As Ameepa says, the biggest difference between those who make 200g fast and those who don’t is being patient — that person might be making 200g/day, but they spent time figuring out the market first
Yes, and have to have patience to spend most of the day doing only that. There are no magical ways to make that kind of money fast (in minutes). It is more likely hours after hours to spend in TP every day.

What kind of answer are you expecting? Is it possible? Yes it is. Will someone suddenly answer to this thread and give you 100% sure way to do it? No.
You seem to know the basic idea so you do get it. Now you need just patience to get more familiar with it.

I like that is has less noticeable effects. That is actually one of the reasons I made the Predator. I don’t really like overly flashy things. It is perfect for me and goes well with the engineer theme.
It’s really making me paranoid. I feel like I’m being stalked.. creepy.. where are they! who is shouting at me! SHOW YOURSELVES!
3 Years ago i start playing gw2, now i quitted because there was not mutch of a nice feeling when playing without capes, any oldscooler likes to look more scary.

Oh well, at least now I know to stick to doing hearts and events. After this experience, I know better than to try the “Living Story”. I think I’d rather nail my hand to a wall or lick the inside of a toaster.
Good news is that living story again is totally soloable.
“Victory or Death” really should be changed to being solo mission too. Especially with many characters it is annoying to always have to find a group and do that long story dungeon. Have to admit that it is the reason why most of my later alts have not completed the personal story.

How on earth have you managed to gather twice the amount of 300% luck?
I’ve salvaged every blue and green drop I’ve had after the luck change and I have around 30% of the amount it takes to cap it. :P
At the heart of every mmorpg playerbase, standing out is important. In the beginning, people complained about no healer because that means not being recognized for helping someone else. People complain about precursor drop rates not for the stats but because the legendaries are so much shinier than other weapons. Since we play with millions of other people, its human nature to want to be different.
Hehe and the thing is just like in real too that the “want to be different” leads to them being exactly the opposite. Wearing the wings and wielding the sunrise is pretty much the most common thing they can do.
No one can be different by trying to be different. Everyone else trying to be different will be the same too.
The actual different people do not try to be different. They just ARE.

Way to trade outside TP goes like this:
You advertise that you want to sell/buy something for some amount of gold
After sending the item/gold you come in the forums and write a thread about how you were scammed and ask if Anet gives refunds.
That is how it usually goes.
Through TP itself it is not possible to choose to who you sell or which one of the offers you buy.
I am getting tired of all inactive players who throws filth on these forums…
Not sure how you know these players are inactive. The minute we start saying one person’s opinion is genuine and the other person’s opinion is trolling is where we get into trouble. We just have to deal with it.

They often tell in their posts that they stopped playing a long time ago, but still they keep on haunting the forums. I too have always found it weird why someone does that.
