Bye boon duration, bye vigour (double hit because, guess what, they nerfed boon duration!), I’ll be back to WvW once I’ve run AC 6 times over so that I can actually play with runes \o/ what joy I take in playing such a well thought through and maintained game. Needless to say, no more solo roaming for me, dat kind of play was just bad anyways, I won’t sweat it, running around in groups of 40+ spamming 1 is much easier, I just won’t leave spawn without a zerg for fear of encountering someone who didn’t have their roaming build nerfed, or a group of 2 people who can mow me down easily now.

And then onto the massive headache of figuring out how to redo all of my guild group’s builds, I truly am blessed with the amount of fun ANet gives me in these incredibly intellectual changes they instigate. My one minor piece of constructive criticism would be to try playing the game before making such changes.

It seems to me that out of all of the shouts, “Hold The Line!” seems to be voiced very rarely, it exists, however I’ve only really heard it a few times since release. Please can you fix it ANet? This has been giving me sleepless nights for a while, and anxiety attacks every time I push the button and hear nothing, in stark contrast to “Save Yourselves!”, “Retreat!” and “Stand Your Ground!”.

Please ANet, I implore you, for the sake of my mental sanity, this needs to get changed asap.

And to reward a suitable amount of achievement points. However, making changes to achievements that are already live is far more complicated than it would seem and we have focused on other areas so far. I’ve been playing since headstart, since betas even but they don’t count. Avid WvWer and got my 4th level 80 about a month back. Seriously we need this; furthermore crafting, an incredibly boring and irksome task that has nevertheless been involved in every single one of my 80’s levelling, has been nerfed. Hence 0-400 only gives 7 levels now and still costs the same if not more than previously, and you have to spend about 100g and many days more to get the full 10 levels as that’s what 0-500 is now, and mats are time gates unless you want to buy it all. Hence I’m adding 7s together and the few tomes of knowledge I could get from some early game sPvPing and a couple achieving chests to get to 80 on my warrior.

Deliver levels unto us ANet, you know you want to! I could be complaining about damage being nerfed and condi staying the same, or the state of condi in general, but I’m not, I’m appealing to you here. I could make some kind of statement about not being able to get on in the game playing the game mode that I want to, WvW, and am forced to do other stuff, but I won’t. Not just because I’m lazy or anything.

I blame the new people. One particular example was coming up to t3 Anza and finding 3 hiding inside from 5 FR, two of which were upscales. I charged the 5 alone, those 3 only came along after I’d stomped one of the upscales and actually called for them to come out and fight. Such disgust.

I’d wager most WvW players have missed a precursor at some point because of this.

Can only apologise guys, it was out of our hands, and much to the Gandaran WvW community’s dismay, we’re swimming in new transfers now. It feels like I’ve transferred rather than the other way around. Once again the rankings are predictable, just like everyone called Viz winning the moment Season 1 was announced, and Deso as soon as they mysteriously dropped just into Silver in the following weeks from Season 1 being announced. Such a fun tournament we shall have.

@whoeveritwassayingwehaveloadsof20-25manguildsandnotblobs, this may be true in many circumstances, but we do have blobs a fair amount too, and I saw Piken and FSP with just as many guilds, the former possibly with more, I saw handholding from both servers there, but not a huge amount and I’m sure as hell our guilds are guilty of it too. In the end it doesn’t come down to skill, only coverage, and that’s something we’re drowning in atm.

Again deepest condolences folks, we’re hoping to get our Gandara back as soon as possible, but all we can do is weather it out. Seems like an awfully bad joke on ANet’s part, espec. giving AG Vizu the second week of free transfers and us FR and DL to PvD and blob into the ground. I’d like to see though a bit more empathy from FSP, or the guy constantly posting Gandwagon; Gandara AG and FSP are supposed to be a trio and friendly at that, at least you two are my favourite servers from past experiences – that shouldn’t go out the window as soon as we get swamped with immigrants, nor if AG becomes deserted, nor if FSP gains some particularly disagreeable individuals who enjoy playing the game unfairly. I don’t think less of you because of their actions, you guys are still AG and FSP to me, and that means something deeper than random people being scrubs can take away.

I main a guardian and I am sorry to say that spamming dodge is not dynamic gameplay. I support the nerf, it promotes skillful gameplay rather than blind dodging.

It’s not spamming dodge only, I play GS and Sword combo for movement when solo roaming, and I enjoy the way the combat does flow, 2v1 situations and winning isn’t down to blind dodging. You wouldn’t know without doing roaming yourself; it’s incredibly necessary. In general it’s nowhere near enough to spam, nor without boon duration was if even permanent.

Also seeing as they’re nerfing the main rune source of boon duration, the only alternative would probs be to use food for it; they don’t want us to mix and match so 15% is max from Runes as far as I’m aware. Losing the food slot hurts just as much however. For the most part I wasn’t talking about PvE either, I wouldn’t know where to go in that place. Thirdly I don’t care if Warrior has low vigour uptime, it doesn’t need it for survivability, and I probs won’t be doing much more solo roaming in general, zerging is easier.

The things keeping Guard viable for the low base health pool are protection, regen and passive healing, high dodge uptime, some anti-burst capability and heavy armour, up to a point. I don’t have perma-protection to whoever was saying that I do, nor can I see much of a possibility of it without grabbing a hammer, which would kill my mobility, something I don’t incredibly want to do to maintain a dynamic and evasive playstyle.

Do they need it?

Leave them alone too then, I don’t care, as long as we get to keep ours. Else I’ll probably have to swap to warrior or play some other game.

Seriously this was one of the best things about Guardian. Playstyle is dynamic and it flows. Leave it alone. We need it to survive in most cases, especially for solo roaming, which is hard to do in most cases. It’s not even perma vigour in most cases because you need high boon duration and crit chance for it.

Yeah I miss Gandara, the real Gandara. And I miss being able to play WvW. Have fun Piken and FSP wiping blobs of our immigrants – btw do you guys want any? We’ve got a few more than we’d like over here.

Well, Lusa, SPGR, Mayh, RUM, TS, WAR despite disbanding, are all here from UW. So 2 guilds isn’t exactly true either. I don’t pretend to know exactly what’s going on whilst I’m asleep or at work, however I know that we have a couple Australian guilds here now, and a self-proclaimed ‘big’ NA guild as well as a couple NA commanders. I stated what I know and that’s what I know, I also said that we ‘can’ cap stuff outside of prime, seeing as in prime most of the fights we’re getting destroyed, I assume that’s how we’re ahead, that and again the queues on every map.

Anyways sorry for posting my view of things, which I didn’t claim to be gospel truth, and offending you, good sir. I’ll refrain from posting here again, in respect for your opinion and comfort. And again I apologise for miscounting those guilds above, as there are definitely only 2 of them and they cannot have more than 50 players between them. My deepest condolences.

Obsidian Sanctum has a queue half of the time, I don’t recognise 90% of the people in team nor map chat, and the EB queue numbers 300 at prime time, the others reaching 100. There’s nothing we can do to stop this, to reverse the free transfers and nothing we can do to get back the Gandara from two weeks ago, no matter how we wish to.

That’s because it was an anecdote; I wasn’t trying to persuade you to buy my product, nor pretending to know other people’s experiences. I only posted what my own experience were, as that was what I’ve experienced xD nor did I post anything completely inflammatory for you to jump on. Why do you think I, being myself, should post about Bob or Fred’s experiences and opinions rather than my own?

I don’t get this myself either. I myself am on Gandara and have been for a while, our server is in many people’s eyes one of the main contenders for winner of EU silver. Now 10 days ago this wouldn’t have been the case, but then free transfers kicked in. Almost the entirety of the former Underworld server is here now, a tonne of others from lower tiers and more from all over the shop. We were getting 100 man instead of 20 or so on EB, the latter not even having been that frequent. I don’t recognise 90% of the people in map/team chat, some of the new guys are obnoxious kittenes, and what’s worse is that I found 3 of them hiding in a t3 tower from 5 FR, 2 of which were upscales. Which kinda upsetted me. Now that the seasons have hit we’re getting 300 man EB queues, >100 for other maps and 20 on Obsidian Kitty Sanctum, on which I led towards the end of reset night; all of the players weren’t good at listening or following commands either.

Piken guilds and organisation destroy us pretty well at primetime, FSP is no weak contender either and does hand it to us many times also. Ofc this doesn’t matter as we can just cap all of their stuff whilst they’re in bed sleeping, or going to work as we have night players now and some Australians. This means we’ll get lots of nice mist forged weapons for our skill.

I was also going to say something about Mistforged being given to every single person on every single server because the PvE crowd trample us on their way to achievement points. Why are there no WvW rewards which are, say, for WvW players? Upgrading, sieging up towers, escorting Dolyaks, refreshing siege, scouting, that kind of stuff on top of just zerging around in circles. They know how to do that part already from their champagne trains. It’s partially what the other guy posted about nothing being sacred. How can we feel good as player base when every fractal runner and his mother is running around waving one of these things. Maybe Mistforged should say ‘that guy there is a WvW player, he is’. Give it to everyone, but don’t give it to yknow, everyone (PvEveryone).

No edit button for some reason, but also when SM fights the lag is mapwide. Was just sitting at Speldan minding my own business, 3 come to kill me and SM fight is on, spent 2 minutes running around in circles with all abilities off cd, heal, virtues, utilities and elite don’t work, one thing that does work is my symbol on 4 GS, which stops me from running in circles and gets me killed, as 3 people spamming abilities = 3x more chance of triggering :S and condi still works. Nerf condi :/ you’re nerfing damage already without it.

In my play time on GW2? Sure. Most of the time during 3 ways and SM/keep fights tho not so much.

Not for parties in particular that I’m aware of.

Every single SM fight, 3-way fights, a little but not a lot when 2 blobs are against each other. I seem to always dc when commanding after a while; for example tried tagging up on Thurs and dc after 30 mins, 300 man EB queue so yeah I went to bed.

•If so, can you estimate how many players are in each zerg?

Another random idea without having thought it out late at night: make Tome costs fluctuate per Servers, possibly leagues – so Gold might have 150 Badges per, Silver 75 and Bronze 35, or their server number equivalents, about silver costs idk. This way it varies as your opportunities for enemies and zerging about do. The first problem I foresee with this is servers around the boundaries dropping for easier levelling. It’s unlikely to happen if the difference was lessened, mine is just a placeholder value. That and it might be unlikely in general for a server to consciously tank just for that. This might also add incentive to players going to lower servers, seeing as since the free transfers Gandara’s flooded with less populated server players flocking upwards, which without blaming them only stagnates the problem.

I think it’s very unlikely that normal siege prices will rise, mostly because they’re a dime a dozen and I could just play WvW with the drops of them I get. Secondly the Commander is in many cases the only person who drops siege. In both our guild bank and a very old guild that was set up last year and included a lot of the community, not even intended as siege storage, there are stacks of normal siege just collecting dust.

You could argue that superior may become more expensive, but then I normally have so much normal that I can forge all of them no problem, I can’t remember the last time I’ve bought siege from a merchant or superiors off the TP. Anyone who buys siege with bates is in most cases to my eyes not incredibly astute. In fact we have an ongoing joke of sending ballistae in droves to one of our other commanders, that’s how worthless it is, that we’d give it away so easily. That’s why initially I thought you were trolling xD

You could further argue that the benefit from having level 80 teammates far outweighs the loss of any siege support from the few people who do use badges for siege; furthermore an upscale’s WvW experience is in many ways more painful and less enjoyable than that of a level 80. As such many will quit if their first experience is being repeatedly ganked by random thieves or bother Zerkers looking for that green arrow and the pretty, big numbers they bring, it’s unlikely that they’ll stay. So overall it might save some player’s fun and gain more avid WvWers. Even then if it’s implemented we’ll likely see a rise in WvW population.

I think the main reasons we have going for this are

• It is detrimental to your team to play on an upscale, due to rallying mechanics, lack of damage, support, utility, all of which are spare and lackluster in comparison with level 80s. The Weapon strength alone of a level say 30 means around 4x less damage than an 80 with the same stats, without mentioning the ready availability of stats to 80s.

In sPvP you don’t gain levels or exp, but then arguably you don’t need them, nor does it effect your game and play not to have them.

• There are myriad barriers to becoming a true altaholic or ever reaching full potential on more than one character. A character, if you want it to be at a high standard, needs Asc armour, weapons, trinkets, and Guard stacks. I’ve been playing since betas, and since then mostly played my Guardian, on which I command, lead guild raids, roam 1vX and other smallscale; he has 1 Asc weapon in the form of Twilight (with a metric tonne of help from guild), 2 trinkets and that’s it, due to lack of the stat combo I want on trinkets, and due to lack of income due to, well, playing WvW. I have 4 level 80s, 3 geared with proper builds, other than my main Guardian, the rest have no Asc.
Levelling is hardly the greatest barrier, but it’s still present and would provide a nice QoL change for us.

It’s a bit late and I’m tired, so feel free to add more nice reasons yourselves or further explication, those are the ones I feel are most pertinent.

From all of the positive feedback I’ve seen here, and the distinct lack of anything approaching negativity towards the idea, I think it’d also go a good way to getting players on side and gain some elevation in their eyes. In general the WvW community is represented on the forums as a rather cynical, grumbling and plaintive bunch of people, arguably with good reason, the fact that they can all come together in order to get out of work and slack more is in my opinion admirable, if not typical. ANet should champion the cause too, and we can have a Hobbit-esque moment with something along the lines of ‘and they gave us some lefels; and I saw that day, some Devs I could follow, some devs I could call King’.

Bumping – just please don’t send any more immigrants here, I feel like we’re ‘Murica and Mexico, just hoping that TESO release and a hopefully less landslide matchup next week results in me being able to enter WvW. It’s sad to see what happened to so many other servers happen to Gandara :/

I’ll agree here, if only on this point. Gandara is no longer recruiting, we welcome Bob but if you’re a guild please please please please ask us first or contact us or give some prior indication. I know these things aren’t always cleancut but if there’s any way possible please say something before moving large guilds here. In his defense Talley did say that he doesn’t attempt to represent all players, I do know his views are shared by a fair few people, if only not as strongly worded

Rangers, unless actively trying, have very little in the way of anti-burst. Thieves stealth, Eles mist form and armour of earth, Necroes death shroud, Mesmers stealth, clones up to a point, distortion, etc. Guardians just negate a helluva lot of damage so that they can handle the low health pool, shelter, renewed focus. Engis turn tiny a lot.

Rangers get a 6 second invuln on a 64 sec cd IF they give up 30 trait points and go for reduced cd on signets.

I might be wrong but I’m pretty sure that could use some changing. I don’t understand why everyone’s complaining that Ranger as a class doesn’t need buffs, take the buffs where you can get them, and don’t say ’it’s those bad playars ova ther, dey give us an bad name’.

To anyone considering moving to AG, I’d like to encourage you wholeheartedly; quite easily my favourite opponent in EU, always good fights, a great attitude and roaming and small scale in as much abundance as there are large battles. Aurora ‘Apollo’ Glade has always been a sibling server to Gandara, and the name I hope to see most every reset. I know with verity that the majority of the Gandaran community feels the same way.

The fact that you will not regret transferring to Aurora Glade is unequivocal, in my eyes.

Obviously many servers have lost a lot guilds and I know some guilds completely stopped playing Guild Wars 2 or are in the verge of doing that. I know for example that Piken Square has lost guilds. And if you read this announcement from Arenanet, it doesn’t make a genius to understand that from March 18th to March 27th will see some very large transfers:

People naturally want to stack on that servers, which they will think will have good chances to win. But prediction isn’t always that easy as fair-weather players can vanish if the server gets an unlucky loss at the start. My theory is that great & active PuG commanders and huge PuG population and good coverage is much more important for the win than having lots of hard core WvWvW guilds, who can win in open field and steamroll most of the PuGs.

In Season 1 – Gold League Seafarer’s Rest (SFR) was holding rank #1 and predicted to win it, but of course that didn’t happen, but Vizunah to took the top spot with a very large margin. Similar our server, Desolation, wasn’t speculated to win, but you know what happened. Desolation won every single match up, just like Vizunah. And both are PuG servers.

Luckily our server, Desolation, is doing well, despite the relatively high transfer costs. If the same story will repeat, we can get a huge influx of people from our massive pve population (probably biggest in EU and we have also some non-EU coverage).

I think players and guilds should think wisely where to transfer. Those servers which look strong on paper, might not be the winners.

In the nicest possible way, we all called Vizu winning the moment the Seasons were announced on the stream. We all called Deso winning as soon as it convieniently started losing matchups until it was in Silver league, starting the moment the seasons were announced on the stream. I’m pretty sure you’re confused.

Is leveling really that hard?

I have 13 tomes of knowledge sitting in my bank because I tend to save them for the last few levels on the way to 80 because its annoying to gear for level 75 when you could get on with the business of gearing permanently for level 80, but on the whole level just seems pretty simple (I have nine 80s on my account).

I’m not against it, I’m just surprised by the enthusiasm for it.

Those tomes do require you to either have run around LA spamming 1 on mobs for a good few hours or played in countless sPvP matches though, all I’m saying is there should ideally be an alternative for those of us that don’t find that entirely appealing. I had about 6 tomes from wherever else you can get them, rewards for something or other or birthdays or idk, spent them all on my latest 80 from 74 up, and now I’m stuck for the rest really.

Levelling isn’t impossibly hard but there are a few problems with it; as people have already said, by doing so in ways you are hurting your server, by playing your ‘gametype’ as you do so. Secondly there’s always our middle child syndrome – why ANet gives all the love (easy levelling) to the other two. Lastly it does take ages running around standing in every cap circle you see, then getting ganked by 3 of the other server and swapping back to your main because ‘I so could have taken them’. I think that last one was more lethargy than logic, but you get my point.

Also I think it would go a decent way towards pacifying people, I mean we do love levels and being listened to and that.

He’s already on Piken, so I assume he wants to move from it, hence that won’t appeal to him, Bey.

We, Gandara are indeed looking for a commander for our Nightwatch; we have the soldiers but not the leaders. We boast a great community, team spirit, widely used server TeamSpeak and a good reputation for fighting guilds and skilled combat.

I can’t vouch for 9 GMT at all as I’m not online at that time, however we do have a few sizable PvX and. PvE guilds moving over when the transfer becomes free, hence I’d assume that PvE will become a little more populated, though atm I think it’s pretty decent as it is. WvW wise at that point we’re normally more sparse, though we have able bodied defenders a lot of the time. We are however expecting a bit more off-peak coverage in general by the 18th, as we’ve had a little interest on that front.

Hey, I’m kinda newb/noob to the profession, and generally only play mine for variety and in my off time, however a lot of the problem with it as far as I’m aware is lack of sustain in terms of healing and staying alive. If you look at other examples like Thief and Guardian, the latter has a low base health pool, but makes up for this with high protection, regen, healing and dodging rates, as well as anti-burst skills and high stability uptime, their survivability is also buffed by their heavy armour. Thief is medium armour and similarly has a low base health pool, most of their survivability is based on stealth and movement, as well as a generally high DPS output on most builds due to the safety brought to them by stealth, enabling them to ‘kill before being killed’.

With Ranger I think there’s not enough of these factors to keep them alive; I have a very low stability uptime and hence can be CC’d and caught, destroyed if I don’t position well. The only stability utility skill I can use has a 1.5 sec cast time, requires a master trait and lasts for a very short amount of time. Similarly one of the only anti-bursts requires exactly the same. Movement is mostly on sword or Greatsword; the former of which is unwieldy to a point due to the twisting necessary to get it in the right direction, and GS has a relatively long cooldown between leaps. Traits to shorten these require going 20 deep on two different other trait lines, so assuming you want reduced CD on your longbow, on your GS, and some stability, you have to use all of your trait points. Compare this with Guardian which gets reduced CD on all 2h weapons for 20 points and easy access to stability untraited, as well as easy GS movement, it comes up short. The trait lines on ranger definitely need to be gone over; we have a higher base health than the other two, but not the huge movement and stealth of the Thief, nor the anti-burst, damage negation, healing and Heavy armour capabilities of the Guardian. I also feel Longbow could use an overall damage buff, as it’s insufficient at effectively harrying or damaging a foe before they close with you; at which point you’re screwed however idk about it.

Hope these help at all, just observations from a casual ranger; I also apologise if I’ve repeated anyone.

I’d also add that we have a few chat commanders, incl. myself, for which you won’t need to get on TS at all. It’s a bit less wieldy, and harder to fight 80 man voice comms filled groups with, but it’s great for teaching, spreading fighting and WvW knowledge, and can be implemented more during less busy weeks. There are many who chat command irrespective of any outside factors, who are great too and often leading our infantry forces on EB or GBL; I’m just an incorrigible slacker.

There are so many that it’s hard to remember. One occurrence I remember, as it happens often. So I was trying to cap Speldan, with a couple guildies, and had the cap circle up, when of course a large blob of whichever server we were facing at that time turns up, iirc it was Drakkar, ages ago. My friends who were not as accustomed to roaming and running from zergs, were cut down very fast as they try to run, whereas I get most of the way towards the hill to the north and go round it, with about 20 following me. I manage to go around the hill thrice and they’re not giving up, and I decide to make a dash before they catch on – so I head for the water, once I reach it a few of them stop chasing, others renew their efforts, like warriors with their spear skills. Luckily I have JI slotted underwater as well as Save Yourselves and retreat for perma-swiftness. So I’m running up Anza hill, with 15 still behind me, the fastest of which are almost within range. I use my leap to Overlook outer (not)wall thing, land safely and as I turn around I get exp numbers as the majority of them jump off after me. The remaining ones disperse as on /laughs at me repeatedly. I jump down, collect me loot and continue. This jump saves me on a regular basis, and kills others who are mindless just as frequently. This one was only more spectacular due to the numbers that tried it and the length of their chase
My guildies are also surprised that I’m alive after 10 minutes.

Which reminds me of another event, not funny, I suppose. We were against Deso and I’m roaming around SM, near Anza once again. A Knight d/d Ele does the generic rtl and updraft on me, or tries to when I evade. After a few seconds of fighting he gets down by a quarter health and runs in the other direction, so I turn around and move off, thinking to be on my way, and he jumps into me again, nipping at my heels, he deals pretty much no damage worth me caring about or having to try to counter, but I turn around and attack him again. 3 or so seconds later he runs out again to about 1,200, healing and comes back, this carries on for about 5 minutes before I get bored, it’s more like on and off fighting than kiting. So I move off again, him spamming his lightning whip on me as I go, and he stops and /laughs with me, spamming it a lot and jumping. I get a party invite, and the chap starts calling me a coward and playing a complete ez-mode class etc. etc., all the solo roamers are guardians and no one plays Ele because it’s the worst class in the game, if I was skilled I’d play Ele. I bother arguing with him for a bit, saying rangers would disagree with him, but he’s having none of it, says that I play Guard cos I’m unskilled and that we both know it, leaves the party and continues to /spam laugh. At this point a Thief and a ranger come, both from Deso. Following general fighting convention I focus down the ranger, whilst dodging and throwing enough DPS at the thief to deter him, the ele’s joined in, I kill the ranger and having managed to catch the Thief with low enough health after a bit, I have to down him twice before I actually get him. At this point the Ele runs away completely. Just one of those things that makes you shake your head afterwards xD

I might say change the title to ’Don’t let anyone tank into anything’ xD tbh if Piken are, not saying they are, they won’t be the only ones. Let’s just all watch the rankings carefully, and see who convieniently drops to be top of the league below, shall we? It’s not like this ever happened before… cough cough Deso cough. It’ll be interesting to see if ANet picks up on it the second time around.

And Eze is going well! we had to create a 2nd guild for the wvwers, im having a lot of fun to be honest! i dont think im suited for the higher queues and pop of gandara wvw personally, i like jumping around ha. Waiting is hard :P

Nice to hear; tbh queues are only a problem here when we have an easy matchup. Don’t we all love fair weather players and the PvE horde running around to get their easy map completion. Then and again queues aren’t really a problem in most cases cos EotM now. If nothing else the community’s worth it. For example we have a ThisisGandara IV guilds compilation video that just went up. Fun events like that make a server worth being on. Again more shameless self promotion, maybe there’s a better place for me to be casually conversing with you.

In terms of adding something to the thread, I’d like to say that WvW players don’t necessarily have to always think about points constantly. Examples being most WvW guilds like Fenwick said as well as pretty much any server that isn’t Deso/GH/Some other servers ranked higher; and when you stop playing the game for enjoyment, good fights and good fun, you’re in danger of losing sight of what the game’s about. Not saying don’t consider points at all, just find a balance. If you’re looking at the points timer every minute and trying to cap things accordingly, I think you’ve gone a little too far.

Other than that @ UW, try posting something like this but similar in the World Recruitment section, basically list all of the pros like any recruitment thread, and make sure you have people for contact details down the bottom. Maybe refrain from Fenwick being one lest his fans follow him there too (no offense intended). Gandara put one up only the other day and 2 guilds have expressed interest already, to my knowledge.

Gh aren’t a point server, we’re a fight server, just because we have a higher pop than gand currently, (which hasn’t always been the case) Doesn’t mean we’re all for points :P. This should have been evident with the amount of time we’ve been matched up against eachother. We even dueled in eb last matchup we had immol [ending in a draw],i am dissapointed you would carelessly slander the greatest eu server like this(Excuse the self promotion!). You should feel bad. Besides, if anything this is probably the whooped backside from our matchups talking and forming an obsurd view of our server, again you should feel bad! We worked hard to be able to hold our own in wvw, the sever has come along way since season 1!

Alright GH isn’t a PPT server, it was like 1 in the morning and I was confused, it’s just because Deso is and GH is Neo-Deso so it’s hard to tell the difference. In fairness the huge night and morning cap makes it possible to mistake it for PPT orientated. Furthermore the amount of difficulty involved in finding a GH guild not running 5 metres from another, or similarly a fight without another guild charging into us, despite being outnumbered in the first place (hence why most everyone on my server calls you Gunnar’s Handhold, in a vaguely affectionate way [whilst not being stomped and emoted on by 3x numbers]) it doesn’t give much evidence towards them being a fight orientated server. From my own point of view, having only seen you from the other side, it’s hard for me to tell, I suppose.

Rofl, 1 and a half year later Ezequiel, and you still make me laugh, funny to see a gandara bandwaggoner complainning bout guilds in GH working together to wipe a gandara map blob. Do entertain us more with those lovely stories. Share your tears, cause i love to see the gandara blobs dead (P.S. so far only saw with guild from gandara actually running alone, most of the times)

Anyways, back on topic, UW used to be a good server to be a part of, noqueues, always some1 to roam around with, shame that it hs come all the way down :/

I’m not entirely sure where you got the idea that I was crying, if that’s what’s making you laugh, then I must say you’re reading between lines that do not exist. Similarly at no point to my understanding is it possible for you to infer that I’m talking about map blobs vs guilds. I’ll just leave people to read it I suppose xD you’re misinterpreting both the feelings behind and content of what I’ve posted. I’d comment on the ‘Gandara bandwagoner’ thing but it’s hard to convince most people who wildly throw that accusation at me, I find; the facts are ignored and most of the counter-arguments are just senseless name-calling. Eh sod it I’ll reiterate, I moved with the rest of the alliance, before hearing from which I had no intention to move, and when we did Gandara was only 2 ranks above UW. It’s hardly the current SFR is it?

You can say what you like, you’re only proving your own lack of maturity. I would spend my time countering all of your sweeping generalisations, but it’d only make you feel gratified.
