What is the point of auto balancing if I do my best for 10 minutes, earn my victory and then 2 minutes before I win I get placed in enemy team because some QQer left the game.
Just get rid of it and start banning people for quiting the game.
I just ran into a problem where i have to buy 25000 same items from karma vendor and after 30 minutes and 5k clicks my finger is dead. so it would be nice if i could type wanted quantity up to 250 and buy it as bulk instead of one by one.
and another questio is am I allowed to use simple autoclicker to buy it for me to spare me finger cramps? just to click 20000 more times instead of me, because vendor system is they way it is.
p.s. it is thirst slayer achievement im going for if someone realy likes to know.

Part with the two altering seals (hands) with chanters is kittening ridiculous. They stack too much vulnerability, follow way too far and respawn way too fast.
It is one of the worst designs ever as it relies solely on first try. If somehow your team refuses to keep one side of initial 2 chanter spawn alive you are pretty much screwed. Especially if you don’t have one or two guardians in your team.
Not only that this whole fractal is too long, it takes a lot of skill to beat the end boss on higher difficulty but it also has a first try or fail mechanic that kittening infuriates every single person that ever played that fractal with me. So far I had to quit on my 3. fractal more than 20 times simply because it is impossible to do it once initial chanter spawns are killed and you failed on the first try.
Seriously, do you really think cliffside fractal is ok at this state? To kittening bust everyone who fails to do it in the first try? I just don’t get the logic behind it. No matter what we do, or how well shadow refuge is used they just ignore whole invisible kitten because of last patch nerf to it, and they follow us to the end of the world.
Just remove half of the chanters and reduce their hp in half so people can actually run to both sides as a team and actually have a chance to survive.
Do something about it because it is clearly flawed.
I have no problem with last boss in dredge fractal.
What I do have problem with is that is too kitten long. It takes almost an hour to complete since it has too many mini “events” you have to complete to finish it. It suffers the same problem as cliffside. It just takes too long with poorly implemented swarm design.
If you ask me I would split cliffside and dredge in half and make 2 fractals instead of one, thats how many encounters it has.
15-20mins per fractal is more than enough simply because you have to do 3 of them in a row + bonus Maw lvl if you want a chest. More than 20 minutes is just overkill.
Karma is really your best choice since you get it way more than you need by simply doing dailies and monthlies.
Other than that I would suggest doing AC for power/toughness/vitality or COF for power/precision/crit dmg armors, since those 2 are currently easiest to do and are rather short too.
I have a mesmer too and I have no problem going full glass canon in any dungeon with my cof armor. But for open world or fractals, I might suggest something with a bit more vitality in it.
It is not a dps check it is a bug. I completed it last night without much effort but I ran across the same bug as you have.
The thing is that if Simin goes in stealth BEFORE you get her down to 50%, she tends to bug out and stealth every next try once you hit her down to 50%.
We wasted about 30 minutes until we manage to “reset” the Simin by kicking her to 50% and leaving the combat.
Once she was up to 100% and without agro we killed her without much DPS effort.
Simin has really low regen rate now and is rather easy to kill, all you have to do is pile up tears and run sparks in about minute or so. Simin goes down in about 5-10 minutes regardless of your dps.
Again, what happened to you was a bug, and If happens again you should just let her stealth and regen up to max while you are out of combat. It will most likely remove a bug so you have a clean start at Simin. Just make sure you have all 5 people attacking and getting her to 50% hp before she stealths for the first time.

It would be nice if there would be a Healing power main/toughness/vitality armors, weapons and jewels for more tank/support role so rest of the team could go full dmg without being afraid of dying or getting unwanted agro.
there could also be runes with main healing power/remove conditions/boon duration stats to go with that kind of armor.
And lastly sigils for weapons, it would be nice if there would be “on weapon swap cure x conditions” or heal nearby allies, or give aegis, or stability, so people can actually support better while swapping weapons when needed.
Really simple, people don’t want to play harder dungeons because loot they get for doing so is as miserable as one you get for doing cof p1.
Simply logic, you get 10 blue items and few tokens for 10 minutes, or you get 10 blue items and slightly different tokens for an hour, which do you pick?
I did every dungeon several times, and none of them are actually hard, but since rewards are equally bad in every dungeon I just gave up and stuck to COF p1.
Not to mention not every dungeon has lvl 70+ rare items that can be acquired with tokens, which most people farming cof do to get nice supply of ectos.
Tbh best type of dungeon is grawl one in fractals. It has a twist to both boss fights, and playing like a team really can make a difference. Sure it has some bugs and elementals tend to spike one person a bit too often, but it sure is fun and intense.
But seriously, no one will play dungeons because they are fun. Sure first few times its amazing and thrilling, but later it is all about loot, and if player knows he will not get anything, he will not come again.
Pls redo chests at the end of every dungeon to be a bit more similar to new world event chests, so people can hope for at least a single rare item at the end of a run.
Answer to your, rather disrespectful demand/question, is quite simple:
People don’t play WvW because there are no rewards for playing it.
If you beat dungeon you get loot, if you win a pvp match you get glory, but if you play wvw you don’t get anything at all.
So why waste time on something so boring and repetitive while not being rewarded for doing so?
Sorry but you have to learn that not every player enjoys the game same way you do, and not everyone looks at the game the same way. Making threads in “spoiled brat, everyone should listen to me” manner will not get you far.
I’m all against downed system in PVP for one really simple reason, it kills the whole concept of tactical battle in PVP.
Now you don’t have to worry you will get killed, because you will not, or think will you manage to finish player sooner before he finishes you, because both of you have a 2nd life, and if you run with a teammate you have absolutely no interest in thinking if he can heal you or block for you because he can put you back on feet when you go down.
Not to mention situations where you down 3 foes, and one of your m8s bleeds to death and all 3 foes are instantly on their feet, now that is just wrong!
If there was no downed state, people would play more cautiously and strategic, plan before they just charge head on into enemy team.
After all pvp is all about players skill, and getting downed is not a trait of good players.
I think dungeons are too easy since you don’t realy depend that much on other players in your team at all. Sure they can ress you, heal you a bit or take agro away from you but mostly it all revolvs around how well can you take care of yourself. Dungeons really ask too little team effort other than light torches at the same time or activate consoles to deactivate lasers at the same time. Combofields and finishers are too insignifcant to actually make team execute them on demand, they just happen from time to time. Both dungeons and combos need to get buffed and hardened so players could actually start play more like a team and less like a group of individuals.
If you ask me game is too casual, and if yuo have hard time beating cotent i think you should practice harder.
It would be great if bosses would have more ultimate abilites that could own your team in one hit but if reflected back or interupted would hurt them a bit, made them more voulnerable or stunned for several seconds. This way players who prefer to go melee would have a small window to dish out their dmg. It is getting really boring to fight every boss the same old kite and waste time slowly chipping dmg off of boss huge hp. Make people pay more attention by letting bosses wipe teams in single blow. This game revolvs too much on staying away from melee and plain old didgle when about to get hit instead of actually counterblowing the boss in its face and making him regret he cast that spell at you. I like how mad norn boss in coe was done. Sure he is way too simple but at least he has unique feel to it that makes people use his own skills againts him. There are too few skills that can be reflected back at boss to make them taste abit of their own stew.
I strongly suggest to make bosses a bit more backfireable or stunable and less kite and dodge from safe distance.

Why is there no amulets, and now earrings, attainable from fractal vendors?

So finally loot drops from bosses will be sure thing. Except you will still be rewarded with useless blues, karma and silver or 2 which is not even enough for a trip back to LA.
This game has 3 main issues considering loot:
1. Gold is WAY too hard to get and everything costs gold
2. You can’t farm because DR will bust your kittening balls before you even start to farm, even if you only need few armored scales to craft something. Entire hell breaks lose if you want to farm a bit for yourself. You are forced to buy stuff from TP BUT look first issue.
3. This game too many currencies aside from gold, that gives you high end lvl 80 exotics or even ascended way too cheap. So you kitten blood in fractals for 2 months to get 2 infused ascended rings as drops? Well how about we give you another currency to get them for only playing once a day. You played like mad man for 3 weeks to get cof armor, here take 180 free tokens for doing it ONLY once a day, per CHARACTER. What playing dungeon once a day is too hard for you? Here take new laurel system which will reward you for doing just daily and nothing else.
DO YOU SEE WHERE THIS IS GOING?
Instead of ramping stuff up they are lowering kitten down, they treat hardcore players like morons, average players like invalids and casual players like kitten with oversimplifying content. Why are you doing this? Dungeons are not supposed to be easy and that whole thing “YOU PLAY GW2 ONLY FOR PRESTIGE LOOKS” well guess what, giving people 180 free tokens for nothing is not prestige at all.
If people want to play more, let them play more and reward them for it. That is how every other game works except guild wars 2. Here you get spit, kitten and kittenon if you only think about doing the same thing twice.

Why do you encourage people to play this game so superficially, go do daily, do dungeon once, maybe finish ONE event then GTFO you have earned your 30silvers for today.
If I as a player want to do a god kitten dungeon 100 times in a day, why are you kittening forcing me not to? Just because you said people don’t have to farm to get endgame gear doesn’t mean everyone should get punished by wanting to play same kitten over and over again.
You do so many mistakes, so much illogical bullkitten, so many contradictory statements not to mention so many bullet dodging when someone asks a really good question. Have someone erased your memory people? Are you aware that you did guild wars 1 and it was kittening awesome? Or you fired those brilliant people and hired some knobheads to milk money off of old fame GW1 had.

When? When will we get a decent bug fix for every profession? Half of the traits and every 2nd skill doesn’t work as intended, or doesn’t work at all.
And those that do work are either poor or make some professions way stronger than others, in every way possible pve and pvp.
I don’t want to start a discussion who is op and who is pile of dirt, I just want a single replay from Anet to inform us all when we will get every profession balanced out and fixed from all those hideous bugs.
Prices of armors are not broken. Either you less QQ and more pewpew and get some money, or stfu. You could ask for cheaper legendaries, because no one wants to pay over 1000g for one item.
Guess what, those items are intentionally expensive so not every bugger could get em. If you want it that much go farm and earn it. If you ask me I would increase prices of those armors or make new sets that are more expensive just to split the game into people who enjoy the game and spent time getting it and those who want it and QQ how expensive it is but don’t want to farm.
It would be nice if there was a way to see events happening all over the map, not just on the map you are currently on. Ofc not every event should be shown, but ones that are really big and require significant amount of people to complete, like dragons, altars in orr or any other kind of “elite boss” once every 3 hours event.
It would encourage people who have nothing to do to maybe join an event since they know it has started and don’t have to use waypoint 7 times to check every map individually.
I’m pretty sure people wouldn’t sit in LA afking and would join events if they know about them in time.
120g is 120 ac runs without loot. That is 120 hours of play if you only get gray drops. So no it is not hard to get, you just have to quit kittening and get to it.
Yeah, I’ve done all JPs and mini dungeons. I even did all boss achievements too, except one that for some reason doesn’t spawn.
Actually I have 1800 hours, 1700 on my warrior and 100ish on my mesmer. Both lvl 80, both 100% done. I did 2nd gift of mastery for sunrise ( have twilight ), but I gave up as I would only be in game afking and checking TP if my order succeeded. I tried PvP and WvW but they seem too confusing and chaotic for someone who likes organized gameplay like 5man dungeon runs.
I just hope there is something else they will put in the game, otherwise I will have a lot of free time on my hands. XD
Before I start here is a little warning, this is solely about PVE aspect of the game as I find PVP and WVW not interesting at all, simply not my cup of tea. So please if you want to comment take this in mind.
OK, to start with this I would like to say that so far game was really amazing and even thou it had its dark moments when there were more bugs than working things, I still enjoyed it quite a bit.
I am slowly reaching 5k achievement points and I have finished my twilight recently which I though was a great thing. I seriously did, until I actually done it. Now I realized that there is nothing else to do.
I did every dungeon possible countless times, I went to fractals lvl 47 and even finished lvl 49 with guild mates with total number of 400 fractals completed, I even did every single jumping puzzle there is.
After almost 1700 hours of gameplay with warrior alone I ran out of things to do. Anet can take this as compliment, even thou I would gladly play it double the time if I could.
I even made a second char, mesmer, went to lvl 80, did 100% map exploration again and decided to try and get a second legendary, but honestly for what?
Even if i wanted to get 2nd one I doubt I could go with months and months of TP farm and turning same items into easy but boring money. I can easily claim that 90% of my money came from TP, even thou I often played up to 20 dungeon runs a day!
This game has a really bad economy and loot system that punishes everyone except TP farmers to gain reasonable amount of money.
I will wait and see how will next patch change the course of game, but I doubt anything will change as long as TP is such an evil place and dungeons are so unrewarding that often makes me refuse a party even thou I enjoy them. kitten drops are such a killjoy!
What do you people think? Do you feel the same way or you have some other stuff I haven’t tried so far?

A week passed and not a single word about Ascended gear returning back to where it belongs, FOTM.
Here is a simple solution:
Leave rebreather as purely cosmetic thing, that can be turned on or off as you like.
Remove any kind of stats and runes from it, and make it mimic your Helm stats and rune instead.
This way no one will need to buy extra runes or lame low lvl green rebreathers, but will be able to customize their look underwater. Not to mention reduced frustration lvl of already too frustrating underwater combat system.
I would like to have ignored person permanently removed from my team formation, because i had too many situations where ignored players would join my team even thou i have ignored them. Not to mention they sucked as always and were kittening in team chat, even thou you have ignored them.
Can someone from Anet clarify how exactly agro system works in this game? It really is a problem when you play heavy with 4 light armors and you are only one that boss DOESN’T agro, or other way around, when you are only light armor and get agro all the time.
I play quite a lot and i still haven’t figured out how it works. It’s not melee first, it’s not first to agro range/hit, it’s not highest dps, it’s not highest armor rating.
So dear Anet, can you pls give as a note how to handle agro in this game?
The game is complicated enough at this moment, and doing this would make game a bit too complicated for everyone. And like Frosty said, Warriors with rifles are dominating atm, and giving them extra dmg would make them even more powerful.
So no, there is no need for this.
If you are so in love with dolyaks you would love this change as it would reduce numbers of killed dolyaks down to 33.3%.
Why not have 3 different sets of karma cows to run around carrying supplies instead of just dolyaks?
Here is the idea, each color has its own skin for karma cows:
Red server has Dolyaks
Blue server has Siamoths
Green server has Marmoxs
I know it is nothing important, but it would bring up the lvl of details in WvW.
Can someone kindly explain why there are no ascended amulets purchesable with pristine relics? Agony resistance is mandatory in fractals and yet there is no way to get them with playing fractals. I understand that you wanted to create alternative way of obtwining them but removing it from fractals is kittening absurd. It is againt every logic and comon sense.
And while im kittening here i might as well say that lvl 48 fractal drops suck donkey balls hard. Not only that lasts long , is kittening harf, and we lack kittening agony resistance to actually play it; on top of that you get punished by kittenty drops. Seriously, is it that hard to reward players for doing impossible bosses with some decent loot? Can we at least have some fractal weapons trader that would exchange pristine or regular tokens for them. Ive beaten ober 500 fractals and i got two kitten weapons i cant use with my warrior.
I noticed, and i claim this for a fact, that when more than certain amount of people is farming in a small area, unless you have a team you will not get a single drop!
Tested it with a guild several times. While everyone has a party in 20 man farm, each champion drops at least a blue. As soon as you leave the party and farm on your own, nothing, not even a glob of glooby gloop.
I doubt that is intentional, and I doubt that this is the way you want to make people form parties for. And please don’t tell this is not how its working, because we tested it for several hours and every time a person went solo, that person didn’t get any drops at all.
Problem is that you need 5 full dps players to do it. Doing it with 5 tanks is impossible since they cant do enough dmg in short time. I suggest that you either increase the time frame between stealths or reduce regen a bit. It is fun when it is hard, but this is over the line
Hello, i would like to share my concerns about this patch and its content.
First of all, laurels are my main concern, and I would like to get this cleared. Will we be able to get them exclusively from dailies and monthlies or will there be more ways of obtaining them? I don’t want to spend a month or 2 just to get a 2% stronger necklace.
Why there is no fractal necklace counterpart? The whole agony resistance thing is only usable in fractals, and yet you decided to award em from something else. It would be nice if you would make them obtainable for pristine relics.
For some reason there are no frost and flame events going on anywhere. Can you tell us when will they start?
You mentioned champion revamp several times, dungeon revamp dozens of times, and yet you don’t talk about loot revamp. Seriously, can we get more way of obtaining precursors? Can you just kick up a notch their drop rate from chests in dungeons/events/fractals, so people don’t have to wait months and months just for a single item. I personally miss only precursor to finish legendary, and I just can’t afford 650g no matter how hard I farm.
There was no rebalance of professions and serious trait/weapon bugs that don’t provide anything at all. In pve that doesn’t stick out as much, but in PVP people are really abusive with certain professions.
Will there be any “normal” armor and weapon sets, and by normal I mean not so anime cartoonish style. I don’t want some bad kitten shovel like greatsword, I want a neat oldschool silver straight razor sharp sword. I don’t want skirts and dresses as warrior, I want a full plate mail with no bling bling or other unecessery details that you put when you are out of ideas. I like what you did to environment but I’m afraid you overdone it a bit with armors and weapons, pls tone it down, not everyone is into cartoonish crap.
Can we please have more dungeons like they were in GW1. Dungeons in gw2 are not hard, they are not even close to hard. But let me tell you what they are, annoying and boring. You spend 50% of the time running without a single mob to fight rather than killing your way trough to boss. You have Bosses that are not equiped with instagib moves, but have kittentone of health that makes it boring. You made too many environmental bullkitten going on that only annoys people instead of making things hard. Lets take TA for example. Entire dungeon is filled with some death shrooms. Is there any need for it? no. Do they make things hard? no. Do they repel people from playing it? yes. Then there are silver mobs, that are really poor encounter, and only thing that prevents you from stomping them is kittenload of hp. Why not replace them with veterans and champions, with LESS hp ofc, but way more fire power. So people have to actually dodge and get away, instead of just pile up and kittenstorm them.
I seriously don’t understand why do you do so much irrelevant stuff like laurels, when there is much more content that requires attention and slowly drains old players.
Stop with the kitten casual roleplay one time playtrhough and give us some hard core dungeons like they were in GW1. Give us reason to play, like more loot and kitten, no one like to play for hours and get rewarded with few copper and full inv of blue items. This is not what I as a player want from a MMORPG game like this one.

Can we have increased raw gold drops pls. Everything in game costs kittenload of gold and items that drop are either worthless or so rare that i feel i have better chance winning a lottery.
Ok so after 3 months i finally got a black lion key, opened a chest, and yay I got a black lion mining pick.
First thing after I’m in Karka cave busting rich orichalcum vein when something amazing happens.
AFTER ONE SINGLE HIT VEIN DISAPPEARED.
Yeah, “extremely efficient”, efficient in ruining your only good money income.
I don’t need compensation, this has shown me once more that black lions kits are indeed worthless and in some cases toxic, so i don’t think i will open them any time soon. A single “sorry, we will fix it” will suffice.
Ok, it crossed my mind to make a thread about all the encounters in game that make pug teams break and shatter just to sum up all the problematic areas and bosses that might cause headaches to people.
For start I would go with bloomhunger in fractals above lvl 30. That thing just bashes low organised team with its swarm of agony and poorly visible red circles due to water issues. Since pugs usually don’t have a dedicated “wall” person like guardian or thief, it often results in people giving up on it quite fast.
Next is “hammer time” boss in cliffside, due to his high agony spam all over the zone, most people get caught up while trying to ress others which results in massive wipe way too fast.
Then we have Citadel of Flame path 3, torch part, which can bring out negative attitude out of any good person within minutes.
Feel free to put any boss, event or zone that made you lose party because it was too communication dependent or simply too hard to do without a well organised team.
Can we please have more ways of obtaining precursors?
At the moment you can get it only from one in a million billions chance as drop from mob or even worse, gamble at forge.
Why not make dungeon chests drop precursors, not all 3-5, but a special chest at the very end once you finish the dungeon.
And one more question:
Will you implement a bounty hunt like there was in gw1, where you could do “advanced” dailies for extra karma, GOLD, and loot?
This game is missing RAW gold rewards, and i’m sure you could make that happen with some kind of bounty hunt.
So my 4000+ ACHIEVEMENT points are rendered useless because you want to implement new type of achievement tokens. If you think i will do all jps and sjit all over again, think again. Just increase loot drop chance; tell us where exactly precursors drop and leave us farming in peace. You constantly add “new” stuff to the game but only thing that players need you will not;and that is the loot. Sorry but i personally hate to play this game simply because drops are kitten.
Just a slight note, I did this for only Pve side of the game, PvP is whole other game if you ask me.
And banner gives stability only for the first time you apply it, then it gives swiftness instead of stability, which is a bug and renders whole aoe stability thing useless.
This is just my opinion of elite skills in gw2, don’t spit hate if you disagree.
I’ve been playing gw2 for almost 1500 hours, mainly, well, 99% of the time with my warrior, and I have never, ever used shape shift skills for anything, ever!
I tried them, seen what they do, tried to use them once or twice in open world events, and i have to say they are pretty bad.
They last for only 30seconds, have 4minute ( 240s cooldown ), and disable your entire utility skill bar including heal. Now I seriously don’t understand the logic behind those skills. They have really poor dmg, no extra defense or anything like that at all.
Atm I only use 2 elite skills, either banner, purely to put people back on their feet, or signet of might because, well it gives might. Signet is ok, relatively short cd, 30s speed boost when mining is decent, but banner on the other hand is simply, not that great.
Again, 240s cd, with bugged utility that grants speed boost instead of stability renders banner useless, not to mention that I’m forced to save it for emergency situations because it is only real utility skill that warrior has and it is on 4 minute cd.
I would like to compare things with gw1, since there was also elite skill involved. In gw1 whole build was revolving around almighty elite that could give you quite a boost, to you or your team, and actually had a full right to be called elite.
On the other hand, elite skills in gw2 are rather weak, nothing really revolves around them, and you just pop them up when you need tiny little boost to get some small amount of bonus dmg or whatever.
Now I know gw2 is a completely different game, but put that whole gw1 thing aside, elite skills in this game shouldn’t be called elite skills at all. They don’t boost your team to give that almighty edge against boss/foes, most of them are never, ever used because they gimp character down, and lastly they have too long cooldowns to have that “once per fight” feeling of giving you the upper hand in a fight.
This is just how I feel about elite warrior skills. I would like to hear your thoughts about other professions elite skills and what you think about them.
Main reason why people skill bosses or any other boss like foe is not hp, its not time required to kill or difficulty to do so, it is loot. Those so called Bosses have nothing to offer as a reward for 10-30minutes long encounter which makes most player just ignore them and run past them.
Sure, improve their fights, make them “less boring” which will only result in them being harder and longer to kill, but if you leave drops unchanged, people will ragequit.
This is MMORPG, everything revolves around loot, dungeons are played for loot, people kill everything in their path for loot, and only thing that this game doesn’t have, guess, its LOOT! 90% of dungeons and “end game” content is abandoned because people don’t get loot they deserve, especially for hours long dungeons like COE or arah.
TL;DR: Improve bosses, but improve drops as well. One without the other will only make things worse.
As most people mentioned here, you can just jump on smokelords and all other mages that dish out serious dmg and tank/kite rest of melee and ranged squad until its over.
It really isn’t hard if you call targets and everyone follows. If you kill first 2 or 3 spawns completely you will have no problem kiting rest of them until magg blows up everyone in the room.
Try with friends and bring some consumables if you think you don’t have enough dmg, i’m quite sure it will work.
P.s. full exotic armor and weapons are needed.
I just completed 2 JP in Diessa plateau and I didn’t get a single point in monthly jp achievement even thou it only says it has to be discovered, not completed. ( wall one, and one right above it )
Anyone else has this problem?
I will go on and try others, and eventually complete it, but some are just not giving points.
I am trying to get a dusk for about a month now, and no matter how hard i farm, and how fast i get money, it is always 50-100g ahead of me.
I don’t mind grinding and farming and getting kittenload of money just for some lousy precursor that costs hundreds of gold, but 500g is simply too much.
Seriously this is simply out of the line, it just costs way too much for anyone with a fair gold acquiring skills like doing dungeons and farming some DR kitten mobs. I seriously hope you will do another one time event to tackle prices down, or maybe make another way of getting it. Currently there is only 3 Dusks at TP, and that is busting balls for any fair player who wants to go for legendary.
I will get my twilight sooner or later, but you should consider making this game a bit more player friendly, since now there is no real way of getting money except some boring kitten AC runs or even more boring CS farm that is nerfed to hell.
I would like to hear others, what do you think about current prices of precursors?
I did 230 fractals, and got 7exotics. Yes, totally worth my time.
I don’t think I will play fractals, or any other dungeon until drops are so ridiculously bad.

I will do my best to stay objective, and do this in a decent manner even thou i’m highly disappointed with it.
For start, you can’t join it with your friends/guildies which is biggest flaw of them all. Why in the whole world would you disable party in an event that is no where near to PvP like snowball mayhem. It would be so much more fun if you actually made a party system and infinite system with laderboard like good old missions in Factions.
Second, it lasts too long for such a minigame. It gets boring after 4-5 waves because same things happen over and over again. I actually don’t think foes get any harder at all, just more of them.
Third, 4 presents? Seriously, you award your confused, mixed and mashed pug players who did their best to keep all 5 dolyaks alive for hour long with 4 lame presents? I get better reward for completing JP in 5 minutes. Where is the chest? Where is the loot? Where is that awesome stuff that was on during halloween? Sorry but Mad King is example how those kinds of events should work, and anything less than mad kings event is just bad.
Thank god i manage to get both achievements in one and only go, so I don’t have to play it ever again. It is utter disappointment for me and 99% of my guild members.
Now, to finish off with a good side, it is fun, can’t say it isn’t. Putting stuff like tower defense into game is actually a really good idea, poorly executed reward wise, but really good idea. I would enjoy it much more if all 3 points above mentioned are fixed.

It is kittened up hard and I really don’t understand how is this supposed to be an enjoying minigame? Seriously 8 notes at a time? Not even guitar hero has that many notes rushing at once!
This would be just as thrilling, and way less frustrating if there were only 4 or 5 notes that went 10-20 slower. People would actually enjoy music instead of bashing their keyboards.
Seriously, who tested this before putting it out? It is just too damn hard!
