Really? The most I’ve even been able to do was 4 from one plant. I look forward to the day I can gather 6 times from one plant.
Thanks for the update.
It would need to be 4 for plants, as one can get 4 gathers from a single plant.
I haven’t noticed any ‘speed up’, but I wasn’t looking for one, either. I will try to pay attention next time I am in-game.
You can do a search via the search bar, just to make sure you haven’t skinned the ascended bow and lost track of where it is, checking the bank and all characters’ inventory while you wait for a response.
Many ‘lost’ items turn up this way.
Good luck.
Gems arrive 72 hours after creation of the account, as specified on the purchase page. They would not have been in any in-game mail.
If after 72 hours, you have not received your Gems, you can contact the CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below.
Good luck.
Do you suppose the Devs were mistaken when they stated Town Clothes used a different set-up when created when asked why they could not just be turned into Armor?
Or one of the many items Gold-sellers instruct other accounts/players to post to transfer Gold.
Seems there are several pre-events leading up to the final Meta Event. Make sure each of them are completed: https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/The_Kodan_Claw
Though, it is noted that one of the last often stalls. In that case, best bet is to try next Tuesday after the patch.
Good luck.
You can view any CS Team support ticket responses in your email sent/received area, while you wait for any possible fix. There won’t be any responses on the site page that won’t have come to your email provider.
Good luck.
Are you using this webpage to submit your ticket (bypassing the ‘sign in’ method)?
https://help.guildwars2.com/hc/en-us/requests/new (Choose a category at the bottom of the page to start the ticket.)
There should be no problem. Otherwise, try using a different venue to access the page (phone/tablet/etc.).
Good luck.
You can’t be sure the Devs still have the assets. They could have been lost, just like those weapons seen pre-HoT release.
Not to mention the fact that many Town Clothes did not become Outfits, nor even Tonics.
Good luck.
Don’t they usually occur after Living World Episode releases?
Well, there you have it…quite explicitly.
Something to bookmark for future reference. Thanks for the information.

So, you are saying that even though a tracert does not show any Level 3 service provider connections, it is still using Level 3? It’s just hidden from view? (I don’t know much about backbones, or whatever.)
Then, why should NCSoft ‘diversify their service providers’, as you stated?
(The point being…Level 3 is not the only service provider used to connect to NCSoft servers.)
You might check some of the other threads regarding connectivity. You will see different Tier 1 providers.
If there is a particular provider having issues at a certain time, it would make sense that most of the posts (at that certain time) would include said provider, no?
Sometimes, Lavasoft programs are hidden (often piggy-backed on Bing).
You can contact the Tech CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below and ‘Submit a Ticket’ for assistance.
Good luck.
Bug-fixing confirmed!!! =P
How do those players that don’t use Level 3 connect to NCSoft servers, then? It seems Telia is often the culprit (as a different Tier 1 provider).
That’s a bit to assume, that there will be only one GvG map instance created per Open World map instance. What happens when the ratio is not 1:1? If there are more Open World map instances than GvG map instances, does the winning GvG NPC/Flag appear in all Open World map instances? More importantly, what happens when there are more GvG map instances than Open World map instances? Which winning Guild gets to claim the Open World map instance(s)?
But, is it disabled? (Not according to the Wiki.) Or just no one has successfully completed the required event, or the event has stalled (which means it would likely be available, if no time else, on patch days).
Regardless, there’s a warning about resurrecting old threads.
Are you sure it’s disabled, rather than requiring this event to succeed: https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Defend_Mad_Mardine%27s_cows_from_harpies_while_he_tests_his_invention
I guess it was fixed. =)
If there are many instances for the GvG(vG) players, again, which Guild gets to claim the NPC/flag in the Open World?
In that case, it will only ever be the top 500-man Guilds; none of the smaller Guilds will ever have a chance, and, likely, there would be the same lamentations about Guild-centric content only created for the largest Guilds.
Ok. Well, I tried it with the Hero Panel first, but I didn’t ‘use the skill’ first when I did it. Just holding a weapon. I may try it again, next time I’m on.
Regardless, I’m not sure the whole ‘pom-pom’ idea will work if it’s that obscure with weapons and doesn’t work with emotes. (Do we have a /cheer emote in GW2, like we did in GW?) /shrug
Oh, ok. I didn’t use a skill first…was just holding the weapon in my hand.
Well, tried that, as well. Didn’t work. I must have an odd client.
Hmm…didn’t work for me. Sorry.
Can you? I was not aware of that.
Just tried it in-game…no weapons. Perhaps, you could provide the option I must tick to be able to show weapons when dancing.
Thanks in advance. =)
Here’s a Dev post about connectivity: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/support/Problems-with-logging-in-1/first#post6564632
Good luck.
When characters dance, or exhibit other emotes, do they have weapons (pom-pom weapon-skin) in hand?
You can create a support ticket without logging in. There is no real advantage to logging in when creating a support ticket. All responses, whether logged in at creation, or not, will be sent to the email address provided in the support ticket.
Good luck.
^The creators of the app ‘Arcdps’ had to change their program by removing health numbers to comply with the rules stated above.
As far as I remember, you just walk there. I don’t remember anything ‘knocking’ me down.
Good luck.
Sometimes, Lavasoft programs are hidden (especially piggy-back with Bing). You might try a deeper search than just the cursory first-level one.
If you continue to have issue, you can contact the Tech CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below.
Good luck.
As to the NPC or flag showing in Open World: Is this, then, GvGvGvGvGvG(etc.)? If not, and it’s only GvG, then which Guild out of the many instances created for a specific ‘node’ get to claim the NPC or flag?

If you are running out of storage space, it’s worth investing a few hours in learning how to better manage your inventory. There are a number of different strategies and tools that already exist.
Even with good inventory management, at some point (and that’s soon) you run out of room, hoarding stuff you cannot sell. My latest mule has 92 slots and is mainly filled with Dragonite Ore, Bloodstone Dust and Empyreal Fragments. Those alone fill 64 slots in my account. If you want to play your other characters, filling their inventories is not a good solution either.
I am only playing for 2 months, I cannot imagine how people do it that are here for years. Do you just destroy the materials? I’ll probably start selling mithril, thick leather and elder wood because I can buy them again when needed. But this just means we are all using the trading post as storage. Upgrading the material storage with gems is not worth it because storage shortage is only caused by those 6 materials. I’ll soon start turning dust into bricks, but those will eventually fill up slots too.
I admit, I’m a bit of a hoarder though. I should probably sell the surplus exotics I loot, but I want to keep them for salvaging when my crafting level is up.
I believe many players feed their surplus Ascended Materials to ‘eaters’, or use them to create high-ticket items to sell. I know that’s what I do. Not sure why one would want to hoard Mithril, Elder Wood or Thick Leather; it’s certainly easy enough to come by.
Seems like letting me gift gems to someone would make Anet more money than making me go buy a gem card at Best Buy and provide them the code – Best Buy has to be taking more than just tax on that sale, even if it’s a small percentage. No sense in inconveniencing me and reducing Anets profit just to stand on principle, IMO. Maybe you can gift a gem purchase directly to another player, I suppose I never tried that exact action.
I assume the ‘no in-game gifting of gems’ is there to ensure the TP gets its conversion claws into things, or to disincentivize the act of people from pooling their remnant/leftover in-game currency (there’s a term for the ‘problem’ you run into with in-game currency when you have, for e.g., 100 or even 15 gems lying around – it’s a good problem for the store to have, because you’ve got potential value there, but you need to give them more money to realize that potential – which keeps you coming back.) – crumbs? something clever and humorous like that…
Actually, there is no tax on Gem Cards, as they are treated as Gift Cards (which is nice). (No tax on Gift Cards as then tax would be collected twice; once at sale and again at redemption.)
The CS Team allows themselves 72 hours to respond. Though, in the cases of compromise, the email account associated with the account is often compromised, as well. Make sure to secure your email account, and consider contacting the CS Team from a different account, if you don’t hear back soon.
Good luck.
USA Gem card redeemable by AUS Player?

Good luck.
(I’m only reading from the back of the Gem Card purchased at Best Buy I have sitting on my desk.)
Nor does ArenaNet sell physical copies of the game, nor have they ever. Is there a problem?
Yes, gifting Gem Card is ‘legit’, just as is gifting the game to someone. You can purchase a Gem Card and either physically give it to another player, or send them the Gem Card code.
Good luck.

Freeing up reserved names had nothing to do with deleting characters or accounts. There was no ‘house cleaning’; just the fact that all those names used in Guild Wars were freed up if the Guild Wars players had not used them by the deadline (about 4 months after launch of GW2, if I remember the timeline accurately).
Nor does ArenaNet delete ‘inactive’ accounts. Once created, it is viable forever, barring breaking the ToS, etc.
Good luck.
Mine has always been like that since they changed the format of the site. It means nothing, though. As long as your HoM items and titles are available, and you can log into Guild Wars, it really makes no difference.
Good luck.
There you go. Best to buy from ArenaNet.
Yes, that could be a problem. Many key purchased from G2a have proven to be fraudulent. Your best bet is to buy from an authorized retailer or from ArenaNet (Shop link above.)
Good luck.
