We’re going to get hanggliding which itself is not airplane flying…so you will lose hight all the time which can be seen as a destroyer for the endurance idea. It would be ilogical (atleast for me) to have endurance ontop of havint to lose hight at all times while gliding.

Yes and then watch those players leave the game. Guild Halls should not be gated, WvW maps definitely won’t be.

This is a matter of opinions. Everyone needs to contribute to the future of Gw2, we can’t let only the strong ones hold the pillars that keep our temple up.

Well I just saw that they are selling head, shoulders and gloves for 300 gems each…so I happily pay 50$ to make that sort of bs go away. But I will buy the head, shoulders and gloves anyway…I hate you anet, but I still kinda love you somehow.

I bought the game because of Anet…and I played alot of Gw1. But mostly because I know Anet does good stuff with their games. Have been let down, yet.

I really like the mechanic behind taking power from the bloodstones. I would like to see some self inflicting class, like a berserker of some sort. I’m not saying that I would like a pure berseker, because that would be to much like warriors (Frenzy…). But instead of what necros do (prey on the dead) they consume a little piece of them self…I don’t know really, but I think that would be cool.

I like that. What if Bloodstones consumed Boons (again another reference to Dervish) to lengthen and strengthen the Monster forms when transformed?

That could be an interesting tactic as well as an added weakness when fighting. Counter Reapers by boon removing,
And play Reaper by stacking Boons as best as can to use transformations for bigger effects.

I like this idea.

Like taking boons from allies, or the more condition they have the more dmg they do. F1-4 can litterly be sacrifice your off-hand/main weapon to do a special Aoe or something.

Scythes for necros and warriors would have been nice.

I would go for the charr if some sort of “Reaper” class were to be introduced, and if they were to fix some charrs armor…clipping and the abnoraml helmets…But otherwise I would go Human/Sylvari, kinda of torn on that part.

The game might not be where I want it to be right now, but that’s a good thing. Going along the ride of this game makes everything so much better. Having the fun telling the newbies “In my days, you should actually craft in Spvp” or something along the line like “In my days Ac took hours to complete” or “Back in my days a precurser cost only 2gold!”.

Why are they doing this to us. They know will hype the crap out of this. So they better deliver something really awesome….like new weapons, expansion, new class…#Dervish with scythe…

Guys, guys..don’t you know that “dervishes” and based on the actually “Whirling dervishes”. A dervish is a religious fanatic who dances to achive religious ecstasy. So having them in gw2 is pretty easy to fix. Yeah, yee…the lore part is a problem, which is easy to fix. I think they fixed monks pretty good and their lore into gw2…#Guardian. Why can’t the “haters” just say they don’t want a dervish-like class in gw2…because all of your arguments are pretty flawed. So, basically, a dervish a is a dancing scythe wielding heavy armor class with roots to something devine. Sounds pretty easy to fix.

I’m expressing my opinion that we are left with a game that could have been great that is now boring and old content. Also not once have they stated that they are absolutely going to release that in July. So its not a fact; therefore I cant hate what isn’t even going to be there in the first place. All that we know is living world story starts in July and with nearly 2 years of a track record I and many others don’t expect much.

Also never once have I said that the percentages that I have been giving are statistically accurate there merely observations I and many others have observed over nearly 2 years. To argue that the game in its current state is in a good place is a fallacy and naive. If the game in currents state was as you say then they would have no reason to release any new fresh content.

Okay, so first of. You need to say that your using “observations” when putting out random numbers. Second, if you don’t know, you don’t KNOW! So your asuming the worst…And what do you even mean with the current state of the game. Anet got statics on what the playerbase looks like right now, five minutes ago and so on. If they say its good, its good. So if a game is good, they dont need to put out more content…? Yeah, thats a naive opinion based on nothing els but your narrow-minded thoughts.

Anet knows that we craiving for a new race, new weapons, new classes. I for one would totally love if anet opens up the gate on july 1st with a big bang. Para/dervish class, new weapons, more legendaries etc etc. They can’t really open with a “this is the new story…thats it.” They need people intressted after this long waiting of “expansion like content”.

Another failing argument against dervishes…its either the lore that cant be “fixed” or that the flash enchantments wont work. I mean it been 250 years since gw1, things change overtime, nothing stay the same. If monks became guardiands, dervishes can transform into sun walkers or something.

Oh my god, yes! A rainbow set of weapons, or a twilight set. That’s a pretty smart idea. I for one love it. But just @projectcedric said, it will take away the legendary feeling and will take a catloving time to make. But (Yes, but again) what if we add one legendary to each weapon like the greatswords. In that way it will be more fun to actually get the superduper legendary combination instead of just an simple legendary…..

That’s actually the better idea in my opinion. Add a second legendary to each weapon besides the great swords and then add a combination weapon for each one. Also, Hammers need to be bigger. So many cool designs that are way too small compared with the phallic symbols of the great swords now.

Yes, omg. Why haven’t I see it before! All problems in guild wars 2 can be solved with BIGGER HAMMERS! No buy serioulsy, more legendary options would have been nice.
