It’s just a game, take a step back relax and breathe, also this JP has Checkpoints throughout it so it is by far one of the More forging JPs in the whole game since if you mess up you get to start partway to most of the way through it.
That’s the point, you should not be forced to take all checkpoints since we have mesmers.
Games should be fun and challenging I agree, but this is no fun. It has crossed the line where it becomes outright dull and painful.
Dude you need to chillax. It is a game. If part of it is frustrating move on and do something else. I very much dislike PvP and HoT maps. So I just do not go there. PLay the parts of the game you enjoy.

Maybe remove WXP and rewards all together and make it all about fights.
Seems like I see a post about this every few days? I mean if your being spawn camped there are other ways to exit the spawn!

I like the design. But it is not very fun. Just takes way to long, and the rewards are meh at best. I would be willing to run more fractals, but it seems to me the rewards are just not as good as they use to be. Sure you get more gold. But it seems(and maybe it is just me) that the ascended chest drops, and gold fractal weapons are much,much less frequent than they use to be.
Can we a get a cliff notes version lol.

Ya I have been done with keys for a while. Seems like they just give junk. Especially since one slot is a crappy reward that is tied to whatever seasonal or map they have just released…..

Ya I am bad enough at JP’s to try not hold down the space bar. It would be nice to get the option to disable in certain places/times.
I do like tournaments. But it needs to be a shorter time. I guess that would be hard to do, but two weeks is to long for some. People end up getting burned out. I enjoy it but feel I am in the minority when it comes to long tournaments because, the longer the tournament the better I say.
Not really sure how to feel about this. I am sure for some it will be good, and for others no good. Maybe they will truly never find balance?

Doubt it. Anet is to busy updating PvP and ignoring WvW to focus on new content.
I do hate to be critical of Anet as they are people too. But I will say this. If they truly are working on a “WvW Overhaul” it would be nice to get a sneak peek so we know what to expect! I mean it has been a long time since they have had any decent changes in WvW. Just saying ANET if you see this can we please at the very least know what your plans for WvW are?
Please do not give Anet bad Ideas on WvW! They do not need anymore fro PvE people. If you want to glide to to PvE and do it. Leave WvW alone, it has enough issues that Anet is supposed to be working on.

I stopped beveling about a year or so back. I would really like it if they would in fact take what we say to heart. WvW is not as fun as it use to be. Not by a long shot. I think your right, they should just hit the reset button.

I disagree. These are not difficult to do. Sure you have to wait a little bit for the veteran. And Keeps are easy. Find a tag on a map and hope for the best. As far as WvW Ranker. It takes me maybe a hour of running around capping things, or killing peeps, you will be out there anyway so what’s the issue? Or are you one of those that feels they need a participation trophy for just showing up?
To clarify you won’t be able to activate them while in combat.
So if you are transformed then enter combat you will not transform back to your regular model. So you can still fight as a kodan if you activate it before the fight.

Funny. Everyone is having issues with this but me. I play a DH and have noticed since the last changes Necros are much easier to take down lol.
Shield Generators are great. And should be used for both offense and defense of towers and keeps. It is siege. And siege can be either.
like about 6 months a go i ask ANET if they will bring more life to WVW and some changes in good, they said that they have aloot of things to bring and doo in next few months. After this 6 months i dont see any changes …well wait actually is one less people in WvW . people that transfer evrywhere leave guild join guild create another guild get bored and they leave the game. Server Linking i dont see any change actually thr most are complain since is no objective in represent a server or not no objective to fight for a win no objective to play .

-WvW is outnumbered no one there keep wvw outnumbered will make some to transferr and those that cant transfer because they dont know how or dont want to spent money they will leave the game

-gave objectives for wich players to fight for wich guilds to bee need to fight for the server and server to interact with the fact that your guild is there that you have a guild on that server
-make points on border to be able to be unclaim by vote of players that are on the border build a strategy and then a newbie is coming and ruin one part
- try to bring slight changes to the actual border combining snow with lava and desert and water on the same map
-bring gliding on wvw

I can agree with a few of your points. However Gliding in WvW is simply put a terrible idea. You want them to fix WvW and not add kitten that will just complicate matters worse.

That’s because they polled everyone in GW2. A lot of PVE folks voted cause they thought it was cool. The WvW peeps mostly did not want it. At least that has been what I have noticed.

When anet is pushing mid week patches they stopped giving us 10 minute warning and now its only 15 seconds in wvw? Can we please get a heads up when the servers are resetting next time!
WP was in the midst of our rally on FA when it was like a 3 minute warning. We did not get the cap on Bay because of this. It is quite frustrating!
Never had issues with what your saying. Throwing siege is the easiest part of WvW. Now you need a bar? Maybe just get good?

I find this to be the funniest thing ever. Not sure what advantage it gave you in WvW? We actually rallied as a 25 man group of Plush Griffins once. We got owned hard (as expected) so not sure where they advantage lies on this one lol.
I must have spent over 200 dollars in black lion chest keys. Probably not as much as some people but more than others. This is also over the span of about 4 years ofc.
If i had just converted all the gems I got from the money I spent I would have gotten far more my money’s worth than this incredibly pathetic attempt at RNG.
EVEN IF, I got so lucky as to find some ridiculously expensive item that i could sell, I would have MAYBE gotten somewhere close to breaking even.
My advise; stay away from this money grab. Never been worth.
It use to be until they stated that they will all BL chests now have Holiday kitten in them. Which means one less actual reward that is useful. I do not even do my weekly key run anymore on my 3 accounts. Just not worth it anymore. Until they change it back I know I will not be opening anymore until they change it back!!!!

I find it funny you complain about Mag. All they have is numbers. They outnumbered us last night and even spawn camped us (or at least tried lol). They are so squishy that 5 go down when I jump in with wings of resolve lol. It is all about how you fight them too. They had 3 decent size groups split off from their main zerg. We took out two of the groups with like 20-30 peeps. Then YB pushed from behind and we wiped. So as you can see without their numbers they really do suck!
I am thinking of getting into WVW. I played since launch and have spent maybe an hour doing WVW and that hour consisted of me running around and not knowing what was going on.
Anyway the last that I heard about WVW from a wp video is that it is broken. By broken he meant that close to no one was playing it.
So I wanna get into it but is this a good time to? Is the population up and are people competing in it?
I know that it seems I could just log in and find out but to me….WVW always seems empty. I think this is because I have no idea where to go. My point is that I think it would probably take me longer to find out on my own than it would to ask people who already know.

I am on FA and have not seen many friendly folks on in the past few days. A few here and there. But that MAG blob is unreal! However if I had 20 peeps with proper builds and gear that understood open field fights we could easily defeat them or BG.
