Im on magumma and I hate megummer. The whole server is terrible cept like 100 people most of which are never together or in same guilds. Everyone else on the server amazes me that they even have motor functions to breath. Their reaction time and situational awareness makes me wanna cry just playing a game with them. I can’t even imagine driving a car on same road as these people, and whats shocking is they are likely out on roads everyday. I laugh anytime other servers call mag out for chest thumping about being good, mag isnt good at all where are you reading this? You likely make it up in your minds after you lose 1v1s and small fights to good mag players then in your anger about losing to even numbers you go on forums and cry about mag server chest thumping. Mag as a wvw server is awful and belongs in tier diddly squat. This pic sums up average mag player in a nut shell.

I’m just happy that despite their superior numbers, we stomped Baguuma during NA prime time. Their crying on the forum is bonus entertainment.

FA is a worthy opponent, though, even after BT left. Good fights in FABL. Respect.

The transfers did help us hold our place in T2. They’re awesome, yes, and an integral part of DB now. Nobody is denying that.

I’d like to see a JQ/DB/TC matchup. Though JQ would still win, the margins would be closer. Probably the fairest of the Tier 1 matchups that DB or TC could get.

The fairest matchup remains TC vs. FA vs. DB for us… I was talking more in terms of lootz

I think this week was much more enjoyable than the previous one, even though we lost by a big margin.

I won’t mind a SoR vs. BG vs. DB, to be honest. Better learning, better game play, better lootz, and lesser repair bills due to outmanned

I am not suggesting any 2v1 or anything but if BG can pull away from JQ, you guys are within a few points of toppling SOR from first place with regards to the glicko rating.

edit: All you need is TC to keep up the fight.

These are just my views, but #1 and #2 rating is rather meaningless, particularly when it’s so close. The reasons BG is gaining rating and SoR is losing rating have to do with random chance, which really invalidates the difference. The only way it will matter to me is if BG beats SoR in a direct match and overtakes the #1 rating spot. Otherwise it’s just Glicko silliness.

I won’t argue this. It is meaningless, but it would be fun to tweak their nose about it if you are matched up this next week. Think chess. you can set up your troll this week and be a step ahead next week :P

I’ve spent 8+ hours a day in eb since reset and from what I’ve seen BG can’t do anything to us without WAY out manning us or double teaming us with JQ which is just sad. At least as far as EB goes

Have you never followed a 30+ man zerg to take an undefended camp or tower? The way I see it, if you are winning the numbers game, might as well use that to your advantage. I certainly wouldn’t say “hey look 10 DB taking QL, can a squad of 10 people or less please stop them?”

Oh, and you can be sure that BG has fairweathers just like any other server. So some of those people you are complaining about might not be too confident in their WvW skills, and need backup from people who know what they’re doing.

Lastly, you sound bitter. You clearly are not enjoying your time, yet you are spending 8 hours a day in EB. Maybe your time is better spent elsewhere. I’m not saying this to troll, I just think you might have an addiction problem, and I’m trying to help.

generally I don’t spend this much time in eb but this was week T1 and I personally have not seen T1 before . Everyone said we were going to get rolled we are going to lose ect ect and true enough we are getting rolled but T1 just isn’t as impressive as I had hoped theyd be maby that’s my issue just didn’t live to the hype

This 2v1 crying should stop. Both JQ and BG are capable of capturing DB territory on their own. They don’t need to 2v1. Same thing happened with TC/FA…. just get over it.

It is pretty boring indeed. I propose some GvGs to brighten up the mood. Agg, RE and TG are some of the best DB guilds in GvG.

Is TW the best JQ has on offer, or are there others? Personally, I’d love to see RE vs. (any JQ guild). How about BG?

DB is a server like JQ,
with good Sea presence, lots of pugs, and most importantly, it seems DB has more organized wvw guilds than JQ.
Both server do have lots of similarities.
To be honest, they do have the number to compete with T1 server(well, people will show up less when they are losing), but they are kind of inexperienced,
so all DB needed is more experience or maybe a good T1 WvW guild to lead them, once they have that, they could turn into a real dragon.

Hahaha… we were last in T2 before the new system came into effect. While I’m flattered, there’s really no comparison between JQ and DB, when even TC and FA beat us fair and square for two consecutive weeks before this farce started.

We will, of course, keep on fighting. Shout out to the fellow DB guilds that have fought bravely over the weekend despite the odds.

TC and FA. Fairly even match, that. TC will win the match most probably, but the each server gets its taste of good moments.

Is it possible to shuffle the six NA and EU servers in a given tier?

That would make for some fantastic match ups, instead of the current system where a few matches are uneven.

I mean, imagine, SoR vs. Vizunah vs. Elona/BG!

That said, I much rather prefer the variety we have today, in place of the earlier system where we played the same servers all the time. A horizontal shuffle would mean that we get the best of both the worlds!

TW is the flagship guild on SoR. BG has been fighting SoR for so long (5 to 6 months I think), it seems some of the SoR members are not used to not fighting us anymore, thus transferring to JQ to follow us to this match, hehe.

RE will welcome EMP to a GvG… but I can assure you RE have absolutely no hard feelings to EMP or our former allies on JQ at all. All the hate and misgivings are completely one way. But that just shows the difference in class and attitudes between us and the people constantly bad mouthing.

I see a lot of people feeling “satisfied” by crushing DB. Wasn’t that a foregone conclusion? Majority of us never had any illusions, and there are countless posts from DB people that I could quote to support.

As far as this match up, I thought SBI would stop showing up after seeing the numbers/coverage advantage we were up against, but surprising we had EB qued every night. Bannok + DC + pugs did great in EB, even dominated at times. Its by far the strength of our server. Our BL’s defense is a ….. work in progress, and that’s being nice. But overall a good showing for SBI and lots to learn from.

We went soft because for first time in this matchup we got even number fights where people didnt run away. Win or lose that is all we want. When people run from even number fights we trash talk and call them out on it for being bad.
