I’ve tried P/P with my own build and is kittening fun, but it lacks of escapes, if we face a class with short range(aka another thief, warrior,guardian) we’re pretty much kittened.
We can only rely in our evades and that’s all.

I’m so exciting for the new patch, it gives to the p/p(skill 2) an immobilize, and it could be great for unload, so basically the idea is 2,3,2,3 , add it a 10% more dmg, so it would be 20% dmg in one unload.

in conjunction with devourer venom so it gives you more immobilize and another chance to spam unload without any risks.

Jesus, some people really think that was the whole patch. lmao.

I think those were some new changes, and not balance.

Sadly, I’ve seen a lot of bunker warriors these days, and I always wonder myself, is it fun to play as that? I mean, you don’t do nothing literally, you stay in the point and all you do is evade evade evade, block and evade again.
Where is the kittening fun there? I can’t find it.

120CD might make it too strong but what if they keep spirit of nature on a 180cd but make it invulnerable to all damage for those 60s that is up ? allow it to at least survive those kitten staff condi eles spamming AoE on tourneys

Thief, 0/30/30/10, with hidden killer trait, no one can beat you 1vs1, and if played well you can down a whole group.

Add to that, 6 of the f***ing 8 games were 4vs5 and two were against 3 necros 1 engi and 1 guardian.

Add to that, it was in only one f***ing day.
It was the worst day of my life.

its not a good nerf. The 3 second reveal is entirely called for cuz nodody runs d/d because of it. Also, the meta leans towards tanky, AOE condi classes. So there is hardly anything to burst. Even glassy necros are tanky due to DS.

Try d/p with 30 in SA. it goes pretty well, at least for me.

It’s a good nerf or balance w/e it’s called, I think 4 secs is pretty much fine for us the thieves.

Small burst? lol maybe you’re running soldier, even though with that you should get a lot of damage.

I think both are pretty balance and working.
I’d rather keep them like that than another huge nerf to stealth.

nope, you’re completely wrong, there are some good builds around which are strong and viable.
For example I’m using Cruuk’s build with some variations, such build provides you a lot of damage and also a lot of survivability, combined with perma-stealth you shouldn’t die in any 1vs1(that doesn’t mean you win all 1vs1 but you shouldn’t die in those)
You only need practice practice and more practice to master it.

ah and also, d/p>s/d blinds do the work.

Im sorry dude but those builds just dont work. Cruuks build doesnt really work in the meta or any meta either lol. Once you get to a certain stage of the game u will realize this.

Cruuk’s build doesn’t work in this meta? lol.
It gives you the best way to condi remove for a thief.(vs necro, engi,ranger).
it gives you the most constant damage for a thief.(you can get 100% critical backstabs all the time)
It gives you blind(warriors).

Blind is the best offer you can get.
I can win with ease against random warriors only using BP and maybe one stun breaker.

But when you face good warriors, you’re pretty much f**ed, unless you play perfectly and spam the blinds in a f***ing perfect timing.

Good video, this build is quite fun while you don’t face any foe who has retal(aka guardian)
I disagree with some points you did, I don’t think this build is better than D/P and even less than S/D.
