Have you fought him before? He’s not like most veteran mobs. If so give me tips instead of assuming I’m underleveled. I am a ranger for one thing. Secondly, once he aggros on me I can’t shake him. That’s the problem. If I stop to attack him he’s on top of me with huge damage. If I kite him, my pet doesn’t seem to do enough damage and sooner or later I die. I have tried activating traps and rooting him but he seems immune or breaks loose almost immediately. So that’s the reason I’ve never made it into Vexa’s Lab. I’m sure a warrior or guardian would have no problems here.

I get through this no problem on my Ranger…sounds like a L2P problem.

They’re not advancing the real story of the dragons….just these tiny little made up random plots that nobody even cares about the characters for…. Makes people totally lose interest. Yeah it’s something new every month, but it’s all exactly the same.

I got my champ hunter title with a SB/LB combo. It’s an amazing weapon in PvP, people like you just like to jump on the LB hate bandwagon without ever trying it.

You can cripple/burst AoE, rapid fire burst, put on 10 stacks of vuln, and knock back a person in one rotation…then just switch back to SB for auto attack damage.

Fixed your builds for you…you’re overthinking it too much, this isn’t PvP. Full zerker is best in dungeons for both of these classes.

So I’m on my Grand Tour of Europe and by Germany, I can hear the background music while I’m walking around the ruined castles. Ruined? Right, clearly the Charr had come through, taking down those stone towers. From the ground, we could totally see where to climb on the crumbled walls to get to the top, where SURELY there was a map to view. If only I had my staff, I would have given it a try, but I suspect those pesky Ascalonian ghosts were waiting for me and I couldn’t find a waypoint.
It was pretty surreal to see the game come to life like that IRL.

I kept betting on Monna, after 5 races I had the achievement and had earned a gold or two. Don’t keep switching who you bet one, it’ll save you a lot of grief.

I played 24 games total and won 20 of them….it’s not hard. Just gotta L2P

Yeah, you should go practice against some thieves bud, you’re way too angry at them. They’re a very balanced class.

You are either blind or illiterate. Rangers are currently the best duelist class in game. Not many people will argue against this fact.

Yes Thieves choose to fight or run with ease. Does this make them great? No, it makes them cheap. The point of this thread is to highlight this fact, which it does well considering no one has actually offered a decent counter argument.

Well good for you skippy. Only, I highly doubt your claim because as a Thief you can easily run from a Ranger. I out run Rangers on my Warrior/Thief/Elementalist/Guardian(sometimes)/Mesmer (due to stealth).

You need to play another class and see if it is your skill carrying or the class (<— way more likely).

Nope, you are wrong. You are a common thief who only plays this class to take advantage of the stealth because you fear using skill to win instead of cheap class abilities.

I know how to fight them and I can kill them in certain situations but that doesn’t justify stealth. Stealth is a cheap non-skill ability. It takes 0 skill to play a thief and stealth around.

I wast XP from SPvP in general, don’t care how it’s implemented.

I say FORCE it to be only visible to you….otherwise people will ask you to activate the visibility or they’ll kick you.

I have so many classes at lvl 80, I’m not sure which to buy ascended items for. With the assets I have now I could deck out 1 guy, but I’m not sure which I should. I have a… Ranger, Mesmer, Guardian, Engineer, and Thief. Any suggestions?

Go run tournament PvP in a group. We’re the real elite WvW’ers just think they are.

So with GW1, almost exactly a year after the release, they had a new expansion; factions.

In GW2, we’re 2 months away from the anniversary, and all we have is the living story content (which is removed after it’s done) that was cleared in a couple days and we’ll never see again.

I personally would have MUCH rather gotten rid of ALL the living story content, and have had an expansion here in 2 months. Factions added a massive amount of awesome content….so far the living story has added nothing but minor forgettable distractions.

Ranger, best damage at range class. You can kill most enemies before they get anywhere near you. Warrior has more damage, but the lack of range makes switching from target to target harder.

My review is based on user experience, you have no idea what that is, or you wouldnt of posted the above statement^

In an earlier post I clearly state that I have yet to experience tPVP, and therefore have nothing negative or positive to say about it.
