This is SO GOOD! My fav is the Rytlock’s Critter Rampage theme, which is the least heard of any of them. I hope it gets made into a level theme in the future

You can see it after you get the zoomed out camera glitch from mapping out while in “boss camera” mode. Might be the game over scene, might be some kinda default texture, or something that was just never removed. OR an easter egg as you probably want to believe :P

Well guys, I finally got the achievement on my fifth try! It was that stubborn bauble that’s under a crumbling leaf at the start of the last area in zone 3, just after the dual checkpoint (top side).
NSP – northernshiverpeaks.org
Well I got an in-game warning quite ahead of time.
NSP – northernshiverpeaks.org
Decided to stop using the guide. Tried to wing it and grab all the baubles I had learned of from the guide as well as numerous runs through the game (I play a LOT). Still didn’t get the achievement. I’ll admit I haven’t tried using a video guide, so I’ll try that next. I’ll let you guys know what happens after that.

It’s lots of rapid camera movements that cause the motion sickness. I notice I get dizzy sometimes and need to slow down. It happens when:
1) Narrow spaces make the camera zoom back and forth (bosses, mazes, overhead branches, walls getting in the way, etc).
2) I’m repeatedly failing at short jumps and swinging my camera around a lot by quickly failing and turning around, setting up for the jump, and jumping again. In and out, back and forth, up and down, etc.
As Lucky said, eyes having trouble focusing. The same thing happens when I watch someone else playing a first person shooter, and we are looking at different parts of the screen. My brain wants to go one way, but he goes the other way and it makes me sick.
Also as he said, low frames per second can mess with your brain, since the image isn’t fluid. FOV may be an issue, but FPS may also be one. I don’t think he was confusing the two.

Both those baubles that you guys mentioned are in the Dulfy guide, it’s just not clearly explained. However they are both mentioned vaguely at least. I followed that Dulfy guide 3 times and didn’t get the achievement either. I’m wondering if you need to buy the baubles in the secret shop that you need to bomb the floor of one of the shops to get in to?

Moto’s Breath. Look it up.

I’ve been having some odd cases of party members being split into separate instances of the same dungeon at the start of the run.
I have a feeling that this may be caused by having two or more people (often times from different Worlds) attempting to start up the dungeon instance at the same time.
I think I found your missing party member. A random person who wasn’t in my party showed up in my fractals instance the other day.
A little more on topic, yesterday a friend and I were rushing to get to the Shadow Behemoth event in Queensdale. He got into the zone and I was pushed into overflow. No “join in” was available when clicking on his name.

@Gandarel: Anyone can be anything! That’s why it’s called “role playing”
@Amphibian phallus: What’s wrong with him being black? So off topic though, lol!

Yeah I experienced this as well, so I did the same thing Josh mentioned. It’s a real pain when you can’t see the boss.

I agree that the targeting system needs some attention, although perhaps not exactly what the OP suggests. When casting spells and such, I often end up auto targeting an ally rather than the enemy I already have targeted. This ends up making me waste my spells. Also there are issues with targeting meta-event bosses when there are lots of people participating in the event.
Also, the “target closest enemy” function doesn’t work for me a lot of the time. It either targets nothing, or a farther enemy.
NSP – northernshiverpeaks.org
Yeah that too. I tried to make my Charr as cute and small as possible, and he gets the voice of a big black guy, lol!

I suggest that you show your voice actors the characters they are voicing, before recording the voice-over lines. This would solve a problem that has been annoying me since day 1: very few of the in-game characters have voices suited to their looks. A quick example: Moto looks about 25 years old, and sounds about 70. GW2 voice actors are very talented, and I love the voice acting, but it doesn’t match the vast majority of the characters.
A slightly related suggestion: be more mindful of where you place characters that have the same voice. Moto sounds exactly the same as the Herald that stands just 15 feet away, and this really takes away from his character individuality.
Thank you,
Curo

For new JP’s added to the game, would it be possible to add a one-time reward to each one that was unique or themed like the JP? I know that might be a lot to ask, but the general idea of a nice reward for the first run of a JP I think would be really cool.
I would love to do that. But then we have the problem of driving those who hate JPs to do them so they can get the goodies. And we don’t want people to feel like they have to do stuff they hate in the game.
But, but, I feel like I have to do dungeons, and I don’t like them. I’m ok with exclusive rewards for different parts of the game. The only way to avoid this is to remove rewards from everything, as not everyone in the game will play all content (and nobody wants that). Dungeons have LOADS of special goodies, so why not JP’s?
I hate to point this out, being a person that is in a love/hate relationship with jumping puzzles. It is kinda annoying that two jumping puzzles are required to get world completion (Vizier’s Tower & Great Wall in Diessa). I’m not calling you out to change this, I’ve gotten used to them, but I have friends that have given up on world completion for this reason, their computers are just too terrible on lag to give them the ability to do these puzzles properly. Just food for thought on future creations.
Send your friends to me, I’ll portal them up

I don’t see any problem. I party for the following reasons:
1) Playing with a group of RL friends and I want to track their location in the world and chat to them easily.
2) WvW: creating a group of strangers to unify attempts at large WvW goals.
3) Dungeons: necessary.
4) Partying with random people in the world who share a common goal, making it easier to complete said goal.

Wintersday > Halloween IMO. A big attraction for me is the wonderful score/music. I also love the jumping puzzle. Because of the different paths and the snowball fights, I find it has a lot more replayability than the clocktower. I remember trying clocktower for 4 hours straight and not even making it 1/3 of the way up. With Winter Wonderland, I can finish it on my first try most of the time, but I don’t find it overly easy.
The PvP part I wasn’t too hot on, just because it’s hard to get the titles, but the combat is still pretty fun. Bell choir is nice, especially if you try playing each different part. The dungeon and Toypocalypse could have been a little less boring, but they were overall positive experiences. Ugly Wool clothing is really annoying, but I approve of the inventory boxes I got, as well as the other festive-themed items. I like that the skins are easily accessible.
Though, the biggest attraction for me is the music and scenery. Very wonderfully done!

The last 2 days I got the loot bag as well, but today it was a Gulp of karma (usually is a Flask).
NSP – northernshiverpeaks.org
Weird, I did it about 5 hours ago and got rewards. Gulp of karma, 3 presents, ~5 snowflakes, and a snowman tonic. Sorrow’s Furnace server.
