM for awhile with this build and that would mirror the one on metabattle. But I was thinking Marksmanship would increase DPS over NM.
I’ve been running a LB/staff build since the last balance patch. I know some people don’t like the build but I would like feedback anyways. Both builds are close. Been using the build in PvP and WvW.

The trick is to not linger in celestial form, but just go in cast 1-2 abilities and go out.

I’ve been running a build like this for a few weeks. I did just add a couple shouts with the recent update. I really enjoy it; search and rescue is awesome.

What information are you talking about? LOL all I said is that I uses this build and get objective awards a lot with it. For some reason you took this to mean the build is great for melee and team play. If you really did go back and re-read the post you would see that. Saying this to a guy who already created, suggested and shared more than 4 viable builds for rangers into current meta.
And of course, tested more than 20 at this point.I always got most objectives with a Longbow Zerker. Funny enough – I also had most loses with the build. Points really do not mean a snip. Of course you’re gonna have the most objectives by tagging stuff from range and rotating.
I stated that this build is weak and brings little contribution to actual success of the PvP match. If you are playing for self satisfaction and not for mutual team accomplishment – then what you are playing never mattered.

Even duel-oriented Druid has problems against focusing foes like Thief/Necro/… And you are trying to convince me that you are fine face-checking these enemies by Longbow in melee range?
Let’s get real here. If you are playing this build without taking advantage of it’s superior ranged pressure and mobility – which is not holding an objective which is currently our strongest place – you are playing it wrong.I’ve already played 5 different builds since the end of season. I lost 2 games out of 10. I can practically take a PvE build and win since everybody’s now testing stuff and fooling around.
This build is not suitable for constructive PvP. For decapping purposes it’s inferior to the decapping build. For soloing a point it’s inferior to half other builds. For teamfights it’s weaker than most other classes. There’s no advantage in this build apart from 1v1 chasing potential.
If you are expecting your enemies to follow you once you let them have your point – and they do – they are bad.
If you are trying to convince me that the weakest melee combination one can find is able to 1v1 anyone face-to-face while standing on a point – you have close to zero chance. I’ll believe if you prove it.
