Nameless Inversion/Ascension/Evasion/Ruination/Impression/Perdition/Compassion/Tactician
Guild Wars 2 will be an amazing game when it’s finished. Compare Prophecies to EotN!
Seriously, it’s amazing. Unfortunately Ellen Kiel bugged out at the end and I couldn’t complete it, but the rest was epic.
Keep it up!
The new dungeon is awesome. If you fail, I suggest you fail less.
Same problem here.
I immediately delete them when I open them.
Now that we have the audio for Marriner’s Horn, adding some of it to warhorn skills would be neat. Right now they sound like blowing through a lead pipe or something. Having them sound like actual horns would be great!
Bonus points if the players could choose the notes themselves.
I think you’ll find it does.
I really would like to do the same since it would help my server immensely, but upgrading things just costs so much money. This and also the lack of rewards make me see why the zerg-mentality exists.
Got my achievement with Motti, I only lost 2g.
It does, though.
Yeah, I did it before for fun. There was hardly any difference…
It means “duck”, right? Like the bird.
EDIT: Never mind, that was “canas”. Shame.
I’ll have to say that sPvP is less soloplay than world versus world .
I either rely on my Runes of the Soldier or Absolute Resolution so that I can always remove conditions on demand.
Ebay.
I am guessing that is a joke
I am guessing Ehmry Bay. Or a joke.
Woo, more weapons on fire. I hate how flames are apparently enough to make a weapon look good.
So the patch notes mention this: “Fixed a bug where equipment would get destroyed when unequipped while encumbered.”
Some weeks earlier I submitted a ticket about some weapons I had lost: a Ghastly Mace and the focus The Bard. Figuring I had accidentally sold them or some shady figure was busy doing things to my account, I changed my password and sucked it up.
However, it turns out that in all likelyhood it was not my fault that my weapons bailed on me, but it was a bug. Can my items be restored in any way?

Problem is, there is no “pressure” in PvE. Either you keep going or you run out of endurance and die.
I’m bumping for great justice. This build is amazing, I feel like my DPS has doubled and I have left my party wondering where all the might came from three times already.
I did swap out Honorable Shield for Empowering Might to make it more offensive, and because I felt my guild parties didn’t really need the extra protection it provides most times.
Uncategorized Fractal: Put a Wall of Reflection on the bottom of the stairs where you have to evade the lasers rolling down. You will reflect them back up. While the reflected projectiles won’t harm your teammates, chances are they don’t know that and it will certainly be confusing.
First of all, what happened to me is probably my own fault. But I have no idea how I made it happen.
So a month or so ago, my Bard (the focus precursor) disappeared from my inventory. It just wasn’t there anymore. I figured I must have had accidentally deleted it because of its generic icon, because there was a blue Berserker’s Focus in its place. I blamed it on my stupidity and moved on.
However, just today I lost my Ghastly Mace, an item that I would never have deleted because of it’s unique icon. There is no way I could have sold it either, since I store it in my Invisible Leather Pack. It has completely disappeared from my inventory and is nowhere to be found.
Has anyone else had similar problems? And also, does Anet have some kind of records that can tell me what I might have done with my items that made them vanish?
That’s strange, since I’m definitely able to reflect them with Wall of Reflection on my Guardian. That’s what had me wondering in the first place.
I was using my newly geared Mesmer in Arah, thinking I had plenty of reflection skills to faceroll Lupi. Unfortunately his projectiles didn’t care about me having the Mirror buff up and instantly killed me. This happened both while channeling/using the skill and after the heal where the buff lingers for a second.
The problem is that all mobs worth CC’ing are Defiant. It makes CC a waste of time in PvE, imo.
I’m pretty sure it also extends to normal fractals. I believe I got a Vial from a Son of Svanir on lv18 or 19.
You got the Master Sword!
There seem to be a lot of skill-specific clips in the game that haven’t actually made it in.
Yes. Smash the trees to find scrap and snow, and use it to construct siege.
“Insert knowledge here.” =D
Things I’ve heard my male asura say when using “Hold the Line!”:
“Requesting offensive golem support!”
“I claim this victory in the name of me!”
I was running Fractals 13 with some guildies and the usual happened, the other players and npc’s stopped moving and I couldn’t use any skills, just your typical disconnection problems.
The chat, however, was still fully functional. I was able to let me party know that I was about to get kicked due to internet problems, and this went without problems. There were absolutely no lag issues in the chat panel.
So while my wireless internet is surely the cause of my dc’s sometimes, clearly I still had internet access at the time. So why/how was I kicked from the dungeon?
Last I checked 2-3 silver was between 80c and 1.50g.
One of my guildmates required assistance in AC about halfway because some people left. I didn’t get the join prompt and entering the dungeon put me in a different instance than the other members. Even after kicking and reentering and all that I wasn’t able to join them.
We concluded it happened because the instance owner was not in the party anymore, but it was annoying.
It’s true that Zealot’s Defense is awesome against Karka. Have you considered that added damage might have been from reflected projectiles?
He’s probably talking about Empowering Might.
I love how he’s only slightly taller than his Servitor Golem.
Only level 52, so no cool armour yet. Glad this tier of Leatherworker gave me a monocle!
As someone has said before: “Engineers can do the same as any other profession, except you have to play Bach on your keyboard to achieve it”.
The Med Kit is primarily useful in conjunction with the Speedy Kits trait, which allows you to maintain permanent swiftness without having to press the button twice every 5 seconds. At least, that’s how I used it. I’ve recently switched back to Healing Turret for the delicious blast finisher made from its own combo field.
I haven’t used turrets a lot, so I can’t help you with that.
Aand it’s a bad link. Apologies for that. Incidentally, I just closed the tab with the build on it.
Anyway, I believe the traits were 10/20/30/10/0. Utilities were Healing Turret/Flamethrower/Utility Goggles/Rocket Boots. You can kind of figure it out from that.

This is something I just theorycrafted. I plan to use it in PvE.
It’s a Pistol/Shield build, but switches to Flamethrower if I’m in need of Area of Effect damage. The Flamethrower’s 5 hits per second (And pistol’s poison darts to a lesser extent) lends itself perfectly for on-crit effects, so I use those traits for condition stacking.
20 points in Inventions to get that delicious Reinforced Shield which does not only make you more tanky, but also reduces the cooldown on the blast finisher that is Magnetic Inversion. Also, the extra healing power is nice for the water field blast finisher that you will be using with your healing turret and one of your 4 finishers.
I’ll be testing it starting tomorrow.

I am in Gandara and I am unable to enter my home instance to advance the personal story mission “Field Test”.
I absolutely love Asuran T3 Medium, and am currently saving up for it. That said, I do with there was an option to have the headpiece not remove your hair.
42:0:9001:3968 when I try to log in.
If it will be anything like GW1, there is going to be one event that will be repeated each X hours for about two days.
If a boss can oneshot you with an attack it’s obvious that you’re not supposed to be hit with it. If you are, your strategy is wrong. I’ve ran so many dungeons with party members raging on anet for making things too difficult while I haven’t died even once, it makes me sad.
For some text instances transmuted items do not display the correct name. I’m referring to when armor breaks here: I’m in full Heritage armor, but it will still say that “Your Mind of Koda was damaged”.
It’s because you aren’t reading the skill. The message displays because you only press the button, while you’re supposed to hold and charge it.
I noticed that when you dive underwater, the Aegis from Courage is applied immediately, without taking into account the 40 second recharge time. You can repeatedly aegis yourself during combat by briefly surfacing and diving bac immediately.
