Well id say with the new perplexity runes and 25 in duelist means 2 stacks per clone which is pretty strong. I hope they dont lol
If you dont care avout being useless and really really want a condi build you could try a sc/p phanta build use the duelist for bleed stacking and then use scepter auto to kill clones ro activate on kill traits like confusion or bleeds on clone death but yea condi pve is no bueno

Thanks god someone using PU that not got the signet heal.. For real, I think the healing signet sucks even if you have 3 illusions up. If someone burst on you, you will have to get out and wait until your life come back. How long?

Heal sig has high base healing not to mention phanta cd on the active. With 3 illusions and no healing power u gain like 900 per 3. What do youget with others? 2 sec reflection? The only thing compareable is ether feast but u must have illus up to supass sig of ether. Both are viable
yea ik you can kill them but the build you are showing needs to keep clones up and autoing for the bleeds. and its hard to get staff or scepter clones close enough to the enemy so you can destroy them proc ing the kill effects because they are ranged
Well, you propose the very same build i have in my mind to check, cause i beleive that will have great potential after anet placed Harmonious mantras to dueling tree. However i’m in a tiny dilemna: Is it better to keep Mender’s purity for more condition removal (although i suppose that 3 mantra charges are more than enough to do that), or drop it and place 2 points in domination for crippling dissipation? In anycase both builds will be very very good in my opinion and for sure i’ll check both
id always choose menders with mantra. crippling dissipation doesnt really do much for you. it just cripples for 3 secs IF they kill a clone the only time yo would need to cripple is if they were running, and they wouldnt kill a clone if they were runninga way.
nowa days wen ppl see pu alot of them just run and even with blink you wont be able to chase them. id try out ci and drop decoy and get sig of domination
didnt the crit change affect traits? so if you trait for crit dmg its not 30% anymore
Also remember this is anets game. Not ours. Its their vision and its how they want to do things. Granted to keep a consumer base you must give some lee way. But still this is their game im sure every gamer has a vision of a game if they were to be the creator, well this is anets vision
This applies almost any game that patches and makes changes regularly. Most of the time the community will complain because they are comfortable with the old system and get mad at the new one. I was in pvp yesterday and ppl were mad and quitting because they couldnt find their pvp build? People dont take the time to learn the new system to learn before they judge it the players that enjoy thr game and are passionate will stay the familiar face will stay too pyro and all the others. We didnt get any huge neef or buff. The new gms are obviously not meta breaking yet it just gives more build diversity. Infact condi builds got a passive buff from the crit nerf. I can actually kill thieves now lol only time i die is against skilled thieves which makes sense. It might be a flat need neef for zerkers but it was a much needed nerf. It might be a tad to much but well see. Anyways welcome to mesmerr
mesmers only have access to projectile reflects and i dont think any class has fear on projectiles
what profession are you? the only way we could get that is mirror like magi said so if ur condi duration is high and u fear he can mirror it and youll take the fear
Sameeee everyone wants something different and they are so selfish that they cant be thankful for a b2p mmo with constant updates and new expansions n stuff the LS is a cool idea and is a good way to shape the game. Gj guyss
with the new rewards that scale with points you earn, defending a point has a huge disadvantege, as you do not receive pts for defending but you do for being offensive. i suggest that you give a passive point reward for those standing on controlled points and extra points for killing enemies on allied captured areas

REASONS YOU DON’T LIKE THE NEW PATCH

1. FEROCITY
With the new patch my thief is rendered useless. He is a D/D direct damage stealth thief. you know the kind: 3000 attack, 16 k hp and 120% critdmg (prepatch) now i am brought down to 228 % ferocity which is with old critical damage 78 % critdmg that effectively means 42 % less damage. This is alright in PvE but it renders WvW roaming direct damage builds useless.solution:
There is one simply solution. add a 35 % critdamage buff in WvWvW.
FORCING PVE DOWN PVP’ERS THROATS
I really desire the new traits for my warrior alt and ele alt. i knew i didnt want to go around in pve and grab it so i went to the vendor to buy it. And there i saw it it required freaking 20 skillpoints… Therefore i have to go to PvE anyhow…Solution:
Just simply remove skill point requirement and increase the gold cost slightly.
You can get skill pts in pvp now. And crit changes made it so full zerker builds wont dominate pve/ bits of wvw
is there any way to get skill points in pvp yet

well either way its hella fun and it can burst stack really well. jst not practical in real matches lol but still is fun to watch ppl get 15 stacks of bleed 5 stacks of confusion and 10+ sec of cripple

So ifound out yesterday that on kill effects proc if you have 3 illusions up and you summon one more, the one that dies procs the effects. so i made a build quickly to spam alllll the illusions possible while basically all you do is stelth up spam all clones and illusions. each death of a clone = confusion cripple and a 3 stack bleed weakness or vuln just make sure your clones are near your enemy when they explode =p
Are u talkin p/p? Its jst projectile bounce not confusion also focusing on confusion isnt to good seeing how it relies on the enemy being oblivous to the fact that they have confusion on. A good player that gets confusion on them knows better to swing like a mad man

Also watch out for your illusions attacks. Im not sure if they count as an attack to or if they can proc crit sigils but im pretty sure they do since they do dmg and they crit. Jst not sure if intelegince would apply to illusion autos

I understand why they thought. CI was a good idea but i think its only good with soft interrupts which we dont have to many.
If im missing any interrupts jst add them.You forgot daze from off-hand sword which is on a 15 sec CD (12 if traited) and can hit multiple foes.

Yea its three individual good idea tho. Each shatter can crit if that helps:p you could do vuln on crit sigil along with vuln on shatter so thats like 6 stakcs or so?
Also the point of dividing the interupts is to see what CI would affect. CI only affects the soft cc interupts and only affects hard if they use a stun breaker. To me it seems we jut dont have enough soft interupts to use CI effectively

I have used ci by default sometimes because i dont want to go for pu. i feel that a 2 sec immo on interupt shouldnt be a grandmaster trait. it only has a 1 sec blind after immo and a 1 sec cripple after immo and you only get one of those. i wont even add chill seeing how its the same duration as the immo
yea because even with ether sig thats still only 1 tick. and even so its still probably going to be around1.6k or so and it doesnt stack so i jst dont see a use for it, like i cant see the functionality of interrupting someone and then going to heal, its usually an interupt and then burst. i can see how it can save you if you are low and you interupt but the 1000healing power doesnt seem to be that much. going from 150- 1300 only brought up the ether sig to 1.3k or something idr

I thought it would be neat if each class had a certain place on the battle field in wvw. for example, adding scout post for thieves, while thieves are there they can sense enemies up to x amount of range thus letting them scout. or for engis have camps with constructable shields that is impassable unless dealt x amount of damage. guards can have the ability to escort yaks/ defend camps or keeps by giving AI special buffs. for eles maybe they can capture elemental alters giving their server buffs. rangers could rally mobs(ogres skrit quagaan etc) and they will follow him like pets to fight. jsut thought t would be cool to see some unique abilites only giving to the respective classes be used in wvw. I like the idea of being able to fight classes and everyone has different skills but i thought it would be neat to see some more non pvp things to do in wvw that can help in wow… if that makes sense.. more unique things to do instead of zerging, flipping camps things like that
any interrupters out there thinking about using it? if so how are you using the healing effectively?
I would but i dont have 80 war yet. i tend to stay away from them but honesly this would make me lvl my war. seems fun. what server?

I was tryin out somethin new n tryn to be creative by going bunker instead of regular mes builds for pvp but these forums disencourage that lol
Bunking a pt in pvp. Its a lot of fun. Guess it will never be as much as a war i wasnt including traits it has pretty good regen, it out heals a stack or 2 of bleeds lol and when i i use the active i cleanse 3 condis :p 1200 hps 0.0 lol i think my build is around 500 hps or 600 But i dont use any healing power gear
hence why i came here. i havent ever played engi.

like i used scepter 3 and every tick of confusion it said immune. then i switched to staff and threw down chaos storm and still immune. then proceeded to shatter for confusin and guess what. he was immune
