So all it is (compared to going through the heart of the mists to LA) is skipping a single loading screen? That… is incredibly lame, thanks a lot for letting me know though.

Personally, I think it’s great due to my impossible slow load times into TC LA. it’s a better place to end my playtime, easier, and quicker.

If anything it’ll be the tengu as they provide customisation (kodan don’t, beyond armor they’re all the same) and they can use the exist charr armor (tengu have the same body mesh as char, just different proportions same way human/norn/sylvari have the same body and armor meshes)

Just throwing it out there…. Also I wouldn’t have thought Charr were all that customizable. But they are.

But I do think Tengu is the most likely.

How does the Royal Terrace become significantly more convenient than other spots such as Ebonhawke or Rata Sum?

You double click it and it sends you there immediately, without any waypoint fees or running anywhere…..

Also tequatl is not an all day affair. It’s an hour and a half or so. They do it over on Blackgate, just guest over there and wait at the coast. And then they do it, and it’s awesome.

Bug report:

Today around server reset (about 3 minutes after), I started a fractal and began rolling for swamp. After about the 4th roll, underwater, I had “completed” daily fractal runner.

This is on my NA account, for reference.

I don’t really care about the bug, because I moved on to do the fractal, but i figure it’s worth pointing out.

I for one respect the OPs desire to run dungeons in a certain manor to which he/she deems within his/her own personal criteria. Thankfully Anet has already given us the tool to help…create your own lfg and detail the expectations and wait the excessive time it will take to fill the lfg with like minded Individuals. It’s no different than when we ran four warriors and one Mesmer cof1 speed clears all day. However, To join a lfg and expect other players to run dungeons to your specific expectations is absurd.

Many players have similar opinions as myself and desire to use the most effective tactics to increase the speed and effectiveness of the dungeon clear. Oh…and stacking is not exploiting…it’s a perfectly acceptable tactic. I don’t recall reading about exploitation cries when the early Romans learned to stack together, lock shields, and march in lines to prevent their troops from being volleyed to death by enemy archers. Any stack Anet has deemed unacceptable is simply removed…ranging from the tree in swamp fractal for example.

Lastly, using effective tactics by an entire party of level 35s can clear AC in only a few minutes more than a full 80 party. Player skill and the willingness to learn and use better tactics is the difference here.
