oh come now, calvin. you and i both know fighting next to a sieged tower is no fun. we just wanted pvp not PvWall.

True. But if you look closely, you’ll see people running away, while they’re being chased far away from the keep by a lesser force.

Now, I don’t want to generalize and say that other servers/guilds don’t run away, especially when odds are not in their favor. Just that Mags do it too. So the bickering about zerging, 2v1, skills, soloing, nightcapping et all needs to really stop.

Yeah, I leveled a Guardian and a Ranger since. That siggy is too old. If you look at the screenshots, you’ll see my kitten Guardian with that Fractal greatsword… Calvin The Hermit, he calls himself.

How about a handicap system?

A minion army helping with every objective based on relative population size on a map

Or, a few passive abilities that adjust based on relative population on the map (like additional damage, or armor)

Karma trains, zerging, poor sportsmanship, bad forum behavior, running away from open-field combat, not turning up in tough matches… and still they wonder?

It is weird, indeed. They can’t take paper keeps, and they won’t face you in open field. Yet they come to forums and well… you know what they do best

Maguuma would be competitive in this matchup if we didn’t get wiped off the map during our coverage gap and sit at basically 0 PPT for hours, then have to claw our way back to parity.

Having to grind your way through T3 upgraded towers/keeps in your own territory and then defend paper for hours until it’s upgraded is brutal.

Yeah, this happens when your major guilds do PVE when you lose.

Last week we fought BG and JQ. SoS has been fighting T1/T2 servers for the last three weeks. Nobody is complaining, except Mags.

we’ve been playing with FA. they invited us to their BL for tea this week.

and you know, having 80 DB respond to your 15man team at any hour of the day is no fun.

Did you even bother to look at the ss JohnWiddin posted taken during NA primetime? Apparently not.

Most of us play in FA BL because the fights… actually exist. Rather than the DB strategy – are the numbers close to even? Run to nearest tower / backup. Are the numbers really uneven in my favor? OK push !!!!!

FA will actually come out in the open to fight. Ebay did as well. DB hides in towers until they have enough of a zerg to lag the map because they know all they can do in open field is roll over and die.
