Its really not fun getting 400 xp and few points of karma for completing event or not geting loots. DR should be disabled in LA.

Why anet? Seriously why? I went through the overflow hellhole allready, got all 3 headed wurm achis and i killed 3 wurms together atleast once. I was hoping to never have to touch it again, why after all this time you decide to add new achi with new title in game for something i allready did?
The very thought of doing 3 headed wurms again, dealing with overflows, waiting for hours just to get pathetic worthless loot not worth event 1/10th of the effort it takes makes me feel sick. Why wasn’t this achi there from the very start?!

Yeah thanks Anet, i might complain a bit about the parts of game i don’t like or changes i don’t understand, or lag spikes which make me grumpy, but overall you created and amazing game and i love it. Good job

Sad to see all the negativity on the official forms, but I wanted to at least take a break from playing long enough to throw in a positive word here.

This update is incredible! I don’t personally know of any other MMO that’s completely destroyed the capital of their world. I also don’t know any other MMO that releases significant content updates every two weeks! And you all have done the first in one of your regular updates and made it incredibly fun and I’m blown away!

whats the problem guys? u all had choosen not to use glory booster and stack them.. so its your own fault.. the droprate out of chests is never higher than the amount u use.

on the same u all act like 200 glory booster are worth 10000G or would bring u assured 10000K fame.

Problem is glory booster is part of the reward i have earned. Some have spent real cash on it. I’m not letting go of anything i have earned without a proper replacement.

Im having lag issues on my account, and I have tried logging in as my friend and we play on the same server but his account runs perfectly on the same PC. It only seems to be affecting certain accounts which is what is confusing me.

Maybe it’s not just the attacks maybe anet messed our accounts or something? Anyone able to test it further?

Still geting terrible lag spikes today when everything around me freezes for few seconds and skills don’t launch. Game is unplayable

There is no such thing as personal story, there is only Trahearne story and i couldn’t possibly care less what happens to it.

Whatever you did you made it worse. Was having small lag spikes for past few days but it was somehow bearable. Today i have lags all the time, skill firing with delay, messages being sent with delay, getting disconnected etc. The game became unplayable. Was planing on ignoring the ESO beta invite i got, but since you made GW2 unplayable for me i guess you really want me to check out your competition.

In all fairness, if we can only swap between two weapon sets then thats the max a foe should aswell.

Be glad it’s not guild wars 1, or they would be lvl 120 on top of that.

As someone who got gw1 about 3 weeks ago all i can say is that game is a nightmare for me.
The amount of micromanagment required is through the roof. Have to change skills and stats both yours and those of your heroes almost with every map. Lvl cap of 20 yet all mobs seem to be over it. Mobs apearing out of nowhere. Mobs agroing through walls. LOADS of grind if you aim for HoM rewards. European districts pretty much dead. Extremely limited inventory. Groups with other players disbanding on map travel. No trade post. Unstable servers. And loads more… If it wasn’t for HoM would trash it after first 2 days.

It’s fair for long term vet players. It’s unfair for new players. I pity all the new people joining this game, having to pay insane amounts of cash for basic stuff like inventory space.

For not ruining wintersday like you did the halloween. Good job

Just finished my round of fractals for today, daily fractal runner not working.

It’s people like you guys who gave me motivation to grind for hours so i could go and vote AGAINST that black lion leeching cow. Story in fractals is meaningless, tbh i don’t see any story in any of them so i didn’t care who won, yet the attitude of Gnashblade supporters, demanding others vote how they want made me support Kiel with passion. Thanks for reminding me of amazing feeling i got when i was reading all your posts after Kiel won, all this anger, grief and whining, knowing it’s partly thanks to me was trully amazing

Is funny how people still believed in anet. Kept arguing and defending devs saying there will be more stuff released as halloween progresses. I hope they learned their lesson lmao.

Am so glad its over, heard so much good about last years halloween, yet what we got this year was just terrible. I hope to forget about it as soon as possible.

As much as i love rock and metal music, I think it’s one of the worst possible music and visual combinations i have ever seen. They don’t fit at all.

I sense more mindless helloween grind coming our way, since it’s all grind like previous patch there is nothing to show…..

I think you’re just underestimating the amount of gold some people have. There’s some near-monopolies on the TP. The game just seems to be scaled with these people as the benchmark. See the cost of ascended crafting for another example.

Those people are as rich as they are because they are not stupid. Why would you waste 70g for a 20 slot bag that has no visual effect at all and no one will ever know you have it, if you can buy regular 20 slot bags for 11-12 gold.

Could anet please get servers that are not 20 years old? Could we atleast get some sound notification when queue pops up? Sitting in game doing nothing till it’s my turn is really no fun.

Every day 2 dailies count towards those 13 aswell (they have different icon).

Wait till you realise what big chunk of great stuff you cant get since you weren’t here from the start…

Everything has changed, 15 000 candies for the bags, 100 000 skulls and 10 000 candies for weapon, no good rewards, loots or titles to look forward to. Those numbers are insane and unattainable for most. Last years event was about fun, this years is about grind and milking us dry. Only farmers will get anything from this event.

Was looking forward to this patch so much, cant believe they decided to just ruin it and turn it into yet another grind fest/gold sink. 15000 candies for a bag? Seriously? Who on earth has time/will to grind that. With amount like this you might have aswell made it 15 million would be just as unreachable for me.
I guess only no lifes/botters deserve to get anything from this event.

Really disapointed, would it really be so bad to make this years event bigger than last years and put new achis on top of old ones instead of removing old ones?
You post multiple times we should not worry about missing content that it will be returning, what a lie. It’s do it all or miss it forever.
I guess is time to spread the word to any and all potential GW2 players that there is no point starting to play this game now, they missed to much allready and will never catch up.

The level of difficulty in a task positively correlates to the level of satisfaction received by legitimately succeeding. That feeling you get when you beat a game/challenge that is unbearably hard (but still achievable within game mechanics) is a “high” rarely artificially replicated.
