Yes, the juggernaut is nice, but it needs fixing. For example if someone uses stealth on you, you have to swap weapons to get metallic effect back. The metallic effect on the armor is reflecting invisible backlight, not the actual environment.
I found a bug which allows me to keep metallic effect on when switching to another weapon and when no weapon is drawed.
Pretty nice.
A shame this is not the standard. Why do we have to find bugs always to look good?

Congrats Malediktus. That’s an insane amount of time invested into the game but at least you have an awesome legendary to show for it (and also my personal favorite).
Yes, it took a long time. But then again I didnt play the trading post, avoided exploits and wasted ~780g on the task to get colossus out of the mystic toilet. I will probably work on other goals now and not on a 2nd legendary. I think t3 cultural will be my next target.
No, trash mobs should be challanging. If they die too quickly they might as well get deleted.
So after over 1300h playtime I finnally recently finished my Juggernaut, as someone requested I am uploading some screenshots. I might add more over time as I get new armors and colors.
Note the silly annoying Aegis effect. I wish anet would let us disable it in PVE.

No after reducing the tokens for shorter parts. 60 tokens for a 10-20min path is way too much.
Long pathes like arah path 4 should get 60-100 tokens, short pathes like flame citadel path 1 should give 10-20 tokens.

Scale dungeon rewards with the percentage cleared. The more you skip, the less exp, tokens and silvers you should get at the end.
Yes warriors are OP in many aspects, but Wethospu.6437 is a good player anyway.
What about people who do not like the GW2 dungeons? I think the new tokens should be available both in world and in dungeons equally. And not restricted to a specific activity.
Tough luck for them, they can get other skins then.
Just helped out a guildie at lvl 10 fractals and I took the same agony damage than at lvl 28 with 25 agony res., about the same damage as someone with 10 res and 20 res, we all had about equal health too. So something is bugged.

Killing mobs that re-spawn is exploiting? I guess 99.9% of the player base should prepare for disciplinary action.
In all seriousness I think this is both a petty and pathetic route to take. I’m sure someone will regail me with stories of sitting there for hours and killing mobs for actual decent rewards. What a terrible exploit. Recieveing rewards other than Porus Bones for killing monsters.
It’s in an instance. There is zero competition, and there is no one to see you doing it (for bots). That is clearly a big problem.
I’d like to see bots that can bypass the frostbite debuff or are programmed well enough to do the fractal up to that point. We’re not talking about 10 bots tapping out skelk in less than a second.
Remember bots are often using teleport hacks, they can teleport anywhere they want in the fractals.
When you release statistics, can we have statistics about the total amount of copper/silver/gold removed by listing and selling tax (seperated)? Would be interesting to know how good the trading post works as a gold sink.
I am against unifying tokens. It would make many dungeons pointless.

It makes no sense what you said. I am a tanky build and I used to get loot of them just fine.
Please do something against exploiters (eg ban them). People already take using exploits for granted and its starting to get hard to find groups who do not want to take part in such business.
Like just I was in a lvl 26 fractal group and the group insisted on using at least 5 exploits I noticed.
And other people in my guild are doing silly stuff like skipping giganticus lupicus with portal cannons.

Another thing I noticed: After stealth ends, the metallic effect does not get reapplied until I switch weapons.

Just to clear things up on what did indeed get ninja nerfed since January 10 update:
The dark forest path leading to Svanir boss cave with the 3 roaming patrols of Veteran Svanir and Veteran wolves no longer will drop anything. No party member will see any glowing body to loot. The only thing in there that will still give drops is if Veteran Svanir have time to use their summon Ice Brood (wolf) skill, those Ice Brood still yield drops.
Areanet willingly or unwillingly made these 3 roaming patrols equalizing the same mobs of 1st part aka the “bonfire” where you light up the 6 fires and hold up. The waves of Veteran Svanir there also did not drop any loot but their summoned Ice Brood did.Now hopefully they won’t nerf Ice elementals of phase 2.
Question is, why did they do this? Loot wasnt terribly good, but not bad either. Most people skipped them.
I am using power vit toughness, but I agree this needs to be fixed.
Class: Norn Guardian, max size, equipment: Juggernaut, full set of heavy exotic flame citadel armor, colors Illumination and Celestial. The bug exists with all other tested colors too.

Screenshot 2: Metallic effects of the juggernaut add transparent holes into the heavy exotic flame citadel armor at the spots with fire.
Also suggestion to make the Juggernaut even better: Make the metallic effect also apply, when the weapon isnt drawed. I am using colors I like most with the metallic effect on, but its very annoying to keep having to draw the weapon for the effect.

Obviously the other dungeons must become harder too. But the devs cant fix everything at the same time.
It worked before, I sometimes check the My Story tab when standing around waiting for someone. So I am unsure if the Wintertag patch is guilty or something else triggered it.

It is still a snooze-fest like no other dungeon in the game. They just changed stuff around for the worse.

Yes, I used to get several t5 and sometimes some t6 from killing them, additionally loot bags and equipment. No longer they do this.
the respawning svanirs in ice fractal drop nothing, only the 3 groups at the end used to drop good, now 0-2 items for all 3 groups.
I think the changes are good.
It would be cool to have cultural legendary armors. Maybe make it cultural t6? cultural t4 would be exotic, t5 ascended and t6 legendary.
This wierdness kept going on today, people with more AR than me taking a multiple of damage than me although health difference was not that large.
Woah woah woah, my friends and I did a run yesterday and we noticed the same thing. None of us, seriously no one, got loot after killing all the mobs on the way to the shaman. Like there was nothing to loot on the bodies, at all. We figured it was just DR since we were already killing a bunch of mobs through our multiple fractal runs. So I’m glad you went out of your way to address this, just ignore all the rude people. If this is happening to others then it might actually be something in the coding.
There is no DR on loot in fractals. It has been stated by devs multiple time already.
The correct use of magic find gear is to salvage it or to throw it into the mystic toilet.
Wish there would be an inspect feature so I can easier identify and kick magic find leeches.

How can you claim its bad luck if you are one of those people who always skip them? Does not make sense.

So I used to kill the 3 svanir+wolf groups at the end of the fractal because they dropped good loot, at least 10 items. Other people skipped them because they didnt know the good loot. However since latest patch I only gained 0-2 items (same with everyone else from group) from doing them. Good job in making people want to skip even more.

Not really, there are better rings for guardians, eg the same ring without magic find.
The fact is dungeons are somehow balanced on lvl 80 in exotics….or around certain classes.
Many people will say they can do them with one hand at level 1 with their monitor shut down, but from a player that plays almost only dungeons and fotm i can tell you to just ignore them, they would say they can solo arah explorer in all white items if someone said its too difficult……..
Imho its harder to bet a lvl 35 AC explorable, at lvl 35 that a lvl 30 fractal properly equipped…..
Also because at low level people cannot afford many things high lvl players use (food, potions proper equip/build etc etc etc).
False, they are balanced for their shown level. They are meant to be challanging. Obviously getting downscaled with exotic/ascended/runes/sigills/infusions all traits will make it easier.
TP trading is not an accomplishment, its a lazy way to get around working for stuff.
The problem seems to be connected to the amount of people there. When I am doing event at like 5 am and almost noone is there it works fine, during primetime it bugs every time.
Wildy out of line? Its a prestige armor, if anything it should have been more expensive. You can farm 119g in like 30 hours, not too much for the most expensive armor.
So me and a guildy noticed unusual high agony damage so we did some testing. We went to lvl 27 grawl lvl. One warrior had 30 AR, one warrior 20 AR and me had 25 AR (guardian). But we all took flat 568 damage per agony tick, which is wierd since we all had vastly different health and agony res.
Anyone else noticed wierd behaviors of agony?
EDIT: My friend goes downed with 30 AR on lvl 30 ascalon with 5800 damage ticks from full health.
