It doesn’t seem any different to me than Season 2 (and Season 1, at the time) requiring Core Guild Wars 2. Each permanent season is dependent on a release. Season 2 with Core game; Season 3 (or more) with the first expansion, Heart of Thorns.
Except, of course, one can bank Season 3, unlike Season 2.
All Legendaries have the same stats as Ascended. Armor is no different.
Thus, your worries can be assuaged.

Probably not. Likely, each expansion will have its own set of Masteries. At least, that’s what many speculate.
That, or the Devs will re-organize how Masteries work with the next expansion. Though, they used HoT to set up Masteries; I’m thinking they will keep them as they are.

ehh let them first give us all the hot content they owe us them they can look forward to gen 3 legendaries.
If they can’t expand on gen 2 legendary weapons, I’m more inclined to just let them go for gen 3 and abandon the rest of gen 2 legendary weapons – at least we’ll have something better than suspended indefinitely. Just don’t announce it as part of the next expansion. I’m no longer holding gen 2 fiasco against them if it prevents them from rapidly deploying the next generation of legendary weapons.

There aren’t in game tickets as such but it is there. Either navigate through the support window or type /bug to get directly to the in-game issue report. That won’t get you answers, though, that’s to help ANet find problems.
If you want to file a ticket that gets email responses, click on the Support tab at the top of this page just above the GW2 logo. You should have a response very fast (within hours, not minutes). Sometimes it takes longer, but if it gets to … 48? .. 72? … hours without an email from Support, then they have a place (in the forums? I’m not sure, I’ve never had to wait that long for a reply) to report your ticket number for manual attention.
Useful tips: Only file one ticket per problem. You can keep replying to the email to advance it up the chain if it’s not immediately resolved. Multiple tickets slow you down. Be polite and respectful; describe the problem objectively without tossing about angry blame, even if it takes a while to finally get resolved, even if in the end they don’t give you the answer you want. The Support team here is superb if you work with them to fix things.
There used to be a Sticky for reviewing tickets older than 72 hours. It was removed, temporarily or permanently.
There is a cap of 15,000 APs (combined Dailies and retired Monthlies). You can find your total Daily APs and Monthly APs by mousing over the total shown.

Since you’ve had the game since launch (according to your previous posts), you might have seen/read the statements about logging in to acquire any/all Living World episodes at no cost.
As an alternative, you can acquire Living World Season Two at no (real cash) cost by exchanging Gold for Gems.

Ok. Looks like you might try re-downloading and installing DirectX 9. Looks like a ntdll.dll error.

You already have the 32-bit client.
What you need is a 64-bit OS, and then download and use the 64-bit GW2 client, to avoid the OutOfMemory error(s).
You’re right; the icon is different. It has the icon of the Warden Sword.
So, is it something data-mined, then?

What you need to post is the very first part of the Crash Report. That gives the most information about the crash.

One would only be ‘ripped off’ if the key said retailers sold was/is not valid. Nothing forces one to purchase from an authorized retailer. The difference is authorized retailers are known to sell authentic keys. Others may, or may not, sell authentic keys.
Unless one purchases directly from ArenaNet, any refunds will have to be discussed with the retailer, authorized or not.

I think the fact that there is, and has been, a release almost every 2 weeks (some large, some small) since release indicates the game is supported. There hasn’t really been any indication that the game is closing any time soon.
There was once an item considered (for sale) that allowed one to broadcast World-wide; it was shot down by the playerbase pretty quickly. Map chat seems to suffice; if there is no one speaking, you might consider striking up a conversation.

Do you mean an instance within the instance? Not sure there would be room for a good-sized house in the Sylvari Home Instance. But maybe…
Still, would every ‘house’ look exactly the same, regardless of race? If not, there would be the same issue with placement of items.

I don’t know what the ‘exploit’ was/is, but evidently harmful-to-the-game enough to warrant temporarily disabling it, just like the Super Adventure Box-o-Fun.
