I know condi builds are not exactly viable right now but ive been running this condi build and ive been using it in solo q alot too.

The reason why its so versitile is because of the arcane utilities. Arcane grandmaster trait elemental surge allows ALOT of versatility, the hard part is knowing what condi you need and when you need to apply it. the main burst can tick for about 2 mins without condi clear. start in fire, use arcane power and arcane wave, use scepter auto around 4 times to get alot of fire dmgg and then switch to earth and stay at bay until you can make further moves. the real problems ive had with this build is extreme burst and lock down..ie bs thief,burst condi necro, and shatter mes, because of the lower hp. it might not be meta but it works for me! also if you stay in earth and auto ive gotten 21 stacks of bleed by myself.

SO ive been playing around with water a lot and it might just be me but whenever i walk closer to a test dummy, it seems that i am actually autoing faster then i am if i stand at 900 ranged. it could be that the sound is messing me up and fooling me but anyone else see it?

For the last question im asking about sigils, is the duration sigil better or is the apply on crit better. the 10% duration makes a 5 sec stack to 5.5 sec?

Q1 does air 25 have an icd
Q2 if you use sigil of vuln can yoy apply 2 stacks at once.
Q3 if not, can water scep auto prco both being 3 individual attacks
Q4 is the sigil of vuln better the inc vuln duration?

Also the vit helps plus a little healingfor ur sig or other heal jst make sure u keep them a little far from u so u dont drop hp

I use the water 10% if ur health is above 90 it will always do 10% more as to crit damage which is basically a little rng game. If u get around 50% crit chance then theroretically ull hit1 out of 2 attacks.a crit which is jst 10%more crit damage wxcept u only hit it every 2 attacks conpare to 10% every hit

Plus the elementalist is like a mage… Mages in alot of games have skills or passives that regen health while the warrior has skills that heal on attack… Like being blood thirs and shizz itd fit the classes better and itd make them not op

I think with the intro duction of ferocity which takesplace of crit dmg… They will split fury in to a boon that stackes critchance that is intensity stackable and one that is crit damage that is furation stackable and the ele changes will allow combo fields that grant the crit boons.

21k hp and 1.2k tough is not glass. Ive seen eles with 10k hp and 1k arm thats glass

12-15 might from dragon took, phoenix, arcane wave, earthquake, and churning earth if you were wondering.

My burst 1 shots thieves, glass else and most rangers. the damage i do amnts to about 20k in total after burst. ive tested numerous times on dummies and on guildies. i start in fire, ring of fire- phoenix behind enemy- dragon tooth- arcane wave-earth attune- earthquake-churning for might. then i switch to ele and burst. at the end i have 12 stacks of might. ill even drop fb if i have it and deep freeze then do aoe. still only goes to 1/4 and then endure pain pops and its back to square one while all of my skills are on cd. ik how to burst and might stack. thats basic stuff.

its jst sig i swear. i see sig and my hear breaks. ive killed hundred bladed warriors,axe war and hammer wars only a few s/s/lb ones they are tougher for me cause i cant kite them as well, but if u pop a sig on there i literally cant do dmg i wish i could record and show u but my comp isnt good enough

10/20/30/10/0. Arcane wave/ arcane blast/ last one is situational.. sometimes frost bow sometimes teleport.

like ive tested it with a friend and il sit there and auto him with elec or water and it literally does nothing the damage i do is not enough to lower his hp at all. im sitting with 2.8k attack and about 44% crit and still nothing

land everything? i did.. i have 10% mod from elec trait, i have 10% mod from water wen health about 90% i have scholar runes. i did arcane blast and arcane wave and i hit my 2 electric while auto-ing and it only got him to 80%. wen i switched to fire he was already healed up.

How do i kill one with scep dag. jst dueled one for a whole match in a ranked game. he jst sat on point tanking. have no clue how to kill this thing

so then theres only one way to use it so then the enemy thing is jst for looks they put it there so it compares to the others?makes sense the only reason id use this is to stack might.

Well like in all games knowin is half the battle. If u see a thief stealth antcipate the engage. Visualize the thief walking behind u and wen hes behind u dodge, if u see one stealth you can up draft, mist form, lightning flash, earthquake,arcane shield, focus earth 5, staff earth wall or whatever it is. Like i said knowing is half the battle. The thieves i struggle with are the s/d steppers that run bask venom. Its all about knowing and being 1 step ahead

… its hard to land if your fighting someone that doesnt face roll. yea i can hot join and land but against people who are actually good its hard to use esp since you have to stand still and theres a big animation for it

Wel my point that its to noticeable when charging i usually have to wait them out and count dodges and watch aegis… as long as they are not running any vigor/ endurance recover. also the arrow that fires is pretty bad.. it gets obstrucetd sometimes when theres nothing in the way it zig zags

So Deep freeze on eles FB is impossible to land on half decent players. if they see you charging up for 2 1.5 secs they WILL dodge. I suggest briging the duration of the freeze to 3 secs and decreasing the cast time to 1 sec

Ive been using the Frost bow lately and it seems that 7/10 times i use the auto it says obstructed and the arrow flies in a random direction.. any reason?

Ive been testing a build in pvp and obviously the Barb stats are not available in Pve or WvW. So the other route was to go straight knights which is just toughness instead of vit…So my question is is stacking straight tough better then say mixing in some soldiers for vit? With my build I have about 15k hp and 1.4k tough going berserkers.

Ive recently dabbed in to 10 earth magic to pick up splintered stone or whatever its called. It gives 10% while within 600 range. Is there any tips or tricks to being able to know whether you are in range or not?

Ive been testing combos with my s/d ele. How are whirl finishers in fights. I use a combo with ring of fire in to tornado but it doesnt seem like it would do that much damage. whats the range on whirl finishers? and are they under powered??

So I have like 5 fracs uncommon bags and one starter bag. my starter bag is full and i try to compress the others so its organized but they dont collapse. ik they are uncommon bags but when the starter is full it should still collapse to the next bag.

Dhuumfire was the most stupid idea of the balancing team for the necro and should be removed. We need something to be done on the mobility front.

Utilities in pve is a joke lol necromancers are in an ok postion but thrre are jst many things broken. One bug ive found is that if you use dark armor and channel, and yoy have blood magic 25 minor trait, the additional tougness does not convert to power. Which is 80 extra power that i am not gettingAlong with a few other hings that raise ur toughness. Those who complain are either abusing a really really strong build thats getting nerfed or those who are not open minded enough to experiment and work with what they have. But rwall tho utli in pve…. Joke. Only thing helpful is minon meat shields and maybe epidemic if theres a thousand trash mobs wells are okay but redic cooldown

So i have an offensive fractals capcitor and im trying to infuse it which requires 40 crystals, fractals capacitor, gift of ascension and a shard of mist.. it wont let me throw it in the mysticc forge =[ any ideas

to expand more front line necros and back line necros.
Front line:
-Power line breaker
- Condi mass cc(fear chill immobi)
-Wellomancer (power/condi)

Back line:
-power dps
- condi dps
-Support buffers/debuffers/ condi removal

front line necros in zergss. zerg tactics and how necros can shape the battle. I play a hybrid power tank necro on the front lines of a zerg and i jump in to break up the enemy teaam and lay mass vulnerability.

Dark armor gives +400 toughness while channeling and deadly strength is suppose to give Power based on toughness. When you channel, the additiional toughness does not convert in to power. Please fix this because the extra power can really help.

I suggest that they introduce new skills called pools. When activated it creates a pool of… Blood, chilling stability anything. This pool goes with you so its like an aura. It would help create more up front and in your face necros. Some examples of pools would be pool of locust:blinds enemies in the radius of the pool for x anount of time
Pool of terror: torments enemies in the radius for x
Pool of strength:grants might to allies in the radius.
Also this could introduce a new heal skill that can aoe siphon for x amount of time and also heal for a fixed amount of hp. The difference from wells is that the pools stick to you like auras

Quick tip: Regardless of spec, traited Warhorn is amazing CC/ Kite ability.
Wail of Doom is unblockable also, so you can interrupt things like Blurred Frenzy, Shelter heal

ive tried to doom people while in blurred frenzy but i think they have to walk in to it i put t right on them and it usually doesn work

Im a power necro ad i use to run 3 breakers, spec armor WOP andplague but ive been tryjng to rely less on those so icurrently run WOD spec armor and eithe spectral grasp/spectral walk. Hammers with that regen signet is op as fk. I dueled one like three times didnt even get him past half. To much cc. Im tryin to post over on war forums to see if its jst a l2p issue but i think im decent compared to others. I think its maybe i jst dont have the dps to kill one even tho i have 51% crit and around 3.2k-3.5k attck

Ive been fighting alot of wars lately in wvw and they just stomp me i cant get enough damage they always have that regen sigt on or they are jst to tanky(hammer war). The inly war i could beat was great sword long bow any vids or tips?

So early today, I completed fractals 19, a little later i completed fractals 20. I thought you could get a bonus chest in each tier once a day?? I only got a bonus chest on fractals 19. I thought the brackets were 1-9,10-19,20-29 etc.

The utilities on this build can vary if im facing condi heavy i use plague sig, WOP and spectral armor.

When I dungeon I dont even retrait, usually i jst switch to MM to gain some more tough/ power and then i use them as meat shields.

Mot if they take the minor trait 25 out. Or dark armor. Anyone know if they are changin minors
