Ty ricky markham.8173, people dont take constructive criticism over the things they love to well ( Vayne, No Walking, Maddoctor, Inculpatus ) yet they rant about how important it is provide constructive feedback, and when I have, im wrong!? How can i be wrong with my own observation?

Just because you don’t agree, doesn’t mean I am wrong, it just means we have two opposing points of view.

No. It means you have to reevaluate your view if everyone else is having a different experience. You may say the Earth is flat, based on some of your experience, that won’t change the fact that it is round. You didn’t offer constructive critisism, your “arguments” have been countered again and again yet you dismiss the other opinion as if your is the supreme one.

And you are not taking construcive feedback on your own review very well, in fact you only dismiss any different opinions, stop and think, what you are doing is EXACTLY what you don’t want others to do to you.

So I should conform because I have a different point of view… got it!

Maddoctor do not turn the table as though you are some saint being dismissed, you are trying to force me to accept that your experiences should be my experiences, you keep posting about what your game experience has been like, when it is completely irrelevant to my game experience.

Zelyhn, I have not played tournaments, and therefore have nothing positive or negative to say about them. I find it difficult to believe that tPVP is all you do, but to each their own.

So I have enough now to deck 1 of my toons out in ascended gear, but I have some questions.

1. What’s the difference between an offensive, defensive, and utility slot?
2. Do all ascended items give agony resistance, cause I can’t see the AR on the stats.

Why are only the dragon events showing now, instead of all the chest events?

Only things bad about SPvP in this game is lack of duels, and lack of map variation (all of them are point cap/hold). Besides that a lot of improvements and balancing has happened.

My main gripe with GW2 is the fact that everything you do is for gear.

What kept me playing GW1 for so long was the fact that everything you did was for skills.

And all the really cool items were a fun grind to get…instead of sold for real money on a BS gem store….

GW1 had SOOOOO much more flexibility because you could get heroes to run with you and get much more complex with your/your teams build. Here yes, PvE is very easy.

Every update has had a significant amount of new PvE content. As a PvP player primarily I feel a little ripped off (No duels, arenas, or different types of SPvP). As a PvE player you guys really have nothing to complain about though, everything is great besides the lack of raids.

That’s why I run tournaments only lol.

I was wondering how they were going to swing that with Wildstar coming out with all of the tools GW2 should have already. I watched the video on youtube about the datamined UI elements with all the fixins on Wildstar basically everything we expected in GW2 will be in Wildstar at launch.

They say that about every MMO that comes out ever, lots of promises and hopes before launch. Same happened with GW2.

I have hope that after Wildstar releases it will be a good time to work on or finish the expansion for GW2.

They aren’t doing anything wrong. MMO companies keep their players in the dark about everything anyways. They wait to release new features until the time of year that they can make a profit, things like that.

Considering there isn’t a LFG tool at all….I doubt it lol.

Pretty much miss everything that made GW1 great. They went to great lengths to make sure all the great things in GW1 was absent in GW2.

What do you want Anet to say exactly? Here is what they’ll say if they post here.

AKA: Never gonna happen cause they’re gonna lose players once TES:O comes out, and focus on gem store stuff or more worthless living story stuff in order to keep making money.

Was a good dream though when the game launched. Tons of mini games would have been great.

Small guilds are ripped off in this game. Join a bigger one if you want commendations, you’ll never get them in a small guild.

Even with a team with no mesmers, guardians, or warriors PvE is laughably easy. Why are you concerned with balance in PvE with such a low level of skill required?

They are not interested in meeting the expectations of their customers, and would rather focus their time on temporary events that nobody really cares about (how long were you in southsun before you were done there this month? 2 days?).

Don’t expect duels any time soon, if ever.

They’re too busy adding in temporary events that nobody cares about or particularly likes. Don’t expect them to devote time and resources to add these mini games any time soon, they are opposed to doing what their customers like.

There won’t be a new currency, laurels and badges only, as per the name of the merchant. However, I believe you won’t be able to get ascended gear just with badges, but you will also need laurels too, also, they are adding new WvW-only achievements so players will be able to get 1 laurel per day (and 10 each month) only by playing WvW. Great news overall for WvW

Um….no lol. They’re adding new dailies to the list in WvW, they’re not adding another daily that will give another laurel. It’s just that people will be able to complete their daily solely in WvW. Also, it’s unlikely they’ll cost badges AND laurels, makes no sense.

None of what you said has been posted anywhere, and is pure opinion.

The only major change is the viability of Wrinten In Stone builds.
Staff support build will be hurt by Cleansing Water nerf.
Glass canon squishy builds by Mist Form nerf.

NOPE! You guys can’t spam cond removal any more, nor can you heal in mist form. The days of annoying DD bunker eles are over, you guys are just normal now, and will be a fair fight, as opposed to an OP one.

Eles have been massively nerfed, and rangers been massively buffed.

For ranger, go FULL dps. Penetrating shot, and 1500 range, just sit at the back of the group and melt people’s faces. It’s the best thing rangers can bring to a group.

GW2 Bosses with Dark Souls difficulty???………………..YES PLEASE! Man mastering each of the boss fights in Dark Souls was the best part, such a rewarding challenge!
