King of Hill Buff is meant for solo players or small groups of players that roam on maps where they are outnumbered.
Tenacious Buff is meant for solo players or small groups of players that roam when they are outnumbered & fight for very long periods against the odds.
Manually triggering Upgrades of Objective by players that roam will help their Home Team Upgrade stuff that would otherwise sit and not upgrade. Maybe a small reward should be given to players that trigger it?
I solo roam all the time…and these buffs would allow me to earn more and not have to repair armor.

Is there anything here that appeals to me, a solo roamer?
All I want is to go out, help my server win the game and fight other solo players. I am not interested in waiting for 2-3 guildies to roam with me, I don’t want to capture a objective that isn’t balanced for one player and then find out that a small group took it back much more easily than I did.

Me…I still prefer Classic WvW.
I just hope ANet realizes like Coca-Cola smartly decided in the end…to let the consumer have both products.

Classic WvW = Server based
Classic WvW just needs a Reboot of Base Map Mechanic & Population in my opinion to fix the flaws making it fail.

Classic WvW is failing because it’s Base Map Mechanic is flawed.
Classic WvW Base Map Mechanic promotes:
1) Server Stacking
2) Stale Match-Ups
3) Separates players from playing together unless they are on the same World server.
These are the Critical Base Map Mechanics that is causing Classic WvW to fail IMHO.
ANet has 2 good products from my viewpoint.
New WvW – EotM
and
Classic WvW
Keep them separate & you get more customers coming to you. Coca-Cola learned this valuable lesson.

I would prefer that they delete the new maps and put the alpine maps back in (with a visual makeover).

Marketing wise…
This is very similar to the Marketing case study of Classic & New Coke.
Need to realize this important distinction.
Don’t force Classic Coke drinkers to drink New Coke.
Don’t force New Coke drinkers to drink Classic Coke.
Keep the 2 Products separate…and you’ll have more customers at your door…based on this Marketing case study.

If my memory serves me right.
EotM was originally a place to wait in queue until a spot opened for a player to enter into Classic WvW Boderland or EB map.
If you’re correct about EotM being the testing ground for Classic WvW…then that gives more reason why New Desert Borderland should be used in EotM.

My point is EotM is already using Megaserver/Faction, Classic WvW is Server based.
ANet should keep these 2 products totally separate.
Megaserver/Faction only needs to be fixed in EotM.
Classic WvW shouldn’t even use Megaserver/Faction because it’s a different product.
Players who enjoy EotM need to ask ANet to fix this issue with the Mega/Faction system being used there.

Yeah…I agree…EotM should be promoted as New WvW.
Current WvW should be kept, but re-branded as Classic WvW with the Old Alpine Maps.
Once again…I strongly believe EotM deserves the New Desert Borderland maps instead of the Classic WvW side that isn’t using it properly. It’s such a waste of a brand new map that ANet spent a lot of resources to create.
Honestly…EotM deserves to have the New Desert Borderland where the Megaserver/Alliance system would make use of it correctly.
ANet should just put the Old Alpine Map back into the current WvW since it’s already dying.
Why waste the New Desert Borderland Map on the WvW area that is dead.
Let EotM have the better Desert Borderland Map since it’s already overflowing with lots of players with the help of the Megaserver/Alliance system. 
ANet really needs to make the following re-brand:
1) EotM = New Improved WvW – Megaserver/Faction based
and
2) Current WvW = Classic WvW – World Server based

Please…Reboot the Base Map Mechanic
Old World Servers are transformed into New Globes. Each Globe owns all 4 maps. Globes are named after their Old World Server’s Name. Players are able to visit all Globes as an Enemy-Guest. Enemy-Guest follows a Guesting limit of 1-3 Enemy Globes per week that a player can visit. ANet can adjust this number to reduce or prevent un-fair matches, or during tournaments. Top 3 Enemy Globes attacking a player’s Home Globe is displayed in a Random fashion every time it’s viewed by the Home Team. Players are given incentive to attack the Globe that is attacking their Home Globe.
Please…Reboot the Current Population
The World Reset is meant to allow Communities to form around a specific Time Zone. Time Zone is used to label the Globe. It does not in any way stop players from other Time Zones from joining a Globe. Players from different Time Zones are all welcome to join any Globe in any Time Zone.
Author of this topic is desperately trying to give ANet a solution to save our beloved WvW game mode.

I’ll have to make an observed comment.
WvW Rank means nothing in my opinion.
I’m ranked 1,763 & have to say I got these ranks 90% from capping camps…the other 10% from running with a zerg to cap towers or keeps.
There’s a ton of other players that have earned their rank in EotM…and easily out rank me.
Rank just says you earned a lot of WXP.
No disrespect, but just trying to give folks perspective.
If you earned your ranks capping in WvW…I salute you.

Current WvW will become waiting room for EotM.
I suggest that they re-brand WvW.

I’d highly suggest & support the following:

Yes, breaking up multinational communities. This is called severe server stacking & is one of the major reasons behind why WvW is so screwed up.
Here’s the specific detailed information to help you understand what this wall of text means.
New Map Mechanic will allow Players from different Time Zones to pick the same Home Globe, or join a Different Home Globe…but still let players from Different Globes to team-up & play together. Old Base Map Mechanic will not let you do this.
Old World Servers are transformed into New Globes during this Population Reboot. Globes are named after their Old World Server’s Name.
Night hours for your Home Globe could be covered by a verabl agreement between players from other Globes from different Time Zones to attack your enemy for you. Old Base Map Mechanic will not let you do this.
The reboot is meant to allow players to form communities around a time zone. The Time Zone is only a label for players to reference. You will not be prevented from joining a Globe at all.
Also, the entire population of a World Server will be asked to vote on what Time Zone do they want their New Globe associated with. Once again…the Time Zone only serves as a reference for players to identify with.
You can still pick to join any Globe no matter what Time Zone you live in.
Closing door to trolling with “enemy-guests”

Put the New Desert Maps back into Beta.
The New Desert Maps need to have a larger critical mass of players & a different Base Map Mechanic for it to be fun for us to play on.
If it’s too much development to do this…then at least change the Base Map Mechanic.

Just convert the server based system to a Megaserver and spread all the people according to their order allegiance: Order of Whispers, Vigil and Durmand Priory. Make the final result represent an aggregate score of all instances. Problem solved. No more queues and no more empty maps.
Hmmm…never thought of that. Wonder what the Population numbers are like for each Order. Also, can a person change their chosen Order?
Snip 8< A very simple server reset creating new tiers and totally mixing all timezones is a simple and i think very effective solution. Sever(not timezoen globe!) and guild identity is mandatory.
What happens to all the old world servers & why does guild identity become mandatory?

Sorry, but I really hate the Megaserver system that automatically pairs you with friends in a spawned instance. My approach is to let the players pick these choices themselves. So when anyone thinks my proposal is using the Megaserver system…I get very upset…because the Megaserver system won’t work with the New Base Map Mechanic that I’m proposing.

Ultimate Dominator – Get 250,000 total kills in WvW.
Yakslapper – Kill 2,500 enemy supply caravans.
Leader of the Yak – Succesfully escort 2,500 supply caravans.
Fixer-Upper – Spend 10,000 supply on repairs.
Unstoppable Force – Capture 7,500 objectives.
Unhappy Camper – Capture 2,500 total supply camps.
Tower Toppler – Capture 2,000 total towers.
Plays for Keeps – Capture 1,000 total keeps.
Kingmaker – Capture Stonemist Castle 200 times.
Immovable Object – Defend 3,000 objectives.
Camp Counselor – Defend 500 total supply camps.

I think the better approach is to reward Globe loyalty.
Also, we need to careful not to over reward or buff players. The mechanics could pose a bottleneck to game play performance.
I also think rewards for defending & scouting objectives doesn’t pay very well, but how do we measure their success & value?

I’m a NA Tier 6 PUG Commander…
My previous habitat found in the old Alpine Border was taken away & I’m left stranded on a new Desert BL without the use of Traveler Runes to pilot my Golem when trying to lead a small havoc team of 1-2 players.
It’s extremely difficult to lead a small havoc group in an effort to start the ball rolling to take towers & keeps in the current Desert Borderlands without being jumped by 1-2 roamers that will destroy your golem enroute to a tower.
Also, previous Guild Upgrades being stripped from us also contribute in the decline of the number of PUG Commanders in my opinion.
The +5 camp buff was a staple we feed our havoc group in trying to grow it into a zerg. The use of Rams or Guild Catapults are used more than Golems, but having to do more supply runs to build without the +5 buff makes it difficult to survive getting past frustrating failures.
