Main? What “main”? I play all of them sooner or later.
Main? What “main”? I play all of them sooner or later.
This is an exceptional report.
That is all.
Sounds a bit boring. I’d rather have something I haven’t seen many times before. Paragon and dervish felt new to me in GW1, for example.
…I’m sure this is a reference to something else, but I have no idea what you’re talking about. Was there another thread on this somewhere around here that I missed?
Same here. No idea wat is going on in this thread.

Start from scratch with a brand new forum. Freeze this “old broken forum” and within a couple months, all relevant data will exist in the new forum, frequently with pointers or links back to the old. I’ve seen other companies do this with great success. Yes, folks complain about making the transition, but the complaints will be brief.
Not everyone can do jump puzzles. It can take a long time to complete a jump puzzle for your first time. Plenty of people get frustrated and just ignore them completely. I am much better at jump puzzles now than I was a year ago. It took practice.
I am saddened by the lack of recognition and reward we get for completing jump puzzles.
You didn’t give me anything for doing all the jump puzzles in the game.
I got 1 single exotic that I won’t ever use for finally conquering the Mad King’s Clock Tower.
I felt accomplished when I reached these milestones but I don’t feel properly rewarded.
I want titles, I want better rewards, & I want more jump puzzles. Anyone else agree?

I’m not sure how I feel about this, it’s much better than the complete overhaul most posts have been about the combat system (a-la Neverwinter Online). I think there’s a certain amount of potential to this, I wouldn’t use it, but I could see it’s usefullness. My only concern would be dropping AoE spells or placeable abilities.

Q: Do you want this to be optional?
if so, then I wont use it but im not against it. But make it fully optional. Cause I like it the way it is now (and I dont use my right mouse all the time I switch alot between different techniques).

What they could do is only show your allies when you chose neutral option, for enemies, you don’t see them at all, and make everything open so that u can access
1. This isn’t a suggestion.
2. You already posted this. https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/game/suggestions/Crit-Chance-Is-To-Random-No-Skill/first#post3032085
Posting the same thing twice (and bumping your first thread) doesn’t help in any constructive manner.
3. See my post in that thread.
May I add the suggestion on the forum thread list to add the date of when it was last updated/commented?
Sometimes it’s just difficult to check how recent a thread his or when it was the last time it was commented.

I was going to say the Living Story, but the Living Stories are often located in high level territories that cannot be accessed by lower levels. Same with Jumping Puzzles. Only a few are accessible to low levels.
Well, there should be at the very least 10 jumping puzzles/mini-dungeons for him to do in the lv1-20 range.. some like Anya Fairmind’s Secret Garden don’t even give you an achievement, but they’re fun if you enjoy that kind of thing. This living story is very accessible I think, but it does vary.
Thanks guys , i think ill go with some minigames and ill rush to 30 then do some dungeons , one thing i dont get …Most peopel got to 80 in 2 days. , i got to 21 in 1 week :O
Those people either knew what they were doing (it wasn’t their first character and/or they were following a guide) or didn’t sleep for two days :P. Maybe both? I never tried.

I hate checking these forums because it’s all about people BLAH BLAH BLAHing.
Let me say, I’ve played since launch, and loved every single day of it.
I don’t really have ANY problems with Guild Wars 2.
I love roaming.
I love WvW
I love PvE
I love that Staff runs with Zergs.
I love Zergs.
I love the Commanders
I love Guardian of Rall
I love Brutus
I love Esamo
I love Jameszay
People in this game are amazing, it should be their day jobs, they really keep the game alive. Sure skill lag, wvw ques get annoying, but usually I have never waited over an hour for a que, In the mean time, I dye myself pink or orange, fight off some monsters , kill some bosses, or use the LFG to find a group.
Gold is easy to get, new content all the time, and I’m glad an MMO I chose to invest in has turned out to be an amazing game, with PEOPLE actually playing, and it seems like every time I log on, more people have decided to buy and join in on the game. Anet works there butts off to keep this game happy for thousands of people, you can go from a zerg of 100 in WvW to a zerg of 100 in PvE at 5pm, or 5am, its 24/7 ALIVE!
If you don’t like Zergs, then start a Havok group and destroy stuff, if your not happy, command yourself, lead yourself, start your own group, your own guild!
and if you PvE, use Gw2Stuff.com or in game LFG, find the Blue Commander tag and zerg along!! or spend hours looking at skins you can work for.
I love Guild Wars 2.
Thank you.
See you in game.
Surprisingly enough, they do seem to have been karma at one point. I thought they were always gold.

Cultural armorsmith
Cultural armorsmith icon.
Cultural armorsmiths are NPCs that sell racially restricted cultural armors to your character in exchange for gold (changed from karma, see below).
Armorsmiths have “[Cultural Armorsmith Tier #]” as a suffix to their names, where # is 1, 2, or 3.
Each armor set sold by cultural armorsmiths features a unique skin and increases in attribute bonuses, defense levels, and cost as the tier increases.
Doesn’t say there when it changed.

I like the idea of an insentive to waypoint to your home city. I would make it free to waypoint home and have it as a UI button from your character screen like “Go to the Heart of The Mists” button on the PvP screen. After all it is free to Get to LA via the Mists or WvW if you are prepared to take a connecting flight.
Also the waypoint home should land you somewhere near the cities commercial district and not near the Asure Gate to LA.
People still camp JP’s? lol..
:)
More like a blind on this skill. Applying on the start and on the end.

if you haven’t used or locked them to your ranger, you can put them in your bank and have your sylvari go and pick them up

Submit an in-game ticket using the inappropriate character name category (for now) until a guild name option is added. There will be no automatic actions taken on the report, so there’s no need to worry about getting someone’s character name changed by accident.
Thanks!
Comment:
The forum search function is broken and has been for months. It’s been reported for the last four months as bugged. Which can make it hard to be definite on answers as the sources are unfindable in the forum using the search function. Which means I and anyone else who tries to answer must either google it or try to remember the details of what ANet does and does not allow and how they want something reported.

Gratz. There should be a title for this, or at least some extra achievement points!
I was the guy who did it and not the guy that took time to post a negative comment about what they couldn’t achieve
. Yarrr yeah I mean you dude.
Something major in GW2 not working as purported … how unusual.

The last time I was away, my son installed a fan and reapplied the thermal flux to fix a chronic overheating problem — he’s a good boy.
Maybe this time he twiddled some settings. I’m seeing more definition and effects than I recall.

hmmmmm. If you are looking for unsolved mystery: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Wizard%27s_Tower
Nobody knows who build this, who is living there, how it is floating, what the origin is, etc. The only thing we do know is that it is old. Older then gw1.
As for the living story, I think there is a lot of long term story and plotting involves round the living story. specially the buildup from the molten alliance to the reveal off scarlet was very interesting. However it is time to wrap that line up and start a new one. she is revealed, so please let us finish that.

A nice little suggestion +1.
Would be a nice quality of life change.
I suggest making it visible for players what is the size of queue on particular WvW map and what is their place in it.
I think it would give us information on how long probably will we be standing in queue (whether we have time for fast dung or not). seeing how the queues change we could also say if people tend to leave this map or it’s popularity grows which would further inform us if its worth to go there or not.
Simple tags would I guess do the trick:
-no queue
-183 players in queue
-you are 18 in 45 player queue
It’s very common in all standart forums. I wonder why official, selfmade forums of games always lack the most basic features…
nah, wrong game and would cause too much lag
