This just proves that Anet doesn’t test their kitten before release. I bet they didn’t even played it once with new achievements in play.
I wouldn’t even mind 100 interrupts if game wasn’t laggy as kitten and if skill response time wasn’t so kittening terrible. Being hit while my shots are obstructed is so kittening fun.
Pls Anet, do everyone a favor and test your kitten out before you put it out in the open.
Gw2 is an internet show that kicks out tiny story episodes (30-60minutes) every 2 weeks, with huge breaks after 4-6 episodes (2-3 months) with no goal or finale in sight. Most of the time episodes feel random and unconnected, quite a mess of story writing.
If you just started playing the game, its a huge single player rpg with option for coop, with an average story. Combat is great but most of the time you just mash 1 and mobs die.
There is no late game, loot is terrible, rng is hell, and content is boring. There is no option to stand out from others in any way, everything is just bought off of tp or gem store.
Gw2 cries for an expansion, cries for massive updates to every aspect of the game, cries for “hardcore mode” injection because casual disease is ruining this game.
p.s. I guess I might get banned again from saying stuff anet doesn’t like, so forget everything I said before, Gw2 is awesome, buy gems with real cash, enjoy the best story out there, LS is best thing that happened to mmos, dungeons are so good you can play them over and over for years, fractals are the most rewarding content ever.

This is by far the dumbest way of getting those items. You don’t earn kitten, you are playing kittening lottery. Sorry but this is not how reward system should work in any game ever!
If someone wants to gamble or play lottery, there are plenty of ways to do this, gw2 is not one of those ways.
But obviously, you guys (anet) are not capable of creating content challenging enough, and difficult enough to reward players with such " valuable" drops, so you decided to make a lottery bullkitten and let the rng do the work for you.

Why not use reward system already in game, which people forgot it exists, dungeon tokens/ pristine fractal relics + vendor.
So instead of pure rng straight out of the box, you combine the two. Meaning if you are lucky, you get your drop early from the chest at the end of the lvl, but if you are not, like myself, you get the option to trade in the tokens/relics for it.
Then you make that mystic toilet, i mean forge to some good use for change, and put in items that would always result in something you want. 100%
Now to give example, you make each dungeon/fractal have its unique artifact that is super rare and drops from explorable end chest. But if you play certain dungeon enough times, and gather enough of tokens/relics, you can just get it off of vendor, for 10000, 100000, 100000000000 tokens or whatever.
Once you get all 8 + fractals, you make it similar to crafting gifts of might and magic, there is this recipe you have to get from rng, or trade dragonite ore for it.
lets say ac,ta, cm and se are one gift, and cof, coe, arah, hotm are another gift, fractals one would be a stand alone gift, and then you miss 4th element to make it really intricate way of crafting something you put your effort into, or got extremely lucky.
Either way you get rewarded, and you feel like you achieved something/ earned something, rather than straight out rng drop.
But i wouldn’t really bother with drops, not before you make changes to current dungeons / add new harder dungeons, because current dungeons are way too boring and way too rewarding for how hard it is so beat them, arah included!

owning chest piece of radiant/hellfire armor means you got one of the hardest to obtain pve skin in game atm, with quite a lot of effort behind it. dumbing it down would mean you need half of the ap you used to need, which would make it super easy to get.
And since you can’t use both armors at once, prestige behind it would be gone.
So no, i don’t want it to get super easy to get single set, i want it to stay this hard as it is now, so not every scrub who got not even 20k ap gets it.
As someone who is near to 24k ap, i’d dare to say those armors are where they should be, extremely hard to get, behind a massive wall of ap.
Now don’t get me wrong, i’m not saying its not near impossible to get them at this point, it really is, but the thing is, anet will sooner or later have to release new content, and ap with it that will reach the 50k ap points, or even slightly over it.
It would be highly optimistic of anet to expect that people would play this game for 10 years, and gain 1k ap each year to get the armor, so its more likely they will release content, and mark my words, ALOT of it in the next year or so. They were buying time for over 2 years now with this living story experiment, now its time for some old school actual content.
TL;DR, give us more content→more ap→more fun→radiant/hellfire full armors will come in due time

I like how challenging and interesting world events are, especially tri wurm, but rewards will put off even the hardest of tryhards.
Oh and please, do something about 1 hour long queues for events because ain’t nobody got time for that.
When you rush to an event that requires you to kill mobs quite often you don’t get reward if you only killed 1 mob, and that mob was very last one to get killed.
But if you only kill one mob in the middle of the event everything is fine, so i guess there is some issue with the reward system that doesn’t recognize that one mob you killed last.
This happens to me quite often, since running from event to event often makes you go for last groups of mobs.

Been playing for almost 6k hours, got one precursor: shield, like a year ago.
everything else is just salvage-o-matic food.
around 2000 raw gold, twice as that if you count bank loot.
Can you please make every armor for Norn first, and then scale them down to fit other races.
Its quite sad to see that armors fit everyone except Norn because how stretched they are due to too much upscaling.
Or maybe put larger textured for norn armor, or something, because some really enjoy playing Norn, but they delete them and pick other races simply because they don’t like how armor looks.
They should have made them transparent and with more glow. Just like original axe looked. Atm this is just a cheap reskin with some pulsating glow that looks so lazy.
sorry, 5 pristine relics are 5 fractal runs. thats like 10 hours at worst, split across 5 days. Even if you do lvl 1.

Next we will know that people want fractal skins without even entering fractals. no, just no. Suck it up, do your fair share of fractals and move along.
One and only reason why legendary armors will not happen is Black Lion Trading Post.
You know, once every month or 2 we get new armors for gems. Since gems are expensive for buying them for gold, most people just spit 10-15 € and get it that way. Players “happy”, Anet even happier.
And for as long as Anet has any decent profit from releasing gemstore armors, we will not see any decent ingame armors to obtain.
Simple economy trick. So if you are waiting for legendary armor, don’t hold your breath, it ain’t gonna happen any time soon.
the problem is not the skill itself, nor the stacking, its the poorly implemented AI.
AI is as simple as line of sight rush to player, go through skill rotation, rinse, repeat.
If AI was told to move out of aoe, to block aoe, evade it, dodge out of it, you wouldn’t be able to stack, ever.
Sure anet could hot fix it and make it unusable, or to make it unable to cast if there are no targets, but obviously they don’t want to.
So yeah, you can say FGS is broken, stacking is big issue, but the root of the problem is actually really poorly and lazily designed AI.
Stacking is not the main issue, its just the result of players figuring out the easiest way of killing really poorly designed foes.
The real issue poor and lazy AI.
Entire AI is based on line of sight and auto attacking with occasional flavor skill just to hide the poor AI.
Foes don’t dodge, evade, block, move out of the way of your attacks. Even if they do they don’t do it when needed, they do it when their skill rotation tells them to do.
Enemies don’t interrupt skills, they don’t hide behind their tanks, they don’t run away from players, they do nothing.
Want to prevent people from stacking? make foes flee when you get close to them, make them move out of aoe, make them interrupt channeling skills, make them block attacks, dodge attacks, evade.
So if anything should be changed, AI should, even early days of gw1 had it, and with years it got really good. Why not just copy paste the algorithms, they worked in gw1, they would work here, with few tweaks.
Cmon don’t make your playerbase lazy, and then act surprised when people qq that events are too “hard” because it can’t be stack rushed. Stir things up, Dungeons and events are good as they are, just improve the AI.
Although it wouldn’t kill you if you released a few more dungeons/paths, WITH the updated AI, you know, to teach people how to dodge again.
Remove – Stealth; it is impossible to balance, especially without reveal mechanic.
Spamming stealth is serious issue in any form of pvp.
In some cases in wvw can be (and is) exploited.
The whole nature of stealth is bad for any pvp game, not just gw2, and instead of struggling to make it work, just get rid of it and act like it was never part of the game.

It’s not about people, its about lame bugged content. Content that stays for only 2 weeks and its bugged for 7 days so far and counting. Mechanics are simple, everyone got the hang of it really fast, and yet it is still impossible to do it event with good group. Why? Because for some reason bosses scale up for 50 people and only 50 people, meaning that if you go for it with 20-30 people, you can be happy if you even kill it in 15 minutes.
Seriously anet, quit those lame scaling bs and make events more appropriate for smaller groups of people. No one likes to zerg!
Event is obviously bugged, and we can only hope for a hotfix.
Sadly, Anet is silent which in my opinion only means that it will never happen.
And since there is only week left of this event, I doubt many will do this properly, especially 6 minutes to nightfall achievement which only lucky ones got in first day or 2 due to bugs without even killing a single knight.
I guess the rule: “do it all first day or don’t bother” applies for entire LS, as only more and more bugs are up, until everyone gives up and event is over.

They should stop making content that is for hardcaped 150 people only. No one likes zerg content, anet can’t make scaling right, kitten gets bugged and everyone gets kittened.
Ditch the whole LS bullkitten, temporary content is bad, and only makes people not want to get back to the game because they missed it and can’t do anything to experience it ever again. Sure most LS is not connected and doesn’t get into main plot, but then whats the point of it. Just add permanent content, even if its only fraction of current LS, but make it good, make it count. Not some cheesy bs lesbian making out… cmon

One of the worst ending I’ve experienced in video game. No real scarlet fight, just some lame holograms that are kittening static aoe turrets. Once done, you go in and curb stomp scarlet. Wow. Oh yeah, too much unnecessary cheese and emo bullkitten in the last cutscene. Seriously, story was written like 12yo. On top of that, now they dragged dragons into LS. Say goodbye to good content. Only thing that could save the game was a decent expansion with decent story with decent content and new dragon(s). Now the whole awesome dragon stuff will be zaithaned and LSes just so they can sell more gems.

Thank you Anet for awesome overflow system that allows me to seamlessly join any server and any map whenever I want to.
Thank you for allowing me to stay in map for long periods of time without disconnecting, bugging out or crashing when event with large number of people is about to start.
Thank you once more for letting me come back to same overflow I was on even if I did got kicked out without hassle.
I just love how new 100+ player events work seamlessly and without causing the game to malfunction.

Pls do something with loading times in LA. Sometimes it takes up to 5 minutes to load it up, and neither PC specs nor internet connetion are in question.
Scarlet is designed to buy ANet some time. And they desperately need it. They have too much to do in too little time, from PVP, WVW, and PVE, game got no point to play once you got up to 80.
So don’t expect anything good anytime soon as long she is alive, meaning Anet still needs more time!
I won’t say It is not based on players, but if it was solely based on players it would have stopped moving long time ago since people did achievements in few days and stopped doing it.
Apart from occasional forced daily to kill the hybrid/ use antitoxin, players are not doing the content at all.
Its just some “meter” that represents nothing, well nothing more than time until next patch.
Why are you people even trying? Anet decided to make warriors useless again, not by simply nerfing them, but also buffing everyone else just because some noobs QQed about being stomped while not using dodge.
Warriors were average at best, and kept some pretty hard to counter builds under control with plenty of CC. Just watch how some other professions will explode with some wicked OP builds, while warriors lose any roll in PVP.
I guess it was fun while it lasted.
Today I did some wvw, cleared at least 10 of those camps in EB, and didn’t got a single point for the achievement.
labyrinth was never fun to begin with. Last year it was bugged and people did it for loot. This year, loot is limited, nerfed and events take way too long to respawn so people just went to do something with more money in it.
Lunatic inquisition is most boring mini game by far. You run around for 15 minutes in a map way too big with way too little people in it, without a goal. I just don’t understand the idea behind it.
I just hope they don’t put it in daily rotation, because it sure does suck.
Capturing stonemist castle doesn’t count towards title, which is rather annoying considering how hard and rare it can be to achieve it.
I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one, because dozens of people were screaming in chat over it.

I can’t get over the thing that halloween pail costs 10 times more than regular 20 slot bag.
I just don’t seem to understand logic behind pricing it that high.
Regular 20 slot bag costs 12g max, while pail is around 100g, and will only go up in price.
15 000 candy corn for a bag is a bit ridiculous, and even if you don’t want to buy corn but decide to farm it yourself after halloween you would need over 2500 days of gathering in your home instance.
Really? its just a 20 slot bag, why make it so kitten expensive.
Prices for weapons and mini are alright, but for a lame bag it sure is absurd.
If you ask me it should cost 1 corn cob, or 2 cobs max, so it would be more or less equal to other 20 slot bags, so some would might even get a few of those. I doubt anyone will buy them for 100g each.

How about you change your tactics, instead of brute forcing it? Equip a hammer, mace, shield, stomp, kick,… and just make the way for oozes.
Oozes are immune to CC, elementals are not, they have plenty of HP to toss around, and once you kick them far enough from ooze they will attack players instead of oozes.
Really, adept to the fight, use your wide variety of skills and weapons.
God, people playing gw2 really forgot everything about how dungeons work…

Can’t say it’s too hard, I expected more challenge and less troll traps and bugged/annoying tribunation clouds.
But hey, I did it, and gz to everyone who made it trough.
Lets sum up the bugs happening only in tribulation mode.
1. Certain checkpoints makes you die as soon as you spawn because of misplaced spawn location.
W2Z2, 2. last checkpoint, right before pillars and after portal platforms you spawn on spikes, which makes you die as soon as you spawn.
W2Z3, 2. last checkpoint, mountain goat drops on your head as soon as you spawn knocking you to your doom.
2. Certain cloud checkpoints tend to bug out not working at all, making me doing entire section before the cloud every single time.
W2Z2, very last cloud checkpoint made me jump on the pillars and run trough fishes every single time instead from the flag, even if i activated it.
