Yes, the rune 6 skill does trigger when you use ranger shouts. But you are better off using a warrior with rune of the warrior, since their shouts have lower recharge.
Swap warrior’s longbow skill 1 with ranger’s longbow skill 1 . Warriors being able to use Dual Shot, one of Guild Wars 1 ’s ranger core skill is beyond me.
Doing Grenth Events or other large scale events like that and fighting invisible foes is not fun at all. Hope it will be fixed someday.

Rangers are getting a good buff next patch. Wait until then.
People already waited for the November and December patches for good buffs. The December patch actually gave us some good ones, but there is much more to do.
No chance at all .
