Seems to me mesmers are the most resilient and creative bunch in this game! They have had interrupt build nerfed to nothing, they have had crono bunker nerfed to nothing. And still they manage to have people qq about yet another build. Condi mesmer is nothing new, yea they get 1 more rotation with continuum shift, but most will save for 2x moa especially if the other team has a necro. I love that necro has yet another hard counter as they cried ele out of buisness. Im sure they will try to cry crono nerf now. I will collect your tears, they taste so salty

I also think specializations were a Fail, they promised us more were to come, But they can’t even balance the ones they have. There are so many posts about the same things over and over, and they do nothing. Is it surprising so many people have left/ are leaving?Even their GM is leaving..now that takes the cake!

I would suggest telling them to play on a necro or rev, proceed to roll your face on the keyboard for an easy win.

I tried it, and for 9.99 you can play like the pros.

Play a different game, will save you a lot of frustration.

simply, they game is dying. i feel for all who still love this game. that content is not for solo so people try their darndest (not a real word XD )to try to taxi ect. I hope they fix the game soon!

Garden Warfare 2 (GW2) scores higher in twitch streams than this game. LMAO. Not to fear B&S fear the garden warfare!!

Rem you can grind to endgame content in blade and soul in 2 days.People just want to pvp in end game. That’s the draw of that game, the graphics are meh, there is anime (if that’s your thing) The pve has some merit to the mobs blocking and cc you, so is not a cake walk. But people play it for the PVP

I have seen some servers with wait times up to 2 hours to get in, and this is pre purchase founder pack only, the game has not even gone free to play yet. The hype is real for blade and soul, i think only hardcore pvp players will stay with it. If Gw2 fixes some of their game to reasonable standards, when the hype wears off people will return. If not there is a line of games people want to try this year.

If you like small scale pvp and arenas, being able to flag up to pvp in open world , you will love blade and soul. The combat system is very rewarding and challenging. You need to learn combos ,and skill matters if you wish to compete. With so many frustrated with pvp and wvw in gw2 and eso, it is not at all surprising they have a couple full servers, and on some even wait times to load in. If you like pretty graphics and pve over combat and game play, blade and soul will not be for you.

Good job nerfing ele, nothing to stop condi bombs now. Enjoy the new necro meta, if you don’t have one , you should make one asap. This game is so done.

When they nerf diamond skin they need to nerf ALL condi classes as well to keep things in check, nothing to stop them now GG. Welcome to another 3 months of dull boring meta people cried for, then will cry about. Gliders in pvp should save anet tho XD

Try running more diverse teams , instead of crying you cant condi bomb spam. Give your necro a break and play rev like everyone else who wants an op class. This game will not be fixed anytime soon.

HINT stop stacking a full team with condi builds and bunker builds! They are easy to kill. Have 1 power hammer rev spam 1 and ele dies quite fast. People just expect everything to be so easy, without even considering reading what the skill does or how to counter it. They just cry nerf because 1. they are too lazy or 2. because the have no clue how the ability works!

There is usually only 1 full map where people are doing events. Most events take group participation. You can not solo this content(HoT)
It is not the players fault , its the game designers. There are games from the 80’s that can manage server population better. I’m sure it’s on the table Just one more reason people are leaving.

Anet makes a class and makes it on par with rest of classes, gamer’s find a nitch to exploit, then people cry , then class gets nerf. rinse repeat for 3 years

The only servers that have decent player base for wvw is t1 atm, many people /guilds quit when Anet totally ruined it. But they have promised to make things better in the new year. If you haven’t already moved on to something better.

I think they should just sell the company before the ship goes down, perhaps a fresh start with competent management may save this game. Look at what professional sports teams do when they mess up season after season. The coach usually gets fired first as most of the responsibility is his to rally the troops and get them to follow a plan. If the plan is flawed from the get go, the general manager will get fired. Too many bad seasons and loss of fan base and ticket sales, well time to sell the team!

also black desert is pretty and everything but is grindy as hell and classes are gender locked. so they open up a world but then limit your choices in the most basic of every mmo features, character creation and class selection

Welcome to most mmorpgs that have come out and will come out that ppl keep saying they will leave GW2 for. A lot of mmorpgs are one class one wepon one grinder and one races just no flavor for making your hero and your class your own. This is something GW2 gets right on many levels. In a lot of ways each class in GW2 is realy many classes due to more then one wepon type.

People are not just saying they are leaving. They are leaving, there are many posts about the lack of players to do the group events in HoT . WvW guilds disintegrated, Pvp players are livid with manipulation of leagues. And the list goes on…..

tempest has 2 choices in earth master tree. 1 he sees necros and revs, he will probably choose diamond skin (no conditions over 90%hp), or if he sees a lot of direct damage , scrappers, warriors, guards and he will most likely choose not to be crit while attuned to earth. really annoying teams will have one of each healing each other in mid point. you need to have a bit of diversity on your team and focus targets.

I have to agree, they told us we would have a better game after they took away build diversity. In fact it is much worse, cookie cutter builds for everyone. I also have moved on, i still read the forums hopping they will at least mix and match within a tree. But nope, they are a stubborn bunch, and i got tired of waiting. They have a decent game, its the management that sucks and makes horrible decisions. Eso is refreshing, i also look forward to playing Camalot Unchained, Star Citizen, Crowfall, Battlecry and more coming soon in 2016. The future of mmo’s looks promising!

They said specializations would HELP balance, Nope. Now everyone runs cookie cutter builds, just like predicted. I stopped playing a while back, i do check the forums to see if maybe there has been a positive change. Nope!

Your loosing sleep over a video game? I think you should just take a break, or try to make a couple friends in the mists. You could also befriend good players you see in matches and start up a conversation. You would be amazed at how well people respond to things like great game what build are you running? * would you like to try a few matches as a team?* Even a * wow our team was terrible, but i seen you played great* gets people talking. From my experience 3 or 4 man teams work the best anyways. I got frustrated with the system as well, but i just play something else for a while and sleep like a baby. Try not to stress about things you have no control over.

I told you so! To all who supported this shift, it is YOUR fault. You took away all creativity and are now playing (and complaining) about meta builds. You have 0 choice, either play what they buff or get rekt.

Everyone above voted for specialization change from the old system that actually gave players a choice and diversity. NOW you play what they want you to play or suffer the beat down. They (Anet) will also dictate the play style and strategies based on what classes they choose to overpower or nerf. RIP pvp

Xae there is peak times yes. But if you don’t play those times, it can be very frustrating to get anything done with out groups. You are Not able to solo this content.
