It’s like you’ve never seen people using veils, sanctuaries, fire fields, water fields, walls of reflection or anything else that adds depth to group fights.
Otherwise, you get 20 people exploiting the same event for hours with infinitely spawning mobs at a high rate and geting mad at those who actually want to finish the events.
From my experience, they are done however player’s arent using the proper tactics to ensure they are successful. Both events require keeping NPCs alive, yet I rarely see any guardians, rangers or engineers dropping healing or water fields ontop of them to keep them alive.
Not like my thief can jump into a 30 man zerg first and always survive by daggerstorming with malice signet on.
The idea behind this is to be able to report enemy mobs / friendly NPCs as bugged so that it is easier to report bugs in zones. This could act in the same way as right clicking another player to report them so that instead of reporting a bugged zone in some area of the map, we can pin it down to an NPC or enemy mob. Additionally the ability to right click an event to report it as broken would also be helpful for this.

Daggerstorm + Malice signet thief and Lifesteal on venoms works wonders with knights or soldiers gear.

Thieves already have an auto destroy Engi button in WvW, Confusion is what countered Thieves from nuking and spamming you to death.
Now they will more than likely be able to down you while absorbing the Confusion Dmg.
A GC Warrior with a Rifle can now wait till tht 75% Elixir B pops before Killshotting you to death with a single hit.
These are also 2 professions that have a much longer list of Top builds than Engineers do so their crying doesn’t interest me in the slightest. The Thief is even complaing that if they miss or are blinded their attack will be wasted!?? YEAH YOU AND EVERY OTHER kittenING SKILL FROM EVERY OTHER kittenING CLASS.
If I use my Elixir S and the camera seizures out on me I will waste my single Stunbreaker/Disengagement Utility and it will mean instant death because I wont move anywhere and will no longer even have the option to try and heal.
TY for bringing to lite the complaints from other professions but considering how long Thieves got to play with permastealthing without any sort of counter and warriors continuing to have bursts that were taken away from Engineers I have to say I hope they receive nothing but nerfs 4ever.

Guardians have spirit weapons, Engineers get turrets, Thieves have an ambush trap, Warriors get warbanners, Ele’s get elementals and Mesmers get clones. All classes have some version of a pet.

That doesn’t make much sense, the normal non permanent ones work for all players. Thanks for the info though, I was going to buy one for WvW crews, but if thye don’t work I suppose I wont.

When you have skill lag you can still use your 1 skill alot of the time if anything.
Salvaging rares with a black lion kit isn’t a very good idea. Exotics can sometimes generate more by salvaging with a Black Lion kit if the rune/sigil is worth the same or more, as the sell price for the exotic as you can get ectos as well.

There’s 0 problem with having more than 1 commander on the map, if another commander is to close do this, watch closely, its tricky /whisper (commander) hey man, my guild group is taking care of this side, can you go to another area and force them to split their forces to make it easier to take this kitten? seems much simplier than coming onto the forums QQing saying you should be allowed to turn off another commanders tag, which would eventually just be used as a troll use for commander tag. Wouldn’t be possible. What I’m suggesting is the ability to make other people’s tags invisible for your own screen only, not the ability to override another person’s tag for everyone

Wasn’t me in charge at the time. Difference is 80% of the players there were in teamspeak listening to one commander, the other one was following him around saying nothing.
There are a few things off about each person getting 60 wexp going 30v1 against someone caught offguard, but it’s not like they have to pay larger repair bills or make longer walks back to where they wanted to go because more people killed them.

It disorganizes group pushes confusing players, serving as a detriment to organized pushes. The point of a commander tag is to lead players for group pushes, and there’s no reason to follow another commander with a tag on.

You guys are misunderstanding me. The only reason why this was an issue was because in a 40v40 when all you can see is someone’s tag to check who to follow, having a second dorito around causes confusion which could’ve been avoided, and in mass scale fights confusion gets people killed. You buy a commander tag to lead people into fights in an organized manner, having two tags for one push both of them apart from eachother when you need to push damages your group unnecessarily. An actual solution to this would be to give players the option to turn off another commanders tag for yourself so youknow which way to actually go.
A feature that could be added to WvW is the option to turn off another commanders tag for yourself so that you aren’t confused following a commander. The reason for this is when two commanders are in the same area and you don’t know which one you should be pushing with, an organized counterpush can fall apart easily. There really isn’t any reason you can see two tags within 500 units of eachother and squads are limited to 30 people so in a larger group, many people will end up confused.

I have a few questions about SAB once the new worlds are released.
1. Will previous skins be available when the next batch of them come out for bauble bubbles?
2. Will the new skins have the same bauble cost as the previous ones?
3. Will the old rare drop skins be available in the new worlds?
If it’s for a pvp setup I wouldn’t really recommend going duration for conditions because of the wide array of condition removals out there.
I’m pretty sure running right past you not attacking you makes it clear they don’t want to fight you.

WvW is actually fun and requires strategy though. World events generally disappoint with single rare yields in 20-50 minute wait periods so farming CS is actually better than World Events.
