Just an update to my post above. To test something, since Dailies also look as if they reset, I went to Metrica to do some foraging even though I completed Dailies last night, and when I did my foraging, it did not update the daily achievement, so the game is acting as if it knows the achievements were actually completed, which also seems backed up by the fact that the achievement point count is correct.

Just tell him that, Anet had to make the EU/NA client just like China, and that this works in China, and that some progress had to be relocked.

I just started dabbling in this as yet another thing to do to cut out routine and keep the game a bit more fresh with more diversity.

Here is my tip to share: [&BC4DAAA=][&BPAAAAA=][&BCMDAAA=][&BCkDAAA=]

Make a whisper chat channel, allowing (obviously) only whispers. Now copy the above waypoint codes and whisper yourself.

Between repeated character remakes, the whisper does not go away (only if you close the client completely). Staying in the whisper chat channel keeps it from being flooded off the screen with idle map/guild chat.

This will shave a few seconds of loading the map and panning around for the next waypoint you need, just click the chat link.

IF you do not have a banker golem I find it faster to go to my home WvW borderland to grab gear than it is to go to the DR bank.

Opened 10 this morning and got 10 Dragon Coffers but I did NOT get 10 booster conversions (only 4) and while the update stated the Dragon Coffers are in ADDITION to the normal 4 items you usually get out of BL Chest, There are still only a total of 4 items being generated (or at least only 4 reward boxes are displaying on the dialog) for each open….and a Dragon Coffer is always the 1st one.

That seems to me like one of the items is being REPLACED by the Dragon Coffer (not directly complaining about this other than it is NOT what was claimed in the update notes….unless I read them incorrectly). Also, REALLY like the idea of being able to consolidate my Boosters (to save bank space), but if the item is no longer guaranteed from each and every BL chest, they need to state this directly.

1. Is there an issue with the Dragon Coffers now taking the place of one of the normal 4 reward items?
2. Are the Booster considation items NOT supose to be in every BL chest (I sure think they were previously….I usually got 10 when I opened 10 chests)?

Same issue here. Read about the promo for the dragon coffers. Bought 5 keys. Opened 5 chests. No dragon coffers in any of them.

I’m sure you have, as you are a smart cookie, but it never hurts to ask. Sometimes I will forget the easiest/most obvious solution when I am solving my own problems. Then I will promptly (facepalm)

I cannot stand working at something for hours only to find out it was something insanely easy. Yes, facepalm normally follows shortly thereafter.

Unfortunately, this is not one of those times. I have tried clearing the temp files already and other potential issues regarding that directory.

I was working out different potential causes for the issue when I discovered others were encountering the same issue as well. This led me to believe that it was not likely to be something I could correct on my end and was tied directly to functionality on their end. I couldn’t find any correlation between different elements that could reproduce the issue when desired. Once in a long while it will work fine enough to get 6 or 7 items sold quickly, but then it gets wonky. I’ve tried comparing high populated areas and unpopulated areas, high graphics settings with low graphics settings, latency and checking traceroutes, other potential conflicting programs or something.

I also hate having an issue I cannot fix and this is really bugging me, to put it mildly. :P Will still work at it to see if I can figure it out, if it is something that can be figured out and fixed on the user’s end.

DR is an good option. I don’t really know what you would consider a zerg, but the biggest organized groups you will see are about 15-20 people. You may see pug zergs in EB bigger than that but its not the norm. DR has alot of solid roaming groups. BRL, OHai, DTGA, HaVC, FOOK, and FN to name a few. Check out our website.

As a new recruit I have all good feeling about this guild. Well organized and has been showing a complete difference face of WvW. More important, the members are really nice to me, being patient explaining everything and guiding through basics. Highly recommend!

Molen is a guy with an IQ just a few ticks below Einstein or at least that’s how it seems. He has a calm, even tone, regardless of the battle field intensity. He is clear, to the point, and with a good sense of humor. Its going to take a lot of enemy havoc squads to trip him up or slow him down. He is able to oversee the movements and coordination of multiple attacks. For those interested in the long hard fights that people really have to work at to win, this is one of the guys you want to listen too.

He oversee a guild that has great respect for him, troops that are willing to crawl through the bloodied mud. He puts the server first.

When I joined the server, Molen invited me to the guild. I told him I was unlikely to stay as I have issues with authority being from the late generation X. With a big loner streak to boot. Well, a few months later, I’m still here. Members of BRL have welcomes me in, called me friend, and always seem to have a hot pot of digital coffee brewing.

We focus on havoc during the day, trying to take hard targets and making them soft when an opportunity presents itself. When there is a large guild commander running, we do our best to maintain bloodlust to give them the extra boost they need to climb over or through the wall /gate. This gives our evening forces a chance to focus on gaining ground. While working in conjunction with the other organized guilds with other honed talents.

Our number one goal during the day is to have fun while trying to do some good. We are not hell bent on winning or looking for the perfect open field battle with the perfect build for zerg busting. It is a game and we try to remind ourselves of that if tensions rise. Others will have to speak to NA primetime intent.

But one thing is for certain, we are a tight little group that likes to run with other tight little groups. Molen somehow pulls it all together to produce something greater then the sum of its parts. … And that’s always great to be a part of.

Try to:

Clear the game cache
Most TP-specific issues are primarily related to some temporary GW2 files where removing them will allow them to be recreated and the TP to function properly again.

The quickest way to clear the GW2 Cache is to:

1. Ensure your game is completely closed.
2. Hold your “Windows Key” and press “F” to open Windows Search on your computer.
3. Search for “gw2cache”
4. It will find a folder called “gw2cache-{bunch-of-letters-and-numbers}” at:
   “C:\Users\YourComputerUserName\AppData\Local\Temp”
5. Delete this “gw2cache-{bunch-of-letters-and-numbers}” folder that is shown in the results.
6. Load up your game normally and your TP should now function properly.

If your search for “gw2cache” does not produce the folder I mentioned, then you will need to enable hidden files and folders in order to delete this cache folder.

Make hidden files visible and clear the game cache

1. Close your game completely.
2. Browse your My Computer to: “C:\Users\YourComputerUserName”
3. Then in the window menus, click on “Tools” then “Folder Options…”
4. In the window that pops up, click the “View” tab
5. Select to “Show hidden files, folders and drives” and click ‘OK’ (attached image #1)
6. You should now see a folder in your file listing called “AppData”, open this folder
7. Inside that folder open the “Local” folder
8. Inside that folder open the “Temp” folder
9. You should now see a folder called “gw2cache-{bunch-of-letters-and-numbers}”. Delete this gw2cache folder.
10. Load up your game normally and see if the issue is fixed.

—note—
By “window menus” I mean up at the top of the window where it says “File Edit View Tools Help”. If that bar does not display in your window for you along the top, then click the drop-down arrow next to the word “Organize” and then click on “Layout” and select “Menu bar” to enable showing of the menus (attached image #2).

Another way to do Steps 3, 4 and 5 to make hidden folders visible is:

• Click your Start menu and then open Control Panel
• In your Control Panel, if items are sorted by “Category” then select “Appearance and Personalization” on the right side, then in the second bottom area under “Folder Options” click on “Show hidden files and folders”. This will open the same options dialogue box shown in attached image #1.
• Otherwise, if Control Panel is sorted by Icons, simply click on “Folder Options” from the list to bring up the options dialogue box shown in attached image #1.

There’s a few other threads about this, and the general answer is “DDoS Attack”. It’s not something ANet can fix, as it’s not them. It’s not us. There’s only so much ANet can do.

Why cant u fix so that u accualy can see what Champion u have killed and what lain in The Marionette deregulator. this is the same in the Dungeon Paths! How can u not just write progress? all theese new fancy UIs and accualy no progress on a ancient bugg or rather no effort in fixing. Fix so u can accualy see ure progress on the Achvements… what champion was killed so u dont have to do it all over again just to chekk that it wasnt that one -.- jess
