How many omegas and time did it take you to get it though? 2 or 3 hours and about 15 omegas?

But isn’t that what makes it fun? Defending or attacking wave after wave. I was part of the softening waves and had tons of fun, even though the final take was after I logged. For a brief moment we thought we had a chance try 1. Then the reinforcements came, which actually made it more fun in the end. I think it was probably fun for your side as well.

It’s blatantly clear when Yaks is engaged in a fight with SBI and Ebay comes from behind to flank SBI and doesn’t touch yaks players.

It’s clear when the BL’s are seeing yaks blobs side by side with Ebay blobs not fighting
each other yet attacking SBI.

Don’t talk smack seriously. Neither yaks or Ebay could take on SBI unless you stood together.

Of all the hours spent, my one really good drop was storm from the super easy JP in ne la. Also 3 mini teqs in the first 10 wins – back to back days even. Of course nothing good in the last 30+ teq kills….

I have seen siege blueprints dropped on the dead. Does that mess up their camera and also make it harder to Rez?

Maybe some of these servers don’t need the alliance. It really isn’t a bad idea for servers that never have queue though. Ideally they would be combined in a way that gives better 24 hour coverage, but that may be asking a bit too much.

We on yaks would let sbi and fa weaken each other and then swoop in for the kill….. Ok a little bit of dreaming there…..

I personally find this week fun as we start to log out and db starts to log in. Mix in some resilient nsp – it is fun. Maybe it isn’t close in ppt, but i never really cared about that tbh….

This was necessary or There would be mass influx to winning servers……

Also expect the thieves to camp sentries for peeps trying to get that achieve… Not saying it is right or wrong – but why have pve objectives in wvw anyway…..

Pvdoor in group of 5 often gets credit. Depends on how many rams and if in Zerg of course. In group of 10 ish though it works….

Or…. If you are not tagged up and think you can do better, tag up. Nothing worse than a back seat driver…..

I originally replied I did not like the leagues, in reality it is probably the achievement meta that is the root of why wvw just hasn’t been as enjoyable. I am 13/15 with little hope of finishing. I am now playing like I did before as it is more fun playing that way…..

Many did as early as saturday or at least changed their strategy to not worry about ppt. I know our guild did and we have a pretty decent sized presence in wvw….

Most people equate a queue to a Line (in fact that is a line in the UK I believe). Most people think first in line is first out of line (FIFO). Anet prompts you to enter a que. A reasonable assumption is that first in is first out…..

If it isn’t a queue don’t call it a queue…. And if it isn’t FIFO explain what it is…. Since it can’t really explained -the random pool is the best explanation, but who wants to wait in a random pool? That’s a quick way to discourage new to wvw ( and the queue line skipper outlined elsewhere).

This should have been addressed before any league… I simply have decided to wvw in off times when there is no queue on yaks bend

What it is – that’s up for debate. What it is not – a true queue where first in is first out……

Of course FIFO (first in first out) would help. Amazed that queues haven’t worked this way from the start…… Why even call it a que if it isn’t really a que…..

Title says nothing about useless in a Zerg…. Also, useless is not the same as fun and not the same as most loot bags per hour…. Those are your definitions not everyone else’s.

If time is of an essence I can see mastery is important. If no enemy is in sight on a lesser keep, why scare off new players….. Either way explain why and ask is better than yelling…..

Hate what the season has brought to wvw. As I semi interested wvwer (highest rank is 81), the achievements have brought in too many goals that can be counter productive. That has led to some toxicity in wvw chat towards new players to wvw who simply may not know….. Good luck ever getting them back…..

Plenty of 80s killing yaks too…. Not to mention JP and repair achievements…. The achievements (some anyway) are the real problem….

Pvdoor within group of 5 almost always advances demo expert and is way faster than trbbin down walls.

Or have choice to merc for the other side until servers level out and que pops…. Nothing more fun than running across a guild mate and doing something silly just to get them (in good fun of course)

Progression bosses are fine in instances where progression guilds also exist. In that scenario, you are playing with generally the same group of people and you all learn. In the open world in a game with no other real progression, that group of people will be different. I am not sure any real progression will occur. If it doesn’t, all the time and effort to develop this will fail.

Know what you are and do what you do best – for gw2, I don’t think it is progression bosses.

Has been months since I have seen the choo choo ranger/bear train or the peeps that port to a mining node – harvest -port away….

Rain – snow – thunderclouds w/lightening – bursts of bright yellow sunshine – should alternate various aspects of weather… At least it gets something finally…. This was reason I didn’t make this one – stepping out….

If you are going for legendary weapon – consider how small the weapon will be on a Asura – especially when scaled to the smallest size. Not worth the effort on an Asura to me.

Jumping puzzles are much harder with Norn than Human or Asura. I use the toy tonics if there is nothing to fight…..
