they are like the 75K armour sets in guild wars, for looks to transmute and work towards, for levelling i’d just stick to masterwork (green) items until 80.

this overlay thing is like having the game in windowed mode on half the screen and a timer site on the other side and that’s ok with them (since they released an event status api). this is just having that timer floating on top of the game window rather than by the side or alt-tabbing out to view it.

never said a thing from logging in to saying those. so in the time it takes the troll runestone to respawn you can’t say 3 things.
they ruin the zone and for a low level who has just started, getting into a fight with them isn’t a good idea, especially for a charr, that zones hard enough for a new player without them things hitting you from miles away taking 1/4 health per hit when you’re trying to learn the basics.
i wish he just fused into caladbolg during the cleansing ritual and turned into a tree that keeps itself alive by feeding on the corruption in orr rather than just a ritual… end of your wyld hunt, end of your life.
in guild wars i was the hero at the end, in this it’s a plant that jumped in half way :\
the interesting ones are hella expensive. check out culture gear, order gear, dungeon gear. there are some truly unique things in there
I’d probably buy some well above my level and use transmute stones. My problem is using the TP it is hard to tell what they look like worn since it only shows a button image.

trying to hit the behemoth in melee, i don’t know where to stand to hit it, it’s just a case of stand somewhere and swing my axe around and hope for the best
projectile attacks are ok
ground target attacks are the same problem as melee, i just don’t know where to put them
the green stats are just showing that that part is better than what you currently have on
the reason there are like 2 power stats on there is because they have an in-built jewel on them and it’s just showing those parts separately like your exotics would but it’s moved them together into the same list. which could be a bit confusing by making it look better than it is.
from what i played last night, you guys know how to defend stuff well lol 3 arrow carts and a ballista at a supply camp O_o i’m too used to those places being empty! and your defences at bay on deso bl were top quality!
was nice to fight against you instead of the great red sea of vizunah :P i didn’t mind paying for armour repairs when i died to you.

from what i think, to stop the clipping on the charr they would have to make the character body solid, but doing that would stop people running around town etc easily for being body blocked everywhere.
it would be pointless to increase the level cap, so many level 80’s now would just instantly level to 100 as soon as the update happens since we carry on gaining experience at 80, level means nothing anyway, apart from the very first area i was in i was scaled down all the way to 80 until i got to cursed shore.
lol the day they do that will be the day a LOT of people leave
part of the advertising for GW2 is them throwing out the no subscription fees part

I never have understood this skill, it seems like they made it to be an escape skill but you have to hit something to gain the swiftness which then puts you into a combat slowdown making the swiftness kinda pointless lol
would be better if it crippled or stuns the target.
the first thing that went into my head when i read apian was a monkey and i thought that would be so cool to have a monkey pet!

they already have a bee swarm in the game so it wouldn’t be too hard to make a pet out of that, i remember throwing a jar of bees somewhere and they come out from that.
for skills, they could swarm and cause confusion (swatting them away you could hurt yourself) and poison (from stings) and cripple (covering them in honey) etc..
Never can tell with kids these days, by dungs he is probably referring to the waste by product left behind by the farmers cows in game. Probably thinks you should find gem store items in every heap of dung you stumble across.
people who rushed through the game at light speed are the ones who don’t enjoy it and think this game is such a horrible grind
take your time, you only started 2 days ago, what’s the rush?
but if you want to rush it and miss out on all the good stuff and the detail and small stuff anet put a lot of work into to make the game fun then do as coffeebot says and craft your way up.
