I was mining the rich ori in lost shore when a charr suddenly appeared mined the node and then dissapeared again. A friend and I were discussing weather he had this toon as an alt parked there to quick mine it every 24 hours (or what ever the reset is) or if he was using a teleporting bot.

Some players like myself have parked alts to farm the node every 24 hours legitimately , but yes there are teleporting bots on the servers.

they are manipulating the drop rates behind the scenes to drive players to buy gems for dyes and so players convert gems to gold mkaing this game ever more grinder than it needs to be. (The list goes on)

There will always be bots — the question is how many. If the situation is still as dire as you make it sound, then please explain what those “bots” do with their spoils? If they’re still pumping massive amounts into the TP, then we have to conclude that the real player base is either completely inactive or too incompetent to sell mats on the TP.

10 bot reports in week isn’t dire, now if it was 30 or more than it would be dire situation. Now that is just what I’ve came across just myself on my server world, no telling how many I haven’t seen. From what I’ve seen so far the bot situatin isn’t as dire now as it was few weeks ago.

Ok but how are we supposed to know this with the lack of information given to us? Granted I may have missed something by not reading something someplace, it remains many players are left not knowing what is going on and where ect is taking place.

Yaks bend sever the same thing, also no cut scene or anything to signal the start of the event, just the npc ran off and some followed

Event with less confusion please on where to go and up the rewards for the entire quest chain/s, the 5 Commendations reward is a joke after the teleporting cost involved. Address the games current issues before rolling out more content instead of band aid fixes/distractions from the real issues plaguing the game.

This entire quest chain for nothing but 5 Commendations is a pure joke and waste of money teleporting around for lvl 80’s

You did NOT hear us loud in clear from the Halloween event we want direct sales of items from gem store not RNGing of rare wepaon skins or mats!

It would be very helpful when you complete a zone, the name of zone text change colors to gold or something to help us keep track which zones we completed. Like the way how zone lvl color scheme works it changes colors to let you if are below level or within level .

But infractions punish people, and as such they should be based on the forum rules. Yes Unfortunately, former Nexon employee is involved so yes, I expect every event to be handled this way from now on.

Yes, very much so, Anet keeps on alienating there player base.

Exploiters is only part of the problem to this, mainly it’s Anet fault as they created this problem by making these bags. So of course some players are going to find ways to max their profits while ruing a good thing for everyone or trying to get the exotic that they want. All Anet is doing is causing a inflation on these rare mats while making it harder for everyone that wants these exotic weapons harder to get. Anet needs to learn to stop alienating their customers, people shouldn’t be able to profit off holiday event items as they all should be plentiful for everyone.

Trick or Treat Bags drop rate is too low and should be higher.

From what I hear the bags where dropping left and right during the never ending spawns from the haunted doors last before the patch to fix it.

Most likely due to the press sites (PCGamer, IGN etc) getting inside info and hands on before we did thus the spike?

This would be great as already with the amount of items avaliable storage is going to be a problem with Winterdays Day event coming up soon and no telling what others.

Thanks to Anet for reminding me to be more careful with my cash, you burned me once and will not burn me again!! I never got any email and nothing in spam folder/s. If this is how events are going to be going forward then Anet can count on even less money from the gem store since players already have a bad tatse in their mouth.

Permanent Gathering Tools would help cut down wasting space in our inventories by not having to buy mutable stacks of all 3 types plus of different levels. It would cut down on having to run or waypoint back to buy more when you unexpectedly run out of X gathering tool/s. I know gold sinks are important for healthy economy for the game but does almost everything has to be one!!!

Yak’s Bend Sparkfly Fen many bots still running around Splintered Coast and Astrozintli Forelands and seem to be getting worse everyday.

I agree it’s a bit heavy handed as I barely use chat other than to say thanks for the rez and it not that often in a very short amount of time and I get text message suppression. Whiles other can have a conversation without being suppressed at all.

After finishing the story changing orders to get different armors should not be a problem and isn’t story breaking since it’s completed. It would be nice for a response from the Dev’s since wiki says one thing and no way right now that we know of do it in game.

Same problem with me also it took me couple of hours trying to finish Arah/Victory or death personal story 1st time ever few nights ago. Some of the party could get in while others are either on seperate map or can’t get in at all.

My level 16 Human Ele has not recieved any influance in Plains of Ashford for two days now while doing map completion while I’m in the zone. If I go back to Queensdale I will get influance again, sometimes it will stop even though I’m not farming same DE over and over.

I got this after killing only ONE grub, I can understand if I killed 10 or more than yeah it would make sense but not after only one grub killed!

Keys drop? I am level 80, full exotics, and the only place I have ever gotten keys was as a reward in my personal story.

Gem store is only a time saver short cut and is optional and Anet has said you can get these things in game without buying from the gem store.

The Black Lion Key drop rate could use a bump up since too many people are getting way more Black Lion Chest drops than keys. I have 90 Black Lion Chest and I get at minimum one or two keys every two or three days where I get minimum three Black Lion Chest a day.

Need little bit more Chocolate from drops please

Walk up to them and hover your mouse over the orb in the middle of the portal no need to go through them to find out where it goes.

I can NOT say it any better than the person below who has the same issues as I do with Against the Corruption personal story mission.

I thought maybe its my fault and tried other tactics, tried to kill the adds first but the adds respawn infinitely.

So, i died again and the second time i tied on the Risen Adomination a cutscene came and telled me to speak with the Sylvari (Treh..lalala) but hes dead.

Now i thought maybe i can just revive him and speak with him fast before he dies again, but no way he keeps fighting the abomination and i cant talk to him.

TL;DR
- Cant revive 50% of my Group, corpse decay (Someone said he could revive all)
- then cant progress due to infinite respawn of adds and too strong boss wipes my group fast
- If i die twice on the Boss a cutscene comes, like ive won the fight and i should speak with the sylvari
- Cant speak with the sylvari cause hes dead or when revived fights till death

Samething here with me, I took my time yesterday in Metrica Provinace with my ranger and I was gettting influance, then I went to Caledon Forest and got nothing from events. This issue goes back to BWE1 as far I as I know.

The reason Orr looks like it does from Lore stand point it was sunk and then rose up to the surface along with the dragons. The mobs need to be rethinked as you can’t move 5 steps in some parts of the maps without getting an enemy on getting ontop of you like pulled/immobilized is annoying as hell.

Same problem with me, I needed the last one for Messemer so I made one and got the last hint 82/82. Logged back in few hours later and it’s back to 81/82 with all check marks showing in the hint tab with no achievement!

Mine never budged from zero also, I whish Anet would fix this!

Against the Corruption is too hard, the AI dies way too hard and unballanced, no point to pull to kill them off one by one since the Champion respawns new helpers each time you get too close to him. That’s just at the first part of the story line quest, I have no idead how the rest since I can’t get past the first part.. I had asked for help in the chat, no one offered to help!!!!

This has been a hot topic on few different fourms and it would be nice if the Dev’s would comment on this.

I’ve asked for my info to be deleted and it was not done so when I submitted a ticket for my card being declined. We should have an option to delete the info on our end as we had the option to save it in the first place.

I accidently purchased the DDE upgrade when I already have it and I would like to get those 2000 gems refunded (I did submit a support ticket). Also there should be a check in place so this can’t happen to other players in the future. GW1 In game store had a check in place letting the payers now that upgrade was already purchased and they where blocked from accidenty buying it again.

Only Common Crafting Materials and Fine Crafting Materials have storage slots. Rare Crafting Materials do not.
