My elementalist can easily stack 25 stacks of might, supply a chain of regeneration, fury, swiftness and protection cross the entire party. Through attunement rotation, good skill timing and blasting fire finishers in the middle of a fight, the elementalist is superior at support as well as a beastly AoE damage dealer.
Warriors can easily stack party wide 25 might stacks by swinging a sword.
Do you see the issue now?

You could try mastering the Elementalist or you could just role Warrior and get similar results by pressing keys 1, 2 and 3. Sure, it’s not going to be as good but why play and practice other classes?
I have 0, none, no problems with Warriors being excellent at support. The biggest issue with Phalanx Strength is: it’s easy.
Are you guys really content with Warriors being straight up mindless, no matter what their role is?
It’s fine for play styles to be mindless, but when it’s the best solution, that’s not good.

Reproduction: Detha is in combat when going to the trap area?
Prevention: Kill enemies. Use stealth to skip (don’t get in combat). Get whole team and Detha out of combat before going to the trap area?
Fix: Getting Detha killed may help

[Arah] Lupicus’s Necrid Bolt autoattack hits in melee range.
I used leap on on my war and jumped on the top of this fire shield which protect Revered forgedriver, when i died script started working and ferrah talked to him finally xD, strange as hell :P
Banners and phalanx strength are essentially all the warrior is used for in groups so if they aren’t complying with bringing what they’re expected to from you, you should probably just kick them…
What a horrible mindset that creates a toxic community. If it’s a pug run, the players should play whatever build they want. It’s a game not a job.
I don’t understand why “PvE” is such a big deal when this game’s PvE is horrible. People literally think every second of clear time matters on a game which isn’t about speed runs but farming skins?
And to this day i dindt received confimation email < i have signed up back in january and the olny mail i ever got was about pax 2 weeks ago. I dont understand why thats happening tbh. Anyway, I’ve read/heard many-a-people opine that they enjoyed champ trains and farming as a way to zone-out and just relax after 8-12 hours at their job. Just something to do that they didn’t have to think too much about and just enjoy playing with others.
I think it’s working as intended and doesn’t need to be buffed/nerfed.

Warrior pve DPS was nerfed by about 2.5% in the September feature patch. If you count the change to Berserker’s Power / adrenaline decay the nerf was significantly bigger in short fights. Warrior DPS went from slightly above average to slightly below average. All the changes were based on PvP considerations, and thus the nerfs for PvE are undeserved. Heck, even the pvp nerfs were undeserved. Generally you nerf things that are too good and dont nerf things that aren’t good at all.
I main a war. We totally deserved a PvE nerf.
I love the adrenaline decay. It encourages actually using adrenaline and makes the “if X adrenaline get Y bonus” abilities less useful.
How it encourage to use adrenaline on pve? i need to have 3 bars full so i can do more dmg. I need smth like “u gain 20% more dmg for 10 seconds after using burst skill” :P
I’m sure I’m one of the few that will say this, as the forums are pretty heavily stacked towards individuals that have something to complain about and not support, but I’m glad they fixed this bug.
But what was the reason? it was working for so long time :P I’m just curious, to be honest i made many legendaries cause i knew i will be able to mix aura and now its just gone :P
Hi, im curious about legenday aura stack, earlier i could use any tonic and go back to my original form with mixed legendary auras on me, is it not working anymore?
In my opinion there’s no point to stick with war, warrior was my main since start of the game, but update by update war is changed to kitten, so i lvled ele, i think about thief too, engi is cool too so i dont know what class i will take :P
This will greatly improve the quality of life for all greatsword warriors. Over the last few patch, warriors has been hit pretty hard. Over-nerfed in my opinion. Arching slice was disappointing. 100blades and whirlwind damage nerfed was uncalled for. Warriors are suppose to be known for their high dps but now they are below average.
Speeding up the cast time of 100blades by even a little bit would make Greatsword viable in pvp. I am not asking for Rapid fire type of boost, something like 1 second off the cast would be nice.
I agree, it would be a very good change, for me anet can even delete this arcing slice and buff hb and whirlwind.. Theres no reason to use this f1 skill.

Remember, the OP was asking about PvE. You seem to be fixated on a limited aspect of the game and judging everything, builds, players, etc. according to what works best in that limited niche.
Pve does not matter, so who cares.
Maybe not to you, but for the overwhelming majority of the game it does.

I have too bad experiences with rangers, even after patch, too many of them are playing quite bad, was doing fotm 50 last week with some ranger, necro was better than him. Maybe there’s just bigger chance that player who main different class will be better, dunno xD rangers are phenomenon for me
Nobody need a dmg boost on the last hit from 100b..
In pvp you almost never hit that last finalstrike.
They should remake 100b to be more viable in pvp also.. Reduce its dmg but make it faster and little bit mobile so you can turn.
Ow and sharp just told us warriors to suck it up.. Nothing gets changed (see “communication with you” topic)
Yeah, what about other game modes? You have to consider PvE as well with changes. Part of the reason why all of these balance changes suck so much is because it ruins gameplay for PvE players for no reason.
Ye, its the most annoying thing for me, they never think about pve etc, im tired of nerfs, cant load my adrenaline, in gw1 pve and pvp skills were separated if i remember good.
It should stay like it is now, f weapons should be “hard” to farm, just look how many skins ppl can get by gem store etc, easily and fast…:P in this game should be smth what is harder to farm, not only lege weapons
So its good when i post in description on lfg, berserkers only etc, and someone join without zerker gear, meta build…its always like this, i need some tool to check them
