The ban doesn’t bother me at all, it was in the method in which it was done and lack of a valid reason, but I get your obvious implied sarcasm. I’ve been on DB before these guys, I’ll be here after. But you are right, the garbage in DB needs to be taken out before this place starts to look and smell like a ghetto. No reference to FIRE in that statement, because there’s a lot of guys in that guild I like. The one that initiated all of it is a tagless no-name player that just happened to be in the channel with the Map Floaters. His feelings were hurt because TC kept wiping them in outer garrison on DB BL.

Why have you posted this here? Do you crave attention? Or are you trolling. If it’s the latter, you should’ve stopped after one post. Having fun is good. Maligning an entire community is not.

Probably what happened was wrong, or harsh. Resolve it on DB forums. From what I’ve seen, people are pretty mature and reasonable there. Talk to other leaders of major guilds, and I’m pretty sure this could be resolved behind-the-scenes. No need to come here and create drama.

Just so BG/SoR know, JQ claimed in their last matchup that the only reason they’re not T1 is because BG and SoR 2v1 them every time. Maybe it’s time to show ’em who da boss

I know you’re just kidding around and teasing them, but JQ is really a very good fighting server. Other than us (BG), I honestly believe JQ can beat SoR if we weren’t around because our NA crew don’t push SoR as much as our SEA crew.

IMO, BG is the smartest most strategic WvW server, SoR is the biggest with the most people, but JQ is the best pure fighting WvW server I’ve come across.

For the sake of argument, what is the best fighting guild on JQ?

I thought it was HzH when we faced JQ , followed closely by SF and EMP

GW2 has been an obsession with me for almost a year. But I’d sadly agree that the game is becoming stale. The living story updates are okay, but don’t really cut it for me.

ANET does not hate their own game, or any aspect of it. That is a silly headline. But they’ve made some unpopular choices that don’t personally satisfy my needs.

WvW is end-game for me. But sadly, I’ve waited for a year to see anything substantial there, getting disappointed after every update. It’s time to put GW down, and move to another game until some good end-game content is added to this game again.

Your disgusting mentality is the reason why GW2 and wvw will lose more and more players. sos and cd are not even playing anymore, because they are getting destroyed non stop on EQ. Even if their players decide not to quit GW2, we may have nothing to do until the reset. Meanwhile other players (on other servers) are gaining new WXP upgrades.

The reason WvW will lose players on weeks like this is due to the terrible match making system. There is no reason a server of DB’s size should be against CD (don’t know much about sos). We honestly just don’t have the numbers to cover anything, it’s just zergs everywhere. Oh and as i said earlier, the fact that DB pushed our mini zerg all the way to the spawn stairs on EB made things so much better. Lol we get it you are a huge server, we have no chance, hell you are already up double our score, so why not show some class and at least let us get out of spawn before the bag farming starts. A few of us just sat on the stairs with the invulnerable buff and we were still targeted and fired at lol. It was ridiculous.

I guess people are bored. I don’t think any of the major DB guilds enjoy spawn camping. And fairweathers… well, nobody can control them. We face the same problem, when we play against JQ/TC etc.

I’m happy that we got to see some great GvG action at least.

Actually DB did drag 20 omegas on overlook twice.
And that was on this match up.

That was the 1st day and that was in respect to JQ.

Just last week, I recall JQ coming in one gate and FA coming in the other in our DB Bay, then the same thing happened the next night on our Hills. Prior to our Bay being taken, I observed FA and JQ zerging together at the west Sentry by Garrison. Yeah we got tag teamed by two servers at the same time more than once and seeing what I saw, it wasn’t a coincidence. DB still managed to keep a slight lead on FA for most of the week. Frustrating at times but I’d take that matchup instead of this one any day.

Yep, that’s the DB spirit. Except not. We have our own share of fairweathers. If you’ve been on DB long enough, you will know that.

From the limited amount I’ve played this week, I have seen SoS and CD fighting hard. We got wiped by CD a few hours back in their garrison. This weekend, SoS kept attacking SM relentlessly, despite smaller numbers.

A lot of us will take a JQ/TC match up too, over this one. But that’s not because SoS and CD did not come out to fight. They did. It’s just the matching system.

Do you guys have any solo roamers? And by “solo” I mean solo. As in one. One person. Not two, or three, or five. One. People that will fight 1v1.

I’ve been roaming for a while now and all I’m running into are groups. And it ends badly with me being a necro with no way of escaping…
I tried inviting/joining those groups to ask them this same question but they all reject my invite, probably thinking I’m some kitten.

So, do I continue roaming in hopes of finding some good 1v1 fights or do I give up on WvW for this week?

Log into WvW, son, and you’ll find plenty. You won’t find DB/SoS people in PVE.
