Anet, adding any type of stat advantage is always a bad idea. Always.
People want good fights, if you want someone to care for the buff make it a large impact in other ways that player stat increase. Points for your server or such.
Imo the huge buffs people have gotten for zerging up their wvw ranks has already been a huge mistake. Do not make it worse.
Remove the stat bonus of this buff
As said before.. maybe dolyaks go faster with it.. you get more server points for each kill.. siege weapons are cheaper.. something like that, not a stat boost.
The mace stun is the single biggest noob killer in this game and that is why there are so many bad players crying over it :P
It getting nerfed is a good thing, maybe they will be less vocal then
And if the class needs it maybe we will get buffed in more meaning full ways ;P

I havent done trib mode myself nor do i plan to but taking away the difficulty for some whiners is just sad.
There should be hard content.. i mean.. this is the same content as casuals get.. only catered for those who enjoy a bit of suffering.. no idea why they nerfed it.
Sure there are many not over the top skins, but most of them are not impressive (you can have impressive looking armor without glowy stuff, trust me : P)
So while there are a lot of normal looking armor, it is plain to the point it is not as great looking as it could be, so i would like see more normal looking armor that is good looking : P
And they have been adding A LOT of the over the top armor lately which makes me quite worried, all the achievement armor is way over the top. So were most of the exotics added a few patches ago (the two hammers, sword, so forth)
I hope Anet realizes you can have amazingly good looking armor that is impressive without it being over the top, i would love to see legendary weapons that are legendary because well.. they look like they could slice you in two with ease, not because you can see the sky through them, or for it to be a disco ball ; p

There is only one place where ascended materials drop. FRACTALS (and prob WvW). Unless they add them to dungeons or Queensdale. Which they will probably end up doing because people will complain fractals are to hard. Even though at lvl 48 they are still a breeze :/
Assuming you get an Ascended drop in the first place, what will the likelihood be that you will get the stats you want? Of the Exotic weapon drops I’ve gotten, all but a couple have Healing Power as the main stat.

The blocks are amazing, mace/sword or Mace/shield are almost constant blocking.
Reason why healing signet is so annoying is because of the blocks, you take dmg then you block with mace, block with shield/sword and your hp keeps regening! Need even more time? Swich to greatsword and use wirlwind attack and then you can go back to blocking again.
And i disagree on flashy effects for warrior, warrior is no mage :P Warrior needs brutal animations and there are some that fit that image^^ Warrior is no kitten harry potta!
And blocks are the most warrior like to avoid dmg also : P

Anet has said their numbers are rising (i read that comment few weeks back) and that their shop is giving them more than enough money to do what they want.
So i am not worried, i think GW2 is doing much better than any MMO released after wow :P

Ofcourse its okai to make your warrior into a little princess if you want : p but i think personally that guardians fit the knight in shining armor a whole lot more
Warriors seem more like Mercenaries or just bad people in general, while Guardians are the ones who are all about chivalry ^^
That goes all the way to the class abilities and particle effects, Warriors have an elite to grow in size and every step sounds as if the ground beneath you is breaking, the swing effects on warrior look rather normal with no special effects.
While guardians have lots of white and bright light type of effects, now that i think about it guardians would also fit as some kind of religious fanatics too, they have quite a few particles and abilities fitting that image as much as a knight in shining armor : p

It looks like the OP’s ego was taking too much of a hit for being called a bad player for losing to the “OP and UNKILLABLE” warrior build that he had to post a movie beating the “OP and UNKILLABLE” warrior build just to show everyone that he isn’t bad.
But, don’t worry because the build is still “OP and UNKILLABLE” because a super-skilled thief like the OP shouldn’t be having to put this much effort into killing it.

I’m using mace MH in spvp and i’m pretty sure it cancels the block after 1 projectile,
is sword OH different in that regard or is that just pvp/wvw being handled differently?
I notice it sometimes only reflects once and stops, but it should work both in Spvp and WvW that it reflects until its castbar is done.(ofc if you get hit by melee it stops reflecting)
Also make sure you don’t spam the ability, just once, otherwise it starts and instantly ends it :P This is obvious but i’m just making sure haha.
The sword block is a much much longer channel block, so it is much better for reflecting projectiles than the mace block, but they work together even better
Why is it not sellable on the trader? I want to buy one with gold but its account bound apparently.

I don’t use sword for torment, it is funny to see torment finish off a opponent on the run but yeah the dmg is very small as i don’t have condition dmg ^^
I use it for the low cooldown block, having two low cooldown blocks is amazingly amusing

Grrr, it still makes me mad about that thief near the start. You totally school him and his noob class but he gets a free escape.
Weirdly enough this never annoyed me, the most a thief has gotten out of me is just stealthing around me(i see the blind field) and doing so until i’m busy fighting someone else

If they are getting MORE concurrent logins, then they must be on servers other than mine. I play in all levels of zones and I don’t see as many players as I used to.
Obviously they cannot lose players since, as stated above, we are all players for life once we have purchased the game.
I disagree ;P the bigger the active playerbase the more people buying gems.. and that is what keeps the game alive.
Anet has stated their playerbase is increasing, not decreasing after being asked how many have quit, i doubt they would count the players who have stopped playing :P

Cant find a single good looking mace in the game my biggest problem with the game..

Its funny because in every 1v1 and 1v2 situations you NEVER DROPPED BELOW 90% health…ever. The only time when u dropped to 50% was when you had 4 people on you and still managed to get to your spawn point without any problems.
Please tell me dear sirs and madams how in the hells does this build seem balanced to you. I realise a big reason for this is healing signet and the pultry soup but come on, this kitten is broken. Between CC immunity, 550 HP/sec regen and a 4 sec stun on a 7.6sec cooldown, there is NOTHING your opponent can do about it

Was loads of fun for me ^^ The one single fight i have enjoyed the most so far.
You have a ton of content that is easy and will like more, leave this content for those who like to die once or twice(or more depending on how quickly you learn)
All the one shots can be avoided so yes it is meant and is a challenge, and it is fun too.

I did it easily as a warrior, the boss fight is amazingly awesome. For the first time in GW2 i had my heart start beating faster as i beat her!

They will have to change the stun back to 2s, tone down healing sig or tone down unsuspecting foe, preferably changing that into a master tier.
4s stun on 7.6 sec cooldown is imba no matter how you look at it. The move has very little telegraphic effects, which means u barely see it coming even on a non asura. If your opponent is an asura, forget about trying to see and dodge out.
400 hps from a single skill is bullkitten, on a class with 19k HP baseline and hard damage mitigation skills. When healing signet is combined with adrenal health its even more ridiculous. U have a class with 500+ hps BASELINE which can be stacked on top of the regeneration buff. If you don’t think its OP< you are delusional.
Unsuspecting foe…. 50% crit chance on a stunned target…really. Basically warrior can stack chevalier accessories and still kitten you during a stunlock while having 3200 armor. Heh, balanced
Not gonna get into the complete CC and condition immunity cuz at least now you are acknowledging that this is OP.
This build is gonna get nerfed no matter how much you fellas complain and moan against it because no one should have the highest mitigation, sustain AND burst in the game. Top that to highest mobility and highest baseline health

If you nerf the mace stun you need to give it a buff in another way, since then it will be a suckier version of hammer which has a same length aoe stun

And i use runes of Lyssa, i like runes that add an additional layer to gameplay instead of just raw stats. And Lyssa runes are both very usefull and do just that ^^

That’s exactly what this build is. The only difference from these videos 9 months ago is that a) healing signet heals for more and b) you are stunning so that your 100B can’t be dodged. Oh and maybe exploiting duration reduction mechanics.

And no it is not, for a long time now most warriors would go zerker gear and utilities that will let them have this one chance at defeating an enemy, and if your opponent was any good this chance would not work.
This build lets you use defensive gear instead of zerker, it does not rely on you using all your utility for burst. Hence it is a build that is much more tanky while having a good way of doing dps. It is much more interesting gameplay than before : P Could a similar build have been done before? Yeah, but it would not have been as viable as it is now, for aslong as i have played every warrior (including me) was pretty much go all out or nothing.

Not only do they make excellent commanders, they are also one of the most common roamers I see these days. In fact, I see warriors just as often or even more often than thieves now. I’m on TC facing SoR and BG and apparently I guess SoR and BG have a ton of warrior roamers.
Warriors are really annoying for me to deal with as I’m using S/D and I guess I have some trouble dealing with them since I’m not really used to facing warrior but I think my main problem is trying to hit them while they have endure pain up. So apparently, that is a stance.
So does a stance count as a boon or what? Can you strip it with larcenous strike? Is there a visual indicator for a stance? Sorry haven’t played a warrior, and I really lack experience dealing with warriors solo…
Does anyone have tips for dealing with warriors in general or specific tips for when using S/D + shortbow?
Note: most of them also run 2 stuns which can be used in quick succession whereas I only have 1 stunbreaker and they typically use melandru runes + lemongrass + dogged march.

The point is warrior is good at too many things at once. Thief is only good at roaming. Warrior is good at ZvZ, GvG, commanding, PvE, now roaming too?? How is that even fair?
When balance is achieved every class should be able to do everything well, pve, roam, group fights. Spvp.
Just because warrior is decent in many areas now doesnt mean it needs a nerf because your poor little thief cant do large scale fights that well.

What gear are you using, its not included in the build. Is it a mix of knights/soldiers/cleric?

I will play what set i enjoy playing ;P and i make videos because i enjoy making them, not purely for others to see. Besides the video does show something slightly different from the rest, offhand sword being used with mace instead of shield

You can either go with that or do as much dmg before you die style, well i know which i choose : P

No if we are talking WvW, Spvp you can make abuild with no mobility work okai.
But in wvw if you dont have mobility = every zerg will catch you no problem and all you do is keep running back to die some more.
Most important thing of all in WvW = mobility : p
You can do pretty good dmg even with an autoattack on some weapons, i could go axe instead of greatsword.. i could go hammer instead of greatsword and still do great dmg, but that would be stupid since neither of those weapons have mobility.

Gotta love that reflecting sword block too. I got a guy to hit himself with Kill Shot the other day. Felt like a ninja.
Thanks and yes, reflecting kill shot is the best thing ever.. should keep every single one of them you reflect in some folder, and just make a 5minute video of nothing but reflected killshots haha.
I rallied from my greasword coming back after i threw it, found it pretty funny when it happened so had to slo-mo that part
10minute video showing mostly fights while outnumbered, some close calls, some big mistakes and from my opponents. And last but not least a chicken using its eggs to fight me.
And yeah my weapon choices are probably not the best, but i enjoy playing with this setup and it works well enough

Only editing is really speeding up the boring parts, music is just the one i had playing in backround while roaming.

It is not a bug, the was a typo in the patchnotes(the per 3 seconds one). The devs themselfs said so.

The heal sig is a typo. The numbers are correct but it should say per second. Yes, that is correct, 392 health per second.
