Hopefully you’re enjoying the game as much as we are. We are a medium sized guild on Yaks bend, and trying to get some more people together so that we can do all the things that the game has to offer. we have about 15-20 people logging on daily, and more on event days
We are a casual group of adults, who work for a living, but enjoy gaming in our downtime. We are on daily but with a focus on late afternoons and weekends. We are middle age (I am 42) and basically real people, laid back but wanting to see all the parts of the game. We are family friendly, and understand people have real lives. We are christians (at least most of us that I know of), and our guild chat and ventrilo chat reflects that, so if that kind of thing is important to you, you fit in here!
We love doing all the different things the game has to offer, and try to schedule events, but you can find people to do whatever most anytime. We do guild bounties, and treks every week. We have ventrilo, and ask that anyone participating in a dungeon run or pvp event would join so that we can stay coordinated, but you don’t have to be in ventrilo all the time.

its astonishing to know that there are so many friendly people out there, thanks for all the guild invites, Im still thinking, but i have some great ideas, and everyone pitches their guild so well its hard to decide…I had no idea it would be this awesome

I need a new guild, but before you give me your form letter, let me tell you all what I bring to the table and what I’m looking for

I have 2 lvl 80’s and a lvl 70…my 80’s are a guardian, and a necro, and my 70 is a ranger(bleh) My 80’s are geared full exotic, so I dont die in dungeons, unless the pugs are bad.

speaking of dungeons, Im a pro at most of the explorer dungeons, and my guardian gear is from sorrows embrace, so im super pro at that one. If needed I oculd lead your guys and gals thru just about any of the explorer modes. I use ventrilo, or mumble, or teamspeak. and I can stay calm, even in the most difficuld dungeon runs.

I also am in the final stages of getting my legendary, so I can show people where to get the wvw marks, and i have 90% map completion so I can help with that too. Im really decent at wvw and dont mind leading groups out there also, though I dont have 100 gold for the squad leader…(bleh again)

I play most days all afternoon, from about 2 eastern until 6 or 7. and i play on weekends ..I also Play on tuesday and Saturday nights until I wanna stop because I have wednesday and sunday off. I have a lot to offer, but i am looking for a magic set of stuff for a guild and I dont even know if its out there.

I started as a guild leader for a guild called cry havoc, which was very friendly, but didnt have enough rules or organization or recruitment for us to be very effective. I turned over that to someone else and Joined a super guild full of pro’s who have a lot of rules, and honestly arent that nice, but I dont want to name them, because they’re awesome, just not for me.

here’s a checklist

I am a christian, but not a wierdo, so id prefer adults, who even if they dont believe in God, at least use regular language and dont swear for no reason. I dont want a guild where the guys are always being perverted to the ladies…there’s got to be grown ups out there somewhere. i dont wanna love and cuddle in some wierd christian love in, where we try to convert the flame legion to our side…i dont mind killing stuff REALLY…

people on a lot…I want a guild where there’s people playing, at least on the weekends and enough where we can do dungeon runs or wvw.

I dont care about a website where you organize events, but If you have one, Ill register to lead or be a part of whatever

I have IV IV IV IV guild for sale on the emhry bay server. in addition to being an all level 4 guild, we have about 15000 status points and stacks of banners and bonuses unclaimed.

we can also leave you all the items in the guild bank…which are mostle useless, but food and other stuff.

you may also retain some players from the player base, but to be honest most of them have moved on.

I would love to get 50 gold for our investment, and I think its worth that if you have 5 people that would spend 10 gold each to get an already leveled up guild

I know that there are a ton of guilds out there looking perpetually for new guildies to fill out their ranks. I dont know what counts as a small guild, but we grew our guild from 3 people to 25 now.
I also know that lately for every one person looking for a guild here, there are 25 guilds looking to pick someone up, and occasionally there are people complaining that their people dont rep their guild all the time, so some people are obviously splitting time between at least 2 guilds.
What I’d like to know is if there are any guilds on Emhry Bay that are hurting and only have a few members, that might like to merge with a guild of people that play every day? We arent that big, but we are really active, and We can offer your small guild or only partially active guild a chance to do more of the game than they might acocmplish if they only log on 2 or 3 at a time.

heavily to talk about in game as well as everyday junk, but everything else is casual. We also are laid back but very organized, as I plan events A LOT. so far we’ve played GW2 Jeopardy, Jumping puzzle Dash, Trivia, Costume parties etc… we have fun, and we get a lot accomplished. think about it at least..

HELP,

I am a Guild leader for the guild Cry Havoc, on emhry bay. We currently have 20 members, and those guys said I could be the leader as long as I could get about another 10 people that played a lot to join the guild. Problem is, it seems like no one likes Emhry bay these days, or worse yet, no one likes my posts!

All kidding aside, We need just a few more people so that we have enough on at one time to do stuff. We are running dungeons a lot, and usually have enough on to have a full group, but we want to do these types of things more frequently, and would feel better if we could double in size.

We use ventrilo, whenever we are running dungeons, or in wvw, and we even have a guy that is interested in getting some people together for the ranked pvp. We are VERY organized, and have scheduled dungeon events and scheduled pvp times that you are allowed to participate in, but not required to. We do all the work, all you would have to do is log on and reap the benefits.

I just think that because people can represent multiple guilds, that the small guys are going to get lost…hopefully not though. WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK?

We have a small guild on the Emhry Bay server. I know I know, you might be thinking that small isnt for you, but we do have 20 people, and you can usually find 4 or 5 of us on at one time!.
We play mainly in the evenings in the eastern time zone, and We’re just looking for a few more people (4 or 5) to even out our ranks. We usually PUG a 5th, and we’d like to run those dungeons as a guild if we can.

Cry Havoc has made a facebook page, where you can see first hand what kinds of events and things we are doing as a guild.
we know that you have a lot of options when you’re looking for a guild, so what are they? Do you need time with groups in dungeons? do you want to find all those Vistas? what about the jumping puzzles? (i just found a new one yesterday!)
anyway, our 15 member guild is working on all those things, and playing wvwvw, and we even have a guy thats rank 13 in rpvp….
we are looking for about 5 more players, and we dont care how much you know about the game, or how long you’ve been playing mmo’s
all we ask is that you be willing to use Ventrilo, and be friendly! we play daily from about 2pm eastern time until 10 or 11
