if you dont want the AOE limit to be removed thats because you got comfortable being in the middle of a 20+ man zergball taking no dmg.
I have no problem with zergs but AOE’s should be able to dmg all players in that zerg so the zerg will learn to play smarter than just run in a ball from place to place.
This is wvw not spvp. Conditions rarely tick for the full duration unless your party is full of terrible players with horrible builds. Plus people can run huge condition reduction runes food and traits.

+stability will negate necro CC (fear) and the 30/20/0/0/20 is not a tanky build, its actually very squishy if you know how to fight them.
make this sig heal for 200 every 2 seconds instead of 400 each second.
Terror is where it should, just don’t mess with Dhuumfire or I’ll eat your souls! Take away Dhuumfire then I would expect condition damage increased! I’ve used a full condi build for ages now, was a big bore until Dhuumfire was added. Necro be the only kitten char I like to play, take my Dhuumfire away, game over man, game Over!
I feel bad playing a necro when people who played a necro before dumbfire are now so reliant on it to win.
You dont need this trait for necro’s to be viable.

That’s a huge trolling spot as it is.
- arena is not enough far away from entrance
- you shouldn’t get strait to the arena circle, but to grandstand
- grandstand should be separated from arena by invisiable walls
- there should be 3rd platform on the top, for a 3rd server
- flatforms on the top should have rails/invisiable walls or be invulnerable-zonesDunno if it’s intended, but you get loot, wxp and kills for WvW achievement.

What class is this? Necros and Thieves don’t have Confusion, Engineers and Rangers lack Torment, Warriors and Mesmers lack Poison, Eles lack any damage conditions other than bleeding and burning. Guardians have nothing but burning…

You forgetting about Runes and Sigils?
No sigils cause Confusion and necros aren’t prone to using Perplexity due to the 6th bonus not working with Fear. Thieves lack Burning as well (another one that sigils can’t inflict, and the only runes that do it are terribly ineffective).
So, I suppose it’s possible for engies and rangers to be using sigils of Torment, but they usually run other sigils (Earth or Geomancy, usually), I still have to question what one class is putting on all of those.
Necro with 4 piece Perplexity will have access to all conditions; Confusion, Poison, Fear, Bleeding, Immo, Chill, Cripple, Burning, Weakness, Vul, Blind (did I get them all?).You are also forgetting corrupt boons and well of corruption will convert Retal to Confusion.
I answered your question. The class with access to all conditions is the Necro.

if you run any 30/x/x/x/x dumbfire build you are cheese.
if you also run sig of spite you are cheese with extra cheese on top.
Open field combat is the best part of this game. (I hate Spvp/Tpvp with a passion because you need to hold points….. = BORING)
this bug makes things more fun because you actually fight real players instead of having to worry about siege hitting you.

We already had fights, we had guilds who would run and chase after zergs and or have roamers take out stranglers.

this buff does nothing for zerg busting groups or roamers of the under populated servers. it handicaps us more than we where already.

Gvg/roaming/zerg busting look to demonize the enemy pugs/pve/zerg players so that our servers pugs/pve/zerg players get the ppt.

I think if dhuumfire will be really nerfed (by giveing it to life blast and only 3 sec),we(necromancers) need something for compensation,for example more skills(or trait) with torment.

Conditions are not effected by this trait.
Proposed: Change WHICH conditions get cleansed first.
How? Conditions are removed in order of the amount of damage they have left to do (total over all ticks).
Why? This makes condition removal more effective against BIG damage while focusing condition damage around applying multiple conditions and reapplying. It also acts as a slight buff to crowd control conditions which need a bit of love in the stability and melee centric warrior/guardian meta.
In short, the problem with condition damage is that a cleanse is just as likely to remove the LAST condition you want removed as the one that is really hurting you.
Then whats the point of getting condition damage if your MAIN source of damage will be removed?
as for CC conditions the only one that is great is Immobilize because you cant move and your a free target to be hammer trained. This is more dangerous than any damage based condition.

like some have already said some don’t like the “zerg” mentality of Higher tiers.
for me personally 15v15 is the most I want to be involved in.
I would love just some constant 5v5 or 10v10 and in higher tiers that might be much harder to get.

Agree or dont agree with GvGs but that facts are plain. Both guilds and all the people that came to watch the GvG got trolled by an Anet dev its going to be a long time for Anet to live that one down….. its not the first time an Anet dev has trolled the GvG community they have been doing it for sometime with mocking remarks and posts.
It sure would be great if Anet would just man the kitten up and either ban all GvGers, but that wont happen because its not Anet policy to troll players.

what Necromancers need is a weapon where our AA will be able to cleave like many or all other classes have.
I would suggest that the Dagger be able to hit 3 targets similar to a warrior axe or thief sword.
It’s funny,Dhuumfire isnt even that good.
then they should remove it and give us something else. or revert the nerfs that came after dumbfire.

for me personalty I want to be able to stat and gear up my character just like I would in WvW. No limitations on what I can do or how to play my class.
2nd thing for me to spvp would be a Team DM mode or even a Capture the flag mode to make things fun instead of just being in a node longer.

took a bit of time and some drama for this to come around but im glad the Devs see the potential our GvG’s and the community has.
Just to confirm, we are working on new maps. I can’t give too many details, but a few things:
1) We’re trying maps with no cap points.
2) We’re trying mechanics that focus on high risk/reward mechanics that can win to sudden wins/sudden losses.
3) We’re trying maps that focus on “big play” moments that permanently impact the map flow/map status.
4) I can’t give an ETA on when you’d see one live, because we’re trying different maps, and each of them takes time to prototype, etc.I think that conquest is easy for new players to get into, and it’s allowed for some amazing high-level games so far! But we’d like to try some new things that get away from conquest.
Also, as many of us have said, we want to give players enough variety such that they can change what they play from time to time, while also being sure that we don’t fracture the player-base by spreading players out to too many different game types.
I know this isn’t a super exhaustive answer, but just wanted to give you guys a quick update.

I’ve played this game since release. I tried WvW for the first time a few days ago. I was appalled. It should be called ZvZ. Two massive groups of players running around and when they meet, unbelievable lag and prayers that my AOE spells go off before I die. Needless to say I won’t be going back to it.
And yes, class balance is the one thing I am actually hoping for and have been hoping for since day 1.

this is why Most WvW open field fighters or GvG guilds want a debuff for zergs (zergs might be defined as 30+ in the same area)

This is a l2p issue, not a class/game issue.
I would have what 4 seconds to try to run, but wait they pull out a hammer and keep me stunned or knocked down. in such a noob for not being able to get away. Please show me how to be a pro and beat a stun lock warrior with out the need for stability.

but sadly if you want small group action on a more steady basis T2 and up isnt where you should look for it.

this will stop the Zerg running in a ball so it wont take much dmg (only 5 will get hit)
it will make the zerg split up and actually have to think of how they are going to position themselves instead of the normal grab kitten zerg ball we see today.
if you complain about all the AOE classes that will be “OP” you forget about retaliation and that person will get hit many times by it so they will also have to play smart.
