The best thing they can do is create F1 burst skills for off hand weapons. For example, be able to change the F1 mace burst skill for F1 shield burst skill.

My thoughts are you should tell your guild to calm their kittens and wait to see what the release version of raids will be.
Healing on druid got re-balanced to benefit more from heal power and we have no idea how hard the other rooms are or how hard the first boss will be at release.
Clerics may still be the better bet. No point in wasting gold until we know for sure.
This is not a new problem. I have already complained about this. With Zealot you can create a build that provides good damage while you heal your allies, the best example of damage + defensive support. But something is wrong…
Basically they want diversity of builds, but they create gear like Zealot, stats that are extremely difficult/tedious to get (especially ascended items).
It is totally ridiculous the difference between Berserker and Zealot acquisition, for example.
Right now, the best thing you can do to get Zealot ascended gear is: craft the cheaper ascended gear, buy or extract 3000 Watchwork Sprocket (4000 or more if you want weapons) to craft exotic Zealot insignias, and ultimately, spend more ectos in the mystic forge to change the stats. This, or pray to the god of rng…
And of course we must not forget the 1000 gems you need to buy the Watchwork Mining Pick.

Nope, its why you find Mordrem Husks are tougher to killl with Power than Condi (they have high Toughness).

Only real defense for condi damage is having more health. And obviously condi cleanses

You can keybind any of your abilities, everyone does. You can import your keybind to mult chars.
ESO pvp is a not only a blast, but very well-done. Primariy reason – and something I don’t see much in this thread – is gameplay.
GW2 is pretty, and can be fun at times, but the gameplay imo doesn’t hold a candle to ESO’s. Combat in ESO feels much sturdier, more dynamic and responsive. It’s engaging, like you’re actually doing combat.
GW2’s gameplay is pretty but often feels disconnected, like watching nice animation in a viewer after a button push. Characters feel like they’re floating, and not sprinting after someone.
GW2’s gameplay has a lot of depth, if you take the time to learn it. Knowing how to dodge, block and interrupt is probably more important than swinging your sword – certainly in pvp.
Both games in the end are different, and fun. But if I could only enjoy one, it would be ESO hands down 9 out of 10 times.

This is an unforgivable error design by Anet. I keep waiting for them to resolve such errors. (there has been talk in forums about this, but what matters in the game is full berserker, nothing else). Basically they want us, the players, experiment with new builds and gear, but that is impossible because of ridiculous situations like the acquisition of armor and weapons with Zealot stats.
What did I do to speed up the acquisition it was to make an ascende armor with any stat and then use it in the mystic forge with exotic Zealot insignias.
You can give a little more life to the city? I mean to introduce some ships coming and going from the port, or pact airships flying through the sky. I would also like to see some cranes in the port moving, as if the workers were loading or unloading merchandise.
Also would be nice to see pact airships flying through the skies in other maps of the world; as if they were somewhere.

Yeah, Avenger is growing on me too, especially after what just happened to the Pact, time for some serious avenging. Vindicator would work well for Sylvari but doesn’t really fit anyone else…
Every profession is a dragonhunter and everyone wants revenge, so those names do not fit.
The name must be related to: guardian, light and bow. The closest I can think of is Arcangel … but of course … there are no angels in the lore of GW. We must also bear in mind that the word archangel is linked to certain current religion.

As I understand it, the paragons no longer exist. So…

This is one of the things that bother me in GW2, this and the amount of loading screens and the weather design, are things that break immersion in the game.
I wish they could remove those borders, tweak the maps to make them look a little less rectangular and create a dynamic weather.

I think some people don’t actually read the forums. Many things that have been asked for, including guild halls, are coming with this expansion.
Guild halls were something along with GvG that anyone should have expected DAY ONE with a sequel to GUILD wars. And were even promised by Anet tons of times to be in “future updates”.
This expansion seems more like a major patch with a new class tacked on.
I completely agree. This game has been out for almost 3 years now and they arent even giving out new races or a brand new continent that we havent been to yet. expecting players to dish out 40-60$ for a boxed extended geographical part of maguuma with one new proff…gimmie a break, thats a slap to the face to players who have put thousands of hours in. The released details of this expac so far are definitely lacking atm.

Healing Power scales TERRIBLY, meaning adding Healing Power doesn’t make your heals all that much more powerful.
With 560 points in healing power you can regenerate 200HP/sec or 1000HP/5sec. (0.125 x healing power +130). This, together with traits, signets and regeneration/healing provided by other group members, may result in a very good survival of your character.
With all the tools we have in the game (gear, food, runes and sigils, etc), 560 points in healing power is an easily achievable number, and best of all, you do not sacrifice other stats to achieve these results.

I want to craft a set of medium and heavy armor with Zealot’s stats, but it is impossible, unless I spend money on the TP, or wait almost 500 days (I need 6000 Watchwork Sprocket’s) in getting the 12 badges.
Do you intend to fix such errors in the game?

The only thing I dislike about the expansion is “less maps and smaller”. That combined with the loading screens ….pfffffff….
I think it will be three to five maps with the size of Dry Top or Silverwastes.
In regard to weapons, what worries me most is the warrior. If we analyze the situation, the weapons that are available, just do not fit with the profession. For example:
- Warrior with daggers: boring
- Warrior with torch: to burn things in the jungle?…meh
- Warrior with staff, scepter or focus: wtf?
- Warrior with short bow: we have long bow.
- Warrior with trident: well…if there is no alternative…

Remove or increase the AoE cap would change the entire dynamics of WvW. Instead of stacking, commanders would say “spread!”. Would be an awesome and interesting change.
If you take away the AoE cap, then you have to remove the CD cap…and of course, the AoE Boon cap.
It is preferable that they leave the system as it is now, unless you want to play at 1fps in WvW or PvE.
I’m going to predict what will happen in 2015:
1. People are expecting an expansion.
2. ArenaNet shows a new campaign.
3. The usual whiners will say: Anet has lied us, using as an excuse that is not the same a campaign that an expansion.
