I’ve played every class and nearly every build imaginable on any of them. Reaper shroud 2 and just keep walking. If you’re running around by yourself on classic necro, you’re already wrong.
Reaper 2 gives u a bit more mobility but lets say your in mid sentry alpine border. NO CLEANSE besides healling one. GHOST condi thief will burn a necro shroud before they reach the other side of the “river” and dodging etc a necro will be dead mid way to spawn or tower.

For wvw my favorite setup is mace focus hammer. and i do very well.
I see your 11months and raise 4years plus of necro changes/fixes/balance.
I dont get annoyed by ghost thiefs lets say in my dh. but as a necro for ex with hav9ng only consi tranfers as main source of getting rid of them inan open space there is 0 chance of surviving that. that being said report away people ,its a stupid build played by ,well, “special” people and should be reported till it gets removed.

I had a match before yesterday(the last match of the day) where i as a dh brought downt o 30% health more or less a rev and a thief to 5% before i eventually died of cc and cds. AT this point 3 of my team members arrive for THA KILLS…. or so i thought. while i was defending our lord at respawn they all died to those 2 i left almost dead and the 4member of my team hd the same faith when he got there. I downed 2 of the 3 fighting the lord but they killed him and won the match. care to explain how can a i carry such a team? Give me more excuses on how the system works fine plz.

If u ever die to a thief as a dh then it means u are playing badly and its ur problem.
thief and mesmer is never op compare to current dh in wvw and it doesnt even req skills to play like mesmer or thief does to be effective
Totally disagree. In pvp I hold my own pretty good on a DH, in WvW the class is limping by comparison.
Yet the majority of players in WvW play Guardian, funny how that works…
I made my guardian at launch and has been my main ever since. IF it were possible i would prefer it as it was before HOT. i did not ask for dragon hunter or how it works nowadays.
Roamers are only as good as their team. If team can’t hold even 1 point you are not gonna win anything.
But they can carry the +1s.
A lot of times in pugs you end up with situations where the only way to carry your team is to personally +1 every fight. You can’t do that low mobility classes.
You should have seen my games. I had matches today where people lost 4v2 -_- You can’t carry that. Worst part, if i lose vs high rated players (300 pts ahead of me) i lose a lot, if i win vs them i barely gain anything.
This is whats stupid, loosing to higher rank players should not make us loose more points. We should lose less against them and they more against lower tier ones. and vice versa on winning against them, more points for low ranks and more points lost for them.

I could be a kitten and say “hue hue, but i did so much damage it cant be my fault that we lost”. Or i could finish ppl off faster, get less damage but win instead.

I do down people but since im often outnumbered after my teammates die/respawn i cant get a stomp or enough damage to get the kill because they get rezed. im not new to spvp or spvplike games so i k ow what im sayin, i get bad eles on my team for ex that cant survive a 1vs1…. not gonna explain anymore because people that are LUCKIER with solo queues will just keep thinking they r right.

I just placed platinum today and i must say at most in my first 20 matches i had one time 4dhs 2 times 3 dhs and at half of the rest a maximum of 2. so maybe dhs r op at low tiers only

And thiefs, ghost shatter mesmers one shotting people dont need a bigger one? WArriors sustain plus huge damage sacrificing anything in wvw isnt it either? druids still broken sustain plus mobility and healling? IF all the other classes were adressed i wouldnt mind this nerf. but being the only ones when the others i stated remain untouched is making fun of players.
Ghost Thieves can’t one shot…….. they are annoying and shouldn’t exist but they can’t one shot…… this made my morning. The only ways a Ghost Thief kill players are 1. There are multiple Ghost Thief, and Two Players spam skills without cleansing The confusion and stand in the Caltrop circles…. there is no one shot burst, it all relies on the opponents inability.

the thing is.. you don’t even have to run into his traps.. he can pull you into them from a 1200 range no matte what you do… even invisibility doesn’t help because his pull still targets the thief for example…
on top of that dh has tons of shields as well to prevent bursting.

Im gonna say that if u see a dh on a point dont be the first one to go in if u dont see them planting the “mines” wait for your team members. same way a necro has to wait for the team to babysit them. A much more dificult class to play than thief. With all thiefs mobility theres really no excuse to not run away to reset the fight.

Once again CLASS BALANCE is ignored in wvw.
I can tell you that in wvw and spvp druid will be much more confortable overall. You cannot even compare the 2. only advantage in wvw is that necros in zergging are top. But in roaming or small scale you will feel uneasy and frustrated so much more because you will be more dependent on your team than anyone else. in pve wich really doesnt matter just play whatever man. You will be beating npcs not players.
Make every sentry not inly shines give40% speed boost and make central map an arena like ghall arena to contest for prizes or suplies or even superior siege blueprints +50silver. each player can duel till it gets the best out of 5 and only duel again after 2hours. while inside the area other players can only watch and cheer.

I think by simply using my 2 medis for clear condis and heall cleansing condi trait plus focus4 and dh last trai for condi removal on bock is enough for any burn guard. Never lost to one on a 1vs1. MAybe a hybrid would do better.

hammer on a diferent trait line? Only if it were on DH traitline. i dont see myself running hammer at all in wvw if the trait wasnt in one of the mandatory traitlines. would not sacrifice neither virtues or medis so hammer would be useless.
Yes. marauder armour is pretty much what most wear. just slot some marauder or zerker trinkets and ur good to go. Zerk weapons. try to ai for 15k health minimal with travelers runes.

I dont remember being asked if i wanted them to develop HOT and make my guardian a dh and so on i would much rather have the game as it was before. also i dont recall being asked between any other wvw change or wvw class balance wich is way more impprtant for most people. so just accept that they do what they want and dont give a F… about the reall issues.
I like dbl and i want to keep it. just needs to have another wp for each server to get around better.
Because of DBL A-net will create another wvw map. Hopefully it will be more zerg focused, instead of roaming focused like DBL. Frost themed, where towers can treb keeps, and it should be more compacted to get to the action faster.
Are you high? More zergs maps? BEcause besides dbl every single map is zerg friendly. what they need to do is add 1 more perma waypoint to dbl for each side so it gets easier to get around and actually reward more roaming. not every map needs to be a ZERG map.

I like dueling and what i would like would be for a /duel. if accepted both imune from damage from other players and prevented from deallling damage to others than the dueller. easy no complications.
You r right. I personaly like having sigil of intel for sure 3 crits on weapin swap and steal life on weapn swap aswell for extra damage.
1. Remove one tick from SoP and adjust the casting (and dps) of step three in the chain to maintain overall damage.
2. Increase range on mighty blow .
3. lower the speed on Zealots embrace to what it was before but increase damage so its a part of a damage rotation in pve and a burst rotation in pvp.
4.Increase damage and make it two/three opponents. Making it more valid in pvp and making it a part of a burst/dps in rotation in pvp/pve.
5. Make it possible to move while casting ring of warding and make it a fire field.Imo this would make the weapon up to date and more fun to play.
Also lower cd on RoW and Banish. Those are crazy long cool downs (RoW especially) considering that the amount of stability has increased greatly. This is a flaw many guardian skills have, the cool downs are not in relation with the impact of the skill. Imo no weapon skill should have more than 15s cd. Its just boring to swap to a weapon and find only 3 skills (one of them is the chain) being off cd. I think its counter intuitive to the weapon swapping concept.
I like your ideas m8 but those seems like near perfect changes that wont happen ever unfortunatly. I think the increase damage on 3 and 4 would have to be very small otherwise every hit from hammer would be big.

Pretty much. This skill is far too easy to strafe when there’s a bit of distance between you and the target. If it were aim-able, you could atleast try to anticipate your opponent.
I try to aim by untargeting and facing the direction i want it. but not that confortable :/
Changes I’d like to see to hammer from a pvp/wvw perspective:
1. Decreased cast time on the hammer auto-attack chain. Personally I’d like it to be placed on the first two hits but if the cast time was reduced on the third strike that would be alright.
2. Mighty Blow is fine as is. I would prefer that it moved you a bit faster or had a slight range increase but a 4 to 5 second blast-finisher that hits pretty hard when traited isn’t half-bad.
3. Increase the immobilize time to 2.25 or 2.5s again. I don’t think the increased speed justified the nerf to the immob time.
4. Banish should affect up to 3 targets considering it’s long cast-time and animation.
5. Mobile ring of warding! This I want the most.
Regarding ur banish idea i think it would be usefull to knock back maybe 3 people close together. Maybe add a burn or 2 to it?

I’m not sure why people keep using the phrase, Quality of Life, when referring to clear buffs to existing abilities.
With that said, Ring of Warden to be cast while moving would be nice. Mighty Blow is fine as it is. And third chain should most definitely have a decreased cast time.

Ok the f2 could be too op if evaded. and a lot of whine would come from it. but the gs3 has no reason at all to not have and evade and smaller cd. look at warrior gs for ex. Gives them so much more mobility and sustain. ALso the gs trait should have an increase heall and maybe chance on remove condis on hit to make that tree viable. as it is no one sacrifices medis for that.
