This is annoying, because it makes phase 3 hell and much harder to win, i tried many times to solo it, but he always end up killing me at 20% health when i have a lack of reflect & blocks, it seems to be a DPS race at this point…

Still nothing prevents you from calling a buddy or someone for 1g and pass this if you’re a seller, that’s not a big loss and you’ll gain a lot of time.

Yeah, i was trying to get one, but it’s way too expensive compared to when i started playing, Dawn was around 368g when i was new to the game (heard it was less than 80g the first few months when GW2 came out), now it’s more than the double, and legendaries are 3 times more expensive.
And even if people says it’s easy, Lodestones are very expensive and i don’t have good RNG with these especially the Charged ones…

I just had a bad day sry, this week was full of stupid things happening and it was worse the days after, i still struggle to gain gold even if there are billions of methods…

Guess i shouldn’t have returned in this game, this is probably the last time i ever post in these forums too, and then people says the community is one of the best in any MMO’s? This is a toxic one for sure…

I didn’t know this would happen, i left the game 7 months ago and back then i could choose which people i wanted to play with.

Long story short: I lost 100g by playing with Zommoros and had a lack of gold afterward so i decided to run arah paths solo again and sell these.

Everything went fine until Tar where i needed help, so i create a group in LFG. Then a newly fresh level 80 600AP warrior joins, since he obviously don’t know the path and the run with drakes and oozes i decide to kick him. Result? I get kicked too from the instance and have to do it again…

If you’re not experienced, please, don’t even come in my group to waste my time, i don’t ask for 6000AP either, but if you’re under 3k, prove me that you know the path and some strats for each boss…

Zerk is kinda useless against world bosses right? So maybe the new instances/dungeons will have more of these, because the Nightmare Tree in TA is the only one that is in all of the explorable paths of any dungeons.

They’ll probably add more mobs weaker to conditions than physical damage, so classes like Necro become useful.

This is litterally the only thing i’ve never completed in PvE, even 1 year ago where the event was still doable with servers like Desolation before the Megaserver system screwed everything, i seriously have no idea about the loot or anything after you cut off the 3 heads at the same time.

Yesterday we were doing Thaumanova Fractal and everybody had their game crash, it seems to be a new issue with the last update.

I swear she has to bug one time everyday, and the fact that this stupid glitch in the end of AC P2 still exists after 2 years is simply astonishing, i can’t believe this…

So many games came out and there are much more to come, last time i played it was on October, what happened since then? Is the game still the same with the living story or did it changed? I kinda disliked living story, i could never get into it…

I really think Trahearne is more interesting than Kasmeer and Marjory, i mean c’mon this is not my little pony please, and even though Trahearne was a coward that stole your pride, the conversations with him are FAR better than the 2 bimbos, i felt atleast more involved with him in the story.

And i’m getting cheesed hard by engineers and hambow warriors, is it possible to counter these builds with a guardian? Does guardian have a cheese build or a meta build now?

We need Anti-Critical hits bosses who are vulnerable to conditions so the encounters feels more unique and interesting.

So tired of Zergs Fests too, it’s boring, so boring that i just leave my room, take some coffee just to be awake, and when it’s too much i just put something and AFK for hours playing another game or doing other stuff, i’m sure i’m not the only guy that did that, i’m sorry Anet but the particles and lights effects are just too much.
Anyway after Tuesday they said they’re gonna take a break, so as I, other games came out recently such as Dark Souls 2 and Titanfall, and i’m not sure if i’m ever going to return to GW2 again after that, so it’s the right time to explore other worlds.

No, you will still have the time to do it considering we don’t have the components we need to pick the colour we want for the tempered spinal blades, well we’re gonna have these today so don’t worry about that, you have 2 more weeks to craft your backpiece.

I’ve nearly felt asleep while spamming 1 i’m not joking, this update is really boring for me, and i still have to do brainless events and fight against the horrible lag and fps if i ever want to craft the ascended backpiece since i need 900+ blades to do, so yeah i’ll pass on this one after week-end, i hope the last update is going to be better because i really felt like an old guy after he took some pills before sleeping while watching tv.

Even though i first logged in the game on July 2013, i would like to know if it’s going to be like in the Lost Shores event where there was a high chance of getting precursors with the Ancient Karka Box.

Scarlet is not corrupted, but manipulated by Mordremoth, he’s using her to access the ley lines from Lion’s Arch which are the most important in Tyria in order to awake much sooner than expected, Scarlet does not know that she’s the puppet of a dragon, but actually saw him in her vision after she saw the Eternal Alchemy, the painting in her lair in my opinion represents Mordremoth covered with blood. I think he promised power or something like that to Scarlet if she does what he wants, but she will die when he will reach his goal because he will no longer need her. I think that the Elder Dragons were scared after Zhaitan’s death, because they knew that they were going to be slayed, but not only that, Zhaitan’s fall was provoked by Asura technology (Megalaser and cannons in the airships) but also Sylvaris since Trahearne was leading the assault, and since Mordremoth lives in Maguma, he’s capable of destroying Asuras and Sylvaris homelands.

The final of season 1 LS better be another thing than ’’Lion’s Arch in flames!‘’ because this was really ’’patheticly’’ obvious…

Oh really? I’m sorry dude but, camping and prevent any random ’’foe’’ from entering the server is luck, people who have time to sit there for 4 days is luck of not having time to spare for other things, you got lucky because you had many dudes that had no time to spare aside GW2 for 4 days. I respect Desolation for their victory, i just said that they didn’t won only because the people there were sitting hard (even though it depends on persons and individuals, some can do better in a couple of hours, but it’s very rare) for 4 days, but also because they were lucky to have these guys.

The painted dragon is not necessarily Primordus, the red coulour represent blood as you can see in the dragon mouth which means he’s going to make atrocities.

The toxic spores that Scarlet used during the Tower of Nightmare update are the same that drawned the karkas crazy, those spores are from the elder dragon itself, all we know aside from that is that some living beings can mutate and grow, gaining a huge size and become more powerful with this power like the Great Jungle Wurms or the Toxic Hybrid for example, yet the toxic hybrid still had free will because Scarlet modified the plants so the ’’corrupted’’ aren’t in the dragon’s control. The 3 headed Great Jungle Wurms and the husks that belongs to it are also minions of the dragon, which means that the further Scarlet goes, the further the minions are progressing to the outside world. When the dragon will be awaken, he will drive everyone crazy with his corruption like he did with Scarlet as she mentioned in her journal.

This is isn’t Primordus or any human gods behind all of this, there are much more proofs of it being Mordremoth:

- The husks are Mordremoth minions, the boss that you fight in path 2 of COE proves it, and so are the Great Jungle Wurms that came from the depths.
- The Karkas that became mad in Southsun Cove because of a toxic plant that Scarlet used again to create toxic spores.

Wurms head in phase 2 needs 3min instead of 2 at the very least, Anet have to understand that Desolation victory is based on luck too, that’s why they have trouble killing the wurms again, we don’t want to kill it only once, but everyday like Tequatl, we definitely need more time for the heads.

You can’t force people to play how you want them to play, it’s psychology and not difficulty, you don’t have the precious kick button like when you’re running dungeons, in the open world you can’t do that, that’s why this kind of content should be instanced, because the guys in my server won’t listen to me since it’s full of farmers that spam 1, i don’t even lie, Jade Sea isn’t as good as it was before (they still fail Tequatl most of the time), yet even if i go to another server i will have the same problem, that’s why we need this to be instanced with the option to start the event when we want so we can play with the people who listen to us, and eventually train the newbies who want to learn without any problem.

This is actually what i think to be very stupid, you have to do this crap perfectly with 150 people who have the best stuff in the game, who know what to do, who knows what combo fields and finishers are, who listen, who don’t spam 1 etc… Pretty much impossible with PUG’s, i’m sorry but this is just insulting and selfish for new players, because most of the players from high populated servers will camp forever on the map.

Paladin says it all, there’s no reason why i would fail because some guys were afk, or have bad stuff or still attack the wurms after 3% or simply because it’s RNG especially during the marionette fight, this is absurd, again these things should be Guild Missions if they cannot make instances, because of how many people and organisation you need, yet Desolation only made it because those 150 people were the same for 4 days! How are we supposed to do that with totally random people everytime? Again it’s psychology and not even difficulty there, same as RNG where people are fighting champs alone during the marionette, these things shouldn’t exist in any videogames, luck have to stay aside in fights like these.

Err after what i’ve seen, the loot is RNG and even more terrible than Tequatl, this is really ridiculous and insulting for the amount of time spent by everyone, i hope they will increase it.

Congatulations guys, it sure was the hardests world bosses ever in this game, but i want to know if this, is rewarding in term of loot x)

This is going to be nearly impossible after the critical damage nerf, i hope you guys are aware of that.

The OP is right, there are 2 Dragons painted in Scarlet’s Lair, one white and one red. The design of Mordremoth looks exactly like the toxic hybrid that we fought in the Nightmare Tower, and she made an alliance with the nightmare court and the kraits who worship a prophet that will rise from below. She also made an alliance, the Molten with Dredges and Flame Legion, and we know that the Flame Legion planned to control destroyers in order to gain power, yet the destroyers lives near the Dredges. We also see in the lair a mysterious plant that you can find in Southsun Cove, near the karkas new living home. So there’s no doubt that Primordius and Mordremoth are going to be awaken, but a conflict between them will maybe happen and then maybe trigger a war. The last hint is the sylvari personal story at the very beggining, you actually fight an unknown dragon champion in a devastated place alone, and the sylvaris thought that was Zhaitan, yet it’s not.

Mordremoth concept art looks a lot like the toxic hybrid from the nightmare tower, maybe Scarlet wanted to recreate the scene where the Dragon will be awaken, and maybe builded the Marionette as a test to see if it’s powerful enough to take the dragon down since you know, we have killed Zhaitan, so maybe Scarlet want’s to save her race if not all of Maguma since she studied with asuras, from Mordremoth, but i think it will be a failure, Mordremoth will rise, corrupting Sylvaris and Asuras, leading his champions and destroy Maguma like the sylvaris saw in the dream at the very beggining of the personal story.

Why? Why the vets during the Giant Wurms boss fights are so tough? Why does the champs drops no loot during pre-events? Why does it takes way too long to spawn? Why do you think carrying 20 barrels and droping these at the same time with all the dangers (water, pirates, AOE that OS you etc…) and divine gamer laws (lag of course) is fun? Why there are so many trash mobs? Why ArenaNet?

It would’ve been nice if i knew it before making my ascended stuff, now thanks to ArenaNet, i have to farm again in order to get these stats that i want, for both my Guard and Elem, thanks a lot…

I play Dark Souls pvp, and all i have to say is that it’s unbalanced since 2012, because there’s a lot of cheaters in all supports (i play on PS3 and i still see infinite hp guys) and lagswitchers now and gankers that makes the pvp rarely playable because of TWOP + Dark magic combo which is impossible (things like that shouldn’t exist in pvp) to survive if you get caught. Anyway, concerning the guardian in GW2, it’s a very good class when you know how to play it, and so far the only things that are annoying even if you’re good are conditions Engineer, conditions mesmers and conditions necros.

The worst boss in arah is Vahid Priest of Melandru in p4, what is more frustrating than a boss with 100000million health with one of the worsts elites mobs that respawns in the entire kittening game, really this fight is not fun at all, don’t even expect PUG’s to do it unless they have already done it before themselves. This is also the reason why most people (if not all xD) use the exploit to unlock the WP from Lyssa in p4, because no one want’s to waste time in this.

Why not making instead a difficulty increase in dungeons so the final bosses or ennemies like Lupicus are no longer Legendary but Epic with knew mechanics? There’s far too less Epic rank bosses aside from World Bosses in this game.

Primordus was the first Elder Dragon to awake and he’s the most dangerous one, so i doubt he would be the next after Zhaitan. The next will definitely be Kralkatorrik or the one who’s about to awake very soon in Maguma called Mordremoth, we even fought one of his champions during the Sylvari introduction, so that means we will maybe get a new world boss.

The only thing i want from them is to fix the Zhaitan fight and implement the stuff they didn’t use, because some of you may know that there was supposed to be a final fight with Zhaitan on the ground, but they didn’t maybe because it was too late. Oh and fixing arah exploits is very easy to do, there’s ton of these on youtube, yet they could still join a party teaching these exploits like random people to see themselves how to do it and so, how to fix it.

I wanna know if the phase where all the wraiths spawns is possible with a guard solo, i know it is for warriors, but as guard i’m afraid i won’t have enough dps to take them down quickly.

The only time i use the Valor traits are when i’m doing large events because my PC is not good enough to support this ’’fiesta’’ inducing fps drops. Yet that doesn’t mean it’s not useful, if you wanna run with meditations, you need this line, otherwise i run full berserker because the PvE is EZ, all bosses are just sand bags with millions of HP.
