I dont know, game feels easy enough to even bore casuals. So I dont get the point.

People who believe something should visit a church and not set the prices.

Or they could let us pay the price in USD. I know some companies which let you pay in USD via paypal even thought you live in europe. Saves quite a bit of money.

I doubt Anet punishes people for going for WvW achievements. If they would it would be a good reason to quit this game. After all its their fault if they make achievements which take decades to complete without such behavior.

Ever thought more people would buy in the gem shop? I am sure ~20% lower prices would increase sales.

Maybe people dont want to feel like a twink lvl service.

Uh, we all paid for the game. The stuff inside the gemshop was created once and just gets duplicated any desired amount of times or in some cases like character slots are created automatically by the system and take a tiny bit of space on their servers. Space costs almost nothing today.
I dont see the creation of value there.

I sincerely hope that that pay gold for this service enter the dungeon and then afk. Otherwise your spending hard earned cash to someone else whilst helping them do the labor. I don’t know about you but I won’t pay my mechanic to change my oil and then hold the car up for him, but that is just my opinion. The February patch is coming quick enough as has been mentioned, so at least save your coin until after you see what is done to this dungeon.

Considering you join right before the endboss you would loose the chance for a rare recipe by not helping at the endboss.

Maybe, but you save a lot of time because you can join right before the endboss.
The gold is a compensation for our time, the tokens and possible loot from the endboss the guildies dont get. Afterall the bloodstone shard can drop a nice recipe.
And 10-15g seems just, considering I can make that 10g farming dungeons like TA or CoF per hour.

A completly new item gets created when mystic forging, so the skin most likely gets lost.

I kind of agree, the economy is horrible in this game, a capitalists wet dream.

You should switch to the alternate group listing for the screenshot to show names instead of portraits.

MF gear helps zero with mystic toilet, it ONLY affects drops you get from monsters (so it wont affect chests either).

Dwayna is a healing/monk godess, so obviously she (the highpriestess) should heal tons and be a test of damage damage. Everything else is just watering it down and making it another boring boss.

I hope it will be fixed, I dont want to save up 200g again.

If not this will most likely be the final straw for the achievement system for me, its already pointless enough.

Same storry as everyone above. Lost one point to all maxed Slayer, Weapon Master, Gold Hoarder, Overkill, Master Carver achievments and others that I havent looked at. Total loss of achievment points is 110 points. I was 10 points away from 4k points :/ This really sucks, getting a 300k hit is not an easy thing on a guardian that is now my main.

Mighty Blow with hammer should easily do 300k+ damage, saw screenshots doing 500k+ on stuff like rabbits.

Another day, another fail by Anet, nothing suprising or shocking here.

Killing the trash groups is easy, if I would have to guess it would take about 15seconds per group. We do it this way, we go behind an edge so all trash group mobs go into one spot, guardian puts up wall of reflection against the projectiles and 4 warriors dps on it. If you try it you will be amazed how fast and easy the trash groups become.
The way the line of sight works in this game already small edges will break LOS and the enemies will stack up in one spot directly infront you.

You are again trying to prove something using an example with team using 4 warriors and 1 guardian? Fast and easy. I fear you might be trolling good Sir. You are min-maxing with that setup, and I am assuming all 5 players are way above average in terms of game skill.

This game is not balanced in PvE class performance. Perhaps a bit better in PvP but still I guess many people will find several flaws like in any game. The point is, it does not need to be balanced in PvE. I dont care if some other class is doing 50% more DPS from other. The game design should make it irrelevant for progress. Simin is one of the rare cases where it is not the true. Sure you can compensate with superior skill and experience but still you are making this harder on yourself when not doing it with optimal setup. Another example, Lupicus, you can play with him all day long if people know how to avoid damage. He will die eventually even if you are doing DPS of a sponge. So will all other bosses. Apart from Simin. Her mechanics might be nice but IMO they are a bit overtuned compared to what all other bosses in game are demanding. Make her a separate boss in some challenge dungeon? Sure, why not. Make her a random boss that kittenblocks your random team without reason? No. At this point the Dungeon Master achievement should be renamed to Simin Master.

Your post makes no sense. Obviously you start min / maxing when you did a dungeon several times before. Its a game design flaw that damage trumps in every part of PVE over vitality and toughness. Point is you can beat it with any given class combination if the people know what they are doing. And Arah is the highest lvl dungeon. If you dont know what you are doing you shouldnt demand nerfs or pick your party members better.

Champion spider actually fast and easy with reflection wall, but ok that group takes a bit longer than 15s. For the sharks after Simin, we usually take the other (longer?) route which doesnt involve going into water there.
I might try to record it next time we do it, but I am not sure if I got enough HDD space for it, since I am playing in a resolution higher than full HD and I only got a SSD and a 320GB HDD which is probably to small for ~1hour.

Every class can use berserker and melee equip. Anet doesnt let you change equipment at any time for nothing. Even if you arent full berserker you can do Simin quite fast if you get the sparks right every time.
Not to mention there is zero reason not to go berserker or other full damage equip in PVE (maybe except high lvl fractals). Because most damage is easy to dodge and reviving downed people is easy.

Its actually quite easy. We use 4 warriors (berserker with greatsword) and 1 guardian (berserker with hammer).

Its a common bug, getting vials at 10++. No globs thought.

I dont see a problem with path 4, my guild already did it in under 1h without skipping and exploiting stuff.

Hard to believe unless he only does fractal lvls without dailies.

I want dungeons where the first successful clear without exploits will be weeks after people tried their first time. Not something where everyone can head in and be sure to come out victourios.

If you’re not receiving loot from a champ/vet, it’s most likely because you’re not getting kill credit. We’re currently working on some improvements to this so that it will be easier to get rewards when you kill a creature.

People will spend months of grinding and MUCH more gold for a skin with no extra stats. So yes, people will spend gold for 5 extra stats. If you do it to every piece it adds up. And you might as well do it as the gear comes out instead of all at once so the cost is spread out.

Wrong the current infusions are only blue and they said there will be better infusions over time. So its a waste tbh.

Also +5 power is nothing. Lets say you have 3k attack and add another 5 power its ~0,16% more damage. So even if you have +5 in every slot possible one day, its only ~1% more damage.

If you use ingame report function the GMs might not know what you reported them for.

2 rules to follow when playing with people you dont know:
1. Take a screenshot of their names before you start.
2. Try to enter the dungeon/fractals first, so they also kick themselves if they kick you. If you cant enter first, consider leaving the group.

Thats not a good rule. Plenty of champions drop silver, too. Like worm boss in TA drops 10s. Its a champion.
And I can also think of legendaries which drop no silver.

Horrible news. Why not give people to teleport to the endboss with 1% health left right away when they enter the dungeon? Dungeons are already mindnumbing easy.

I saw so many donks these days with r45+ you wont believe it, these guys are just “hotjoin-pros” nothing special – of course there are player with r45+ who are really really good, but they are usually playing paids

I would play tPvP, but theres not always people avaible who want to play tourneys with me, i am only r22 with 40qp.

I believe Glory/rank point farmers ruin sPvP, since they dont care about winning and only care about their stupid points.
Solution? Lower rank point cap per match to 200 or rework the point system all together to reward helping winning more than grinding points.

Maybe those players should get their act together and spend some effort if they want to reap the rewards.

A while back before release they said story should be easy and explorer hard. What we have now both is easy and explorer is just another farm for silver.

Why would you want to be Arah to be any easier? I find it jokingly easy for the “endgame” dungeon.
My guild runs any path without skipping, exploiting/bug using, stealth kitting in under 60min.

This game needs dungeons which needs weeks for the first clear like other games had too. Its boring if you go into a new dungeons and now for certain you will succeed.

If anything dungeons need to be harder. Difficulty is a joke currently.

I think the OP might be right, a skilled programmer will have no problem making a TP bot.

Noone asks people to represent for the influence. Its because there is no guild feeling if you represent another guild all the time.

I wouldnt join a guild which allows representing several guilds. I am general in a guild with 200+ members and they all have to represent at least 90% of their playtime, otherwise they get demoted and eventually kicked.

I would welcome an inspect feature, at least let us inspect peoples magic find and agony res values.

How do we make legendaries remain as rare as they are now without a huge gold sink?
Keep in mind this must be doable by everyone without exception, as long as they put effort into it.
So some people cannot solo Lupicus, or do extremely difficult jumping puzzles.
