Yes, you can disable all whispers on each of your chat panels by going to chat tab options and unchecking whisper. Doing that will stop whisper to that individual chat panel.

That does not prevent people from whispering you. You just won’t see the whispers that way.

This is the case of going invisible mode (offline mode) which does actually prevent anyone whispering you.

You sell it in TP. No other 100% safe ways to turn stuff into gold.

Doing the story is always my favorite part in updates, so I guess that means that story is very important to me.

They have been in BL chests as a drop since that patch.

In my opinion it’s now fine after the tune. It wasn’t that bad the first time before the nerf, got downed once, and now after the nerf there was no problems at all.

And no, I’m not some pro player, in fact I’m quite bad, won’t even do pvp, raids or high level fractals because I’m not good enough for those.

This shouldn’t be much of an issue anymore to people who can handle the maps and story this far.

There is an hidden achievement to kill an Executioner in Lake Doric, but for it to spawn it seems to require failing defense of Saidra’s Haven.

I thought there was not going to be things anymore that needs events to fail.

There is constant fighting now in the map chat all the time of people arguing and bashing those who are defending the town.

It really is not healthy to lock something behind failing event on purpose. The legendary collections should have taught that.

The point is, people are complaining about “evil TP barons” ruining the market and making things expensive for them. That’s a misconception. They are upset at the wrong outlet. You would of understood this if you actually understand the post.

I see way more often people boasting about their ingame wealth than people complaining about them.

I still miss the hobo packs.

Never used any other back item so kits hiding them was no issue for me.

I wish there was a toggle to get them back with the kits.

You actually find random insertions of the string “kitten” to make things more readable and less idiotic? Remember that it is not just swears, it is when two words in a row produce a swear word with a space in between. There are legit words that come up here (like the shatterer when abbreviated) that get munged.

Agreed, it’s kinda pointless part. So far I have not heard anyone actually trying to play something during that.

One guild system would be better only if every guild would have dedicated raid groups, general PVE people, WvW population, SPvP teams, Roleplayer, musicians and traders. Oh and also offer personal guild banks for every member.

Somehow I think the current system is going to be better for quite some time…

I tried that too, but unfortunatelly the local area limit hit and prevented stacking enough blocks. Managed to make it 2 floors, but couldn’t make third.

Now making a labyrinth.

I agree that it’s annoying, especially if it happens to you several times in a row.

The tactic I used last year to avoid this frustration was to stay in the instance and wait for it to cycle round to the start again. Sure I have to spend time waiting, but I’m guaranteed a full round once the waiting is over.

That fails often too, at least for me. After the wait it just informs that instance I tried to join is full, and then I have to try again anyway. :P

Adding armor sets (skins) to the gems store instead of only outfits would works as a gold sink at least for me.

It’s only cheating if it violates the rules of the game. An exploit is merely utilizing game mechanics in an unintended way. It may violate the rules, but it may not. This is also why some exploits get fixed, some become bannable offenses, and others simply become part of the way a game is played. But skill requirements have no bearing on whether or not something qualifies as an exploit.

I was talking of my own view, not the official view. Like I wrote, to me they are always cheats.

To me earning value and new features and stuff for my account is the fun.

If you think this is a huge grind, you’re going to have serious problems in future with the masteries that are actually affecting gameplay and are needed to progress. This is only fraction of what the other stuff needs.

We have no info what comes and when. Only Anet knows, and they never announce coming sales beforehand.

It has been sale for maybe 4-5 times this year, so keep your eyes open.

Bit different for me, I bought the Winterberry bush yesterday, recieved the little text saying it was now in my home instance, went in there today, and it’s not there. What is there is a Bloodstone node, which i never got around to buying. Does this mean if i buy the bloodstone node, i’ll recieve my winterberry bush?

Check again, it is well hidden if it’s there. It is behind the blacksmith building, the one that has wintertee, on small grassy area and it does not have map icon.

Assuming you’re using DR instance of course.

At least that was the case with me, bush and all other nodes are there now, but I just had trouble finding the bush.

Except in your case of course if you indeed received the bloodstone node instead… :P

Try looking for more chests. There are more chests on the trees than there are “named” ones for that achievement, so not all of them counts. Also the “named” do move, so if you are following a guide, it might not be exactly there.

Had bloodstone, now I could buy wood too, but still cannot see the wintersberry for sale.

I am having an issue with this too. I have the bloodstone node, and cannot see the wintersberry node at the vendor. Could buy the wood node tho.

Check the armors there, maybe you find something nice. As you can see, majority of the armor are indeed non-revealing. It just might seem other way around since people do tend to choose the revealing ones to wear.

Oh and I remember hearing that most of the armor designers are indeed female.

I can’t fathom why anyone would be opposed to getting a guaranteed ToT bag over the guaranteed garbage we used to get.

Because instead of that garbage there at least was a chance to get something useful. Now there isn’t from that third slot.

Is this a joke? Upgraded BL chests.. I just got 1 ToT bag, 1 revive orb and 1 level tome. That’s even worse than before. :P
